Awesome place, I love the villa.

The second time I stayed in this place. It may be not so close to convenient stores and beautiful beach, but price and accommodations inside is worth to stay. I always chose the villa with private pool inside because I could enjoy swimming. Although we will not hang out, we can enjoy doing sunbath and swimming here. The room is wide, clea and cozy. The villa I stayed this time has 2 rooms for 4 people and we add extra bed, price on Saturday after discount is about 4, 200 + extra bed 490 and Sunday / working days is only 3, 700 THB + extra bed 490 with so amazing room. This price excludes breakfast. You can buy breakfast set 120 THB but I don't recommend. Staffs here are not so fluent in English but they have a lot hospitality and good service. I recommend for family.

Real nice resort with clean room, nice balcony to rest and relax. Just few mins walk and u will be able to get foods/drinks from the main streets. Nice place, don't miss it! Gd parking space for bikers! RM704

Staff is very friendly but facility and accommodation is quite wear down, we got water leak after rain at our wall, and lot of insect in pools.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, but the facility is run down and overpriced, no cable TV all Thai language only no English, no coffee or tea facility in rooms, no restaurant at the hotel only microwaved food or cup of noodles on offer, swimming pool is falling apart tiles missing and black grout from mould, bathroom smelt bad, rooms very dated and in poor condition, it is located a long was from the centre of town and the beach has been washed away and is rocks and debris for the first 20 metres then a sand bar so no good for sunbathing or relaxing, the best locations for staying in Hua Hin are between alley 51 and alley 60 for access to sights, beaches and main street, this information came from our taxi driver as he wanted to give us advice if we ever came again for holiday, hua hin is a beautiful place with some lovely sections of beaches with excellent shopping and sights.

Amazing quiet & cosy resort. Swim up room is a must!

Far from the city but haven of peace, attentive staff but difficulties to communicate in English. No restaurant on site, beach at 100m. No possible rides around or on foot or bike the big road near too dangerous. Nice stay enjoyed the beach and pool.

Booked villa 9 with private pool, never got in water as not clean & bathroom stunk of sewage. Also infested with any & small flies. No restaurant on premises. Not impressed!

Lost without car, no food, not so relaxing.

This resort is a real 'hideaway' in all meanings. It's a little bit far from main activities, however they can take you to the closest stores by a golf car for free. My kids loved these short trips to grocery stores.
