Bed bugs…. Our first night and was not even there for 6 hours… after returning back from Halloween Horror nights, we got tucked into bed and noticed a bug crawling across the bed and a smaller baby size bed bug right behind it, management didn’t seem to care because all their rooms were sold out…. Didn’t recommend anywhere or try to help us. Huge inconvenience for us considering we had an early flight back home the next day. We spend a lot of money on this trip & had a travel agent help make these arrangements. I don’t recommend staying here unless they take care of this problem. One employee did say other customers had this issue as well. She offered to comp our stay and let us stay there for free with the company of their bed bugs…. Needless to say… I was awake that whole night because we stayed at the airport, flight didn’t leave until 8am… this happened approximately 12:30 at night. Very disappointed with staff… this place is a joke. Oh, don’t forget the foul smells throughout the hallways… smelt like a dirty 2 week old diaper.

Let's put it this way, Saturday night we came back to a SWAT TEAM at the hotel. Asked the ONE person at desk what's happening and was told "oh everything was fine" … seriously? The back office was filled with Police and desk pretty nonchalant about it all — as if usual. This was in addition to a broken chair, thermostat, mini fridge, no ice machine, and a unusable phone. Not that it matters but I am also a Titanium Member who had a similar stay a couple weeks ago but gave it a second chance. When it comes to safety and my family, they'll always be first. I suggest you all stay elsewhere for Marriott locations.

Oh the horrible smell throughout our entire floor was more than we could handle. The air wasn't on and the room smelled musty. We were told we were on the top floor and we're on the 8th floor. Hoping it gets better.

Stayed at the hotel for 8 days. Great location, friendly staff, and an all around awesome experience. Next time in Orlando I’ll be staying @ the same place for sure.

It's a great location with friendly staff and TVs with new technology.

We checked in tonight, to find the hotel smells like weed, long lines for the elevators, windows must be thin I can hear noise from outside as if the windows are open it’s that bad and we are on the 19th floor. This place is definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend staying here. I don’t even want to stay my 2 nights here. I would check out in the morning if I knew I would get my money back.

The staff was nice and friendly. Very convenient to Universal Studios, even thought the hotel had shuttle service at various times. If you wanted to leave the park earlier it only cost 7.00 for Lyft. We order food at the hotel and the food was delicious. I recommend the pizza, chicken breast sandwich and the pickles are so good.

We booked through Hotwire. They didn’t have our reservations. They were not very helpful or caring of our situation. This was an error on the hotel part not Hotwire. Another couple having the same issue from Priceline. The two front desk girls are rude and think it’s comical. We just bumped into another couple same issue. Their guest service and caring for costumer is very unprofessional. My kids wanted to stay here too. We will never be coming back and we will let others know about this.

Second time staying and loved it! Staff was amazing! Big shout out to Migdalia, Vanessa and Erica. They were incredibly nice… Would definitely stay here again if Marriott rings down the category points… It jumped more than double on weekdays and almost triple for weekends. But they often have good deals as well… Got upgraded since I was a platinum member and view from the top floor was outstanding! Thank you for a great stay :)

Had 3 sperate prepaid stays (non refundable)
First was my anniversary weekend.
Set up with the front desk to have a romantic set up in the room (strawberries & champagne) at 10am for 12am that night, they completely dropped the ball. Arrived thinking I the surprise was set up at around 1:45am and nada. Issued my complaint a few minutes later too the front desk and they informed me the me mgr would contact me. They called and left a message the following late afternoon! I was definitely not a priority.
So then I spoke with the night manager, and he gave a bogus excuse that it wasn't set cause they didn't want it to melt… Really? What was going to melt the ice?
To top it off, offered no remedy to the issue, just a half ass apology.
The second stay, no issue.
On the third stay, did the mobile check in, was notified that the room was ready, when I arrived, no rooms (1:30pm! ). All they could say is that mobile check in isn't guaranteed. Great, you can't deliver on your service offered, but again no remedy offered to resolve the issue.
Sorry, but if you don't mind getting treated like a Walmart customer, then feel free to stay here. But if you expect to get great service, stay elsewhere. Plenty of other options just a couple minutes away.
Castle hotel, courtyards, residence inns etc.

Walking distance to so much, comfy bed and room has a working fridge. Also a great view of a construction site. I'm sure it will look amazing… But for now it's an awesome mud pit.

The room and location was excellent. We were not thrilled with some of the staff. I had paid for a studio room. When we arrived we were told there were none available, they were sold out. Magically, a room was being cleaned and would be available in a few minutes. Seemed like they were trying to screw us. The breakfast buffet was $14 and no better than a free breakfast at Hampton Inn. We really enjoyed that 4 of the 6 TV's had Spanish speaking channels and the others, CNN. The restaurant staff barely spoke English. I can't say we felt welcome.

The front desk team members are so welcoming! Really nice view of Orlando & just a couple minutes drive to Universal. The pool area is relaxing & lots to do in walking distance.

It was w nice room. However it had a musky smell to it and I had to get them come in my room and fix it. They replaced the air filter sprayed and it was gone. Very spacious love the dispensers in the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Housekeeping was very nice. The food disgusting especially the pizza. They could do way better. Overall the room is great. 3.75

Clean, modern, comfortable and well kept. The pool is beautiful, well designed and clean. There is a separate kid friendly area with fun water features, again CLEAN and well maintained. The rooms are shaped interestingly due to the round building, but I liked the layout. Beds were extremely comfortable too. It would be nice if the shuttle service was just a bit more user friendly, and if the lighting in the room was a bit brighter.

Four Points is located 4 min drive to University Studios. The hotel parking was free and spots always available. The pool area was clean. Free coffee was available in the lobby only in the morning and ice water station all day long. Some rooms had refrigerator like ours. The room is very spacious and has a beautiful view of Universal in the distance. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The gym was small but sufficient. I had a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel which is both close to Universal Studios and on I Drive. Room was very clean and had everything you would expect for a hotel room. Staff were excellent with all of my requests and the pool bar has some great choices ;) The hotel does boast great views but there is literally one room that has a palm tree in front of it… We got that room! Not a massive issue in all fairness. One point that did concern us was my credit card being billed for items that we didn't actually use! It did take a couple of weeks but we did get that refunded.

Bring your own toilet paper and creamer! This was my first (and last) stay at a four points hotel. I only knew about them because of the merger and I've always loved Marriott hotels, so I thought I'd give this one a try. First the receptionist was very nice and gave me the top floor (the only reason why I have this hotel a 2 star instead of 1) with a good view. Before long problems started to happen: their toilet paper was the worst quality I've ever seen (even worse than the ones in the portable toilet by the beach! ), so I ended up going to the target nearby to buy toilet papers for my week long stay. Then, they only give you 2 individual creamers per day (yep, don't even try to ask them for more like I did! ). The ice machine was broken the whole time I was there. I mentioned to the guest service the second day but was told that they already knew it but wasn't planning on fixing it so I ended up getting ice from another floor the whole week. The elevator button was broken, and the cold water faucet in my room was not working, but with how they handled my request for more creamer and the ice machine, I've learned to just deal with it. Not going back even if they pay me to stay.

Very nice and clean room. Spacious bathroom as well. Had some good views of the local attractions and free parking included. Comfortable lobby area and friendly staff. Close proximity to many attractions.

Had a very nice view from the top floor. Did have more road and vehicle noise than expected. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. The ice maker for our floor was out of order but stuff happens. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, it's a decent place.

Great location for driving to/from Walt Disney World or other nearby theme parks. There is no resort or parking fees. The room was well maintained and what you would expect. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. In addition, there is an IHOP right next door.

Location is perfect! Less than a mile from Universal Studios. Free shuttle provided to the theme parks! The pool area is very nice, pool bar was pricey but delicious! The bartender didn't waste any of the beverage, she gave me a small cup of the remaining drink.

This is a good room. The attention at the reception by those who guide you for the park indications or reservation of combos No. Also if I go back to the same place as Universal is less than 10 minutes there. Eye that does not include breakfast.

Good hotel little service but good housekeeping.

Had a great stay here. Nice rooms and great location. No complaints here. Breakfast was good if you were not paying for it. For some reason the coffee service is not 24/7 and they quit serving it pretty early. Very odd for a pretty standard amenity at even the cheapest of hotels. Nice bar and restaurant at the pool with reasonably good quality food.

The building itself looks very nice from the outside especially at night when all of the lights turn on, I stayed at the hotel last week for 4 nights. The Good: The lobby is nice and looks like it was recently renovated, The housekeeping was a high point in our stay, We always got new towels and a throughout cleanup of the room everyday. The views are very nice as you can see all of International Drive including Volcano Bay and Universal, Its in the middle of International Drive which is basically the best location as a tourist in orlando. The Bad: The floor where we were staying looks very outdated, The room itself looks like it has not been updated in many years, The decor looks old and the beds were uncomfortable, No microwave or fridge in the room. Overall it's a decent hotel, If they can updated the rooms this would be a really good hotel.

The hotel itself was fine and it served its purpose. U was told that they offered breakfast but I slept in late and didn't take advantage of it. The location is good for quick fast food options. Walked across the parking lot to I-Hop which was across the street, I wouldn't recommend it. Too crowded and the staff was unprofessional. Food wasn't good either. But back to the hotel, the key card took several attempts daily to work on the elevator. The room was a little dated but again it served its purpose. I would stay there again.

It's a good place to spend if you go to the Orlando parks.

Location has many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rooms are not spectacular but spacious with shower/tub. Outdoor pool is nice and open until 10pm. There is a small pool bar and snack bar. Parking is free. Snack bar will deliver to your room until 10pm.

For the price, this hotel cannot be beat. We Walked to Universal each day — right around a mile from the hotel — and used our savings from staying here instead of on property to fund our Universal trip. The room was plenty big, the breakfast buffet was just right, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Correct Considering the budget it takes to stay in Orlando. The pool is nice and the hotel offers free shuttles to access some of the parks, including the Universal.

My stay was for a business conference. I always enjoy the free breakfast. This hotel was located in the heart of the I Drive strip. I had a car (parking was free) but very close to almost everything so I walked. Staff were good, customer service was as I expected. My reason for giving 4 instead of 5 was that the room I had was a little out dated. The refrigerator in my room was on the floor which made for it difficult to open and close. Overall a good experience & I will return.

We got a room on the top floor, outer ring. The panoramic views were amazing. We were there for an event so, unfortunately, did not get much use out of the room. It was very roomy though! Great location, close to many attractions and night life. Loved that the mini golf place was basically on property.

We booked two rooms in this hotel online, and arrived in hotel around 11pm. What shocked us was, around 12am midnight. We found four cockroaches， some at towels in bathroom, some at desk and on the floor. We called hotel room service, guest service, and even hotel operator a dozen times, but no one answered our calls. We were so tiered that we could not be able to afford to change another hotel that night. We managed killed two cockroaches and left their disgusting dead bodies one on the floor and the other on the desk, and managed to sleep in a nightmare that night. Next day we left and called hotel and asked them to check the killed roaches bodies and refund us. Even more shockingly, they refused to refund us a penny and said "we did not found any roaches in both of your rooms". If we could rate them 0, we would not have hesitated to do so. Avoid this hotel!

All the amenities you would expect from a Four Points by Sheraton. The rooms and amenities within were very nice. But some additional upgrades are still needed. Overall a good place to stay though.

This hotel has age on it. The facility is old. Location is good. Less than ten dollar taxi to universal. Closet Door in the room is broken. I got this by my SPG points and it is a great deal.

Four Points is in a very convenient place and just a 20 minute walk from Universal Studios. It has the two bus stops for the 8, 42, and 37 Lynx buses, and Green Line and Red Line I-Drive Trolleys. The rooms are lovely and so clean, the stafd was amazing, and the food was delicious. There are so many areas for shopping and eating. 10/10 would stay again.

Admittedly, the hotel is more style than substance. The staff has been quite good although I must admit I'm fairly independent and not very needy when it comes to asking the staff for help. Beware of the other people extreme reviews out there. "Worst hotel in Orlando" another customer said. I find it difficult to believe she stayed in all 500 Orlando hotels. This hotel is middle of the road, but I like the unique octagon-shape. Very easy to spot from the immediate areas when walking. It's a 3-star hotel, and for that I give it a 4/5.

Very good place, excellent location near Universal and PREMIUM Outlet, Tenes in front a 7 eleven, and many options of shopping and fun. Highly recommended. All very clean and a super nice staff.

Went to the restaurant for a drink with fried that were guests. We arrived in the restaurant with no employee around. There were 4 people drinking at the bar. We seated ourselves, and waited approximately 10. Finally, an employee came out of the kitchen. We ordered our drinks with no issues and the young lady was very pleasant.

Checked in to the hotel today. I noticed the light on my side of bed did not work. I looked and it wasn't plugged in. I went to plug it in and the plug exploded in my hand. Burnt the tip Of my index finger. We had to ask to be moved to another room. Manager did offer to call 911. No offer at all to make it right though. This could have ended up much worse. Very disappointed at the lack or sincere customer service.

Currently staying at this hotel and it’s very dated. The outside looks very nice the inside should look as nice. When first getting to my room I noticed there was pee on the bathroom walls and what looked like blood on the toilet paper. Last year I noticed it was being renovated, instead of renovating they should definitely hire new people to clean. Very disappointed. If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would.

Good service and excellent quality.

This hotel is below average, room was clean but the fixtures in the bathroom felt old, the complementary Continental breakfast for Platinum guests only included the cold items, hot we're $5 extra which is a pretty small thing they could comp but decided not to. The view was great as this tower stands above everything in the area and there is a convenient shuttle to Universal. Exercise room equipment was pretty limited and no indoor pool so if it's raining you're stuck watching TV.

Good location but bus shuttles are hours apart. When I asked the front desk for feminine products, the lady did not hear me (even though I did say it loud enough for even the next person to hear). After repeating myself again and loudly enough for everyone around me to hear, she still doesn't hear me, but the service rep next to her heard me and assured me that she could send some up to my room. After an hour of waiting, I called back down to the front desk and was told that they will check up on it. I just gave up and went to bed because they never called me back or sent it up. If you don't have the product just tell me you don't have it. I don want to wait around hoping that you might send it up even after I had to tell the whole lobby about my problem.

The hotel was everything I needed. The rooms were clean and even though the bathrooms were a little old they served their purpose. Its also a great location to walk to the parks and avoid the parking fee at Universal. We stay there eveytime we come.

Pretty good place to stay, but average rooms. I think the view is the best part of these rooms. You can see literally for miles around. It's about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Universal, so if you're not toting a bunch of stuff you can definitely walk. Uber is about $7.

The service was fantastic. I booked last minute, and I mean within hours of staying, and I was afraid there were going to be issues. There was not. Check in was fast and the manager was greeting guests as they came into the lobby. I was alone with my kids and the security feature with the elevator was excellent. You have to insert your card and then press your floor. If our don't have a key, you don't get in. If you're going to swim, don't worry about taking a towel from the room. They have fresh towels by the entrance to the pool. It's very close to Universal Studios, shops, and dining. Very clean room, well organized. We did have a mini fridge, but no microwave. I would stay here again.

Very outdated. Handicap grip in shower/tub completely rusted and pulled out of wall when I tried to use. Thankfully I didn't fall. Went to order food from pool side bar because restaurant was closed for lunch at 1pm?. Took 10+ minutes before anyone showed up to take order then I had to ask for help it wasn't offered. Took another 30+ minutes for hamburger to arrive. Will have to give them a 4* rating on it. It was very good. Pool is nice but very plain, no lifeguard on duty though. We elected to not change rooms because of the lateness of the time and we didn't feel like moving all our stuff. We asked in return for a later check out time as my husband will be in conference till around 5pm. They gave us till 3pm. There shouldn't be no way to repair this room for any kind of rental for the weekend (that was excuse they used because it's sold out for the weekend but they will have to tear out tile and sheet rock to fix it properly but they will probably just put new screws in the rusted out fittings to make it look fixed). I don't understand how Sheraton would allow them to put there name on this place. It's rated a 3 star hotel, what a joke. I've stayed in towns that only had 3 star hotels and they make this look like the worst of a 1 star motel. I would have only given in no stars on my rating if that was an option.

These guys are great! Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. The room we were first in had a very strong humidity smell and it was killing me with my allergies. As soon as we called they offered us another room with no questions asked. The people were apologetic and so understanding. I will be staying here on all my other trips to Orlando!

Very small rooms, staff super rude. You save for the location and service of the tea and free coffee in the lobby every morning.

During my stay (Friday through Sunday) the hotel seemed under staffed. I was there to attend a small conference, and the same person was working both the bar and restaraunt. I would imagine during a weekend when you would have more guests that the hotel would schedule more staff. For the most part our room was clean, but was a little outdated. The front desk staff was mostly pleasant with the exception of the woman who checked me out. She wasn't very helpful, but I will assume she was just having a bad day. She wasn't unpleasant or rude, just not very forthcoming with information. Would I stay again? Probably not. For the price it doesn't seem worth it.

Can't fault it! Reasonably priced, staff go out of they way and make you feel welcomed. Easy access to outlets stores, highways and theme parks, very close to city walk. Parking easy and rooms are clean and spacious.

I'm very happy with my night Crew. Then I was happy with my stay until check out. First of all had rude guest cutting in front of my wife and kid while I was loading the car. She was trying to check out and this guy just ran her over to get to the counter when she was next. The girl at the front desk took him and never said a word. Once we got up there we were told about Facility Fee. We never heard of it and we asked what was it they never could answer me. They just keep ed saying I understand but there is a fee. I ask what was it. They kept saying I understand but there is a Fee. I would of been glad to pay it if I knew what it was. Noone could answer that question.

Really enjoyed our stay at the four points. It's our go to hotel when visiting universal studios. The complimentary shuttle makes it easy to get to and from the park without any worries. Within walking distance of Dennys and IHOP for breakfast (if it's not free continental breakfast I'm not eating at the hotel) makes it great to get some breakfast and hop on the shuttle to the parks. 4 stars cause I want to make my own waffle.

Unimpressed. Your money would be better spent elsewhere as all the "amenities" are only sparsely available. Requested early check in, confirmed availability of shuttles, etc. Before arrival, but once we arrived around 11 AM we were told no early check ins. When I pushed the matter they said they could have one ready in 40 minutes. Then we were informed that the shuttle only leaves once every few hours! Since we missed the one just after 11 waiting to check in, we couldn't catch another until late afternoon (3 or 4 I think). And to top it all off the restaurant is not open for lunch. This hotel is too expensive to be such rubbish.

Good place to sleep but hotels starts to show age. Had to tell the employee at the reservation floor to give me a higher floor but never did until 3 hours later telling your Room Is ready. Great view on the 19 floor.

This hotel does not have wheelchairs available. They did not come to do the room service in 2 days. And in general the hotel is not clean.

Very good service and go out of their way to help. The property is a bit old and we had a water leak in the bathroom. But the staff immediately got us anther room and comped the night. Overall a good hotel with good service and perfect location.

Cheap that at Universal Parks obvious.

Mattress was so over-used it was shaped like a bowl, needed to be thrown out. Leak from bathroom vent dripped directly on your head while using the restroom in the room. Breakfast started 15 min late — not ideal since I was on a business trip and didn't have time to wait. They forgot to give me vouchers for breakfast so I almost paid $15 for mediocre food. Overall, not impressed, but you get what you pay for…

It was nice walking in being greeted by the guest service person. Asking about our plans and if we had everything needed for our trip (weekend at universal). We used the shuttle and it was prompt and quick. The drivers were very nice. When we got home someone (looked like security) was helping us get an elevator. Everyone we encountered seemed to be proud to be working there and was friendly. And our room was nice. The structure of the building is strange but nice that you dont have to walk 100 feet or so to your room. Beds were comfortable and shower worked very well.

King size bed room was not ready when I arrive at 3:30 p. M. I said that didn't matter and I would take a room without a king size bed. Room I was given had a bed that was absolutely shot it does not belong in service. You can visually see the sag in the bed. I was able to change to an room with an acceptable bed. A $15 per day facility fee was added on to my Hotwire of the reservation of three days. A transparent drape as well as a blackout drape would have been helpful. In early morning the sun was very bright and I had to black out the room which I did not want to do Location is very good for Universal. Several restaurants a very short walk.

Good location, super friendly staff, and nice pool. Can buy Universal tickets and has shuttles to park as well as on-site laundry. There is an IHOP next door too. Older building, starting to show age. Not as nice as newer Four-points, but good place to stay in Orlando.

Reasonably priced, nothing fancy. Ihop and dennys on each side of the hotel. Great location. But not a high end hotel. We had no complaints, room met our needs and was in clean order.

Love the location of the hotel, the rooms are super clean but outdated compared to the other hotels in the area. The best part of my stay was the continental breakfast… it is amazing, everything tasted fantastic. The whole family and friends loved it, I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone going to Orlando for vacation.

Locations solidifies the 4 stars. Lots of activities are at arms length as well as universal accessible via shuttle, car of the good ole foot work. Overall building is dated but I'm sure we've all seen worse. Acceptable.

As a Tour Operator (now retired) I have stayed in many hotels in America over the past 22 years and the Four Points Sheraton in Orlando is definitely top of my list following my recent visit. I was on the 16th floor and the views from my window were sensational. The hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't praise the staff enough as they were extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. What amazed me more than anything was that by the second day the staff were addressing me by my name each time I went through the lobby. Ron (one of the bellmen) was particularly helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The rooms were well equipped with large screen TV, fridge, coffee, free bottles of water, microwave and in fact more than you would expect in the average hotel room. Free newspapers every day and free drinks and snacks in the lobby. What more could you ask for? I was there for 11 nights and wish it could have been longer. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone visiting Orlando and I will be staying there again on future visits to America. 10 out of 10.

The rooms are very spacious and the bedding very comfortable.
The service is impeccable.
The pool is large and often small concerts are organized in the evening.
Universal Studio is easily reachable on foot (20min) or thanks to free shuttles.
Only downside: The breakfast too American. It lacked sweetness (pastries, bread, jams).

Overall the hotel is good. But they should consider whether to use or not parking, pool, internet, etc. You will be charged 1135 dollars per day. So consider it within their costs. This charge is not included in the reservation are them charged once they leave the hotel.
