You're going to think this is a fake review when you read what I'm going to say, however let me assure you that the staff here is as flexible as I've ever seen and will accommodate you and any special requests with a level of service and dedication that rivals any five star hotel! Lisa, in particular, is an accomplished leader who treats guests with respect and does everything in her power to make things as smooth as possible. What an outstanding team!

Where to start… First T. V. Is lower then the bed uncomfortable to watch T. V… Then found the commode is held in place by the water line. Not attached to the ground… Then to turn on shower handle was very right… Because. If it's not the water continue to run water… On a good note. The room was clean floors and towels nicely done… Front desk person was nice also. Is close to attractions and restaurants…

If your looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a couple days this place is good. Great location, friendly staff. The only negatives were the microwave in my room did not work at all and the a/c in the room did not keep it very cool, could have been a bad unit. Breakfast was decent but my family opted for Denny's after the 1st morning, just needed more variety. If your looking for something modern with all great amenities I would recommend a different location but for the low budget family for a couple days it would be a pleasant stay.

Very well placed. Has a very nice pool and a great breakfast. All the staff is great and helpful. They have Spanish talking staff if you need. The rooms are very cozy and well equipped. You can grab a quick bite at the Deny's across the parking lot and you could easily walk to Universal Park.

Lovely bedrooms, cozy colors, comfy beds. The washroom is neat. The Blankets are warming and relaxing. Very clean. Good breakfast got through self service. I wish they would use real plates and forks, instead of disposable ones.

Hotel with very average benefits, compensating with its immediate proximity to the Universal parks. The cleanliness of the place is average, looks dated. We sleep there not too bad but plan earplugs for the rooms facing the avenue. Breakfast is understood but mediocre. Anyway, you have to take it for what it is, a motel in transit.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean, staff were very helpful. The only thing that I would suggest is more fruit options for breakfast.

Great place to go with our dogs. A no nonsense, frugal option to spend a couple of nights away. Conveniently located about ten minutes' drive from SeaWorld and walkable to Denny's (open 24 hours), Sweet Tomatoes and other restaurants. Got a good rate a the room was decent. The staff was very helpful.

Terrible, we made a reservation in advance to stay, the day we arrived at the entrance one Jose said we had to pay a room insurance, but the value was ridiculously expensive, it was even more expensive than staying, when we did the check in the Previous days did not mention anything, I find very decortez from the Quinta Inn.

I've stayed at La Quinta twice now and I'd definitely stay there again! It's close to so many things in Orlando, the room was spacious and the beds comfy, and the pool was nice. The rooms were cleaned well every day unless you don't want them to, and the breakfast in the morning is decent (if you're not feeling it, the hotel is literally right next to a Denny's and across the street from a Red Lobster). Staff was cool and prepared our room earlier than check in since our flight came in early. I'd definitely recommend La Quinta, especially if you want a good, affordable stay. I also noticed a lot of other locations around Florida so you have options too!

Clean, nice pool, spacious rooms.

Location was great. Pet friendly. Breakfast was meh. They could have at least added some protein to it like bacon or sausage. The free shuttle was always late in the morning and ends their services early at night. The room facilities were quite old like the sheets and curtain. They can use the upgrade also they need to add more lights to the room, it was dark.

Nice place with really friendly staff. Not as noisy as some people have moaned about. Very clean, lots of parking and easy to get to and from. Some decent food options nearby for breakfast and dinner, although there is a pretty good breakfast included.

The hotel was not what I expected. The room was clean, but the beds were firmer than I anticipated, plus the pillows were flat bricks. The "fitness center" consisted of 2 pieces of equipment, neither of which worked. The "business center" was one computer, which also did not work. The breakfast was better than expected, but there are only a few tables in the dining area. I had to take the food back to my room to eat it. On the bright side, the Wi-Fi was fast.

It is a decent hotel, I stayed here for 8 days. *Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff. *Great continental breakfast;3 types of cereals, bagels, bread, waffels, apples, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee and eggs. *Premier location on International drive;in close proximity to attractions. Give them a try. ps. Shuttle may be late.

Nice location with a Friendly Staff. Easy to see right off of International Drive servicing the downtown Orlando. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Wawa next door. Pool is great. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be going back.

Recommended… good hotel, great location, close to many restaurants, provide transportation to the parks and if not the I Drive is very close to get around, is neat, very friendly staff, the only fault is the breakfast.

So the people here were nice enough. Room decent. Mattress discolored but worst of all, one day when they were vacuuming the hall a giant, and I mean giant roach came in my room. I looked at it very closely to decide maybe it's a beetle, no, a roach. Easily 4 inches long. Unbelievable. I was so disgusted. Outside of that, no issues that's why 2 stars but that giant bug, not something easily forgotten. Wow.

I like xq is quite close to lis Parkes and questa in in appropriate Place for it to Good restaurants and other diverciones.

Right on the strip and close to amusement parks, restaurants, etc. Free parking is great, and very easy to get to. Enjoyed the pool also. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back and for sure this would be where I will stay. Good job guys.

Very nice and perfect hotel. Stayed only 2 nights in this hotel. Everything was great. Breakfast is also delicious but unusual.

Family Hotel close to Disney parks and outlets. Rooms are spacious, but poorly lit, with few outlets and quite loud. The breakfast is very good, the attention of the excellent staff. With pool and parking, to enjoy it.

Clean and spacious room for a short stay to recommend.

I expected much better instead the rooms had a bad smell since the windows are sealed and it just goes on with air conditioning. The carpet on the ground was completing the painting. Bathroom to renovate, the water handles of the shower were not securely fastened to the wall. Good c were the beds, two and a square and a half also very comfortable and the breakfast included in the price (not with who knows what choice but appreciable). Another point in his favor is the proximity to the studios, also feasible to walk in about 20 minutes. In essence for those who do not want much and goes to Orlando to go to the parks for which falls in the hotel only in the evening to sleep can go but I think there is better.

Friendly staff and nice hotel but for the fact that the room smelled musty. It was tolerable when the air conditioning was on but it didn't stay on all the time, of course. Also, would be good if someone could invent quieter a/c…

Very nice. Although the hotel is not new, it is clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and cooperative. The hotel location is great and 20 minutes from Disney world. Definitely like it.

Suitable and for approx. Two nights in a fully-stocked Orlando hotel with easy access to leisure and water parks such as Disney World (there is also a shuttle from the hotel and you can buy tickets there — but we haven't noticed. ) Very nice and quick check in and check out. The staff are friendly and interested.
The rooms are not the newest and partly somewhat used, the drain in the shower barely worked and the carpet was also not really clean, yet, as described above, sufficient. We also missed a lift. The breakfast is included and enough but the crowd was huge and everything was a bit cluttered, wuselig and cramped.

Very good hotel, comfortable and with good breakfast the only thing that I don't give 5 stars is xq do not clean the rooms only tend the beds.

Not my choice of hotel but my job booked and paid for the room. When I checked in the lobby smelled. I mentioned it to the staff he explained that they are a pet friendly hotel. I asked to be put in a pet free room for my daughter's health and that did not happen. The room smells and my daughter allergies are crazy. My bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Room smelled like mildew. Made me cough a lot. Bathroom door he a poop-like stain with "matter" on it. No hd tv. Outlets were not easily accessible. Sink did not drain properly and water was super strong. Staff was friendly. Lobby and hallway was clean. Fridge was nice to have. Pool closed at 8pm which was when we got in so I couldn't use that. Definitely a 2 star or less hotel. Will not book La Quinta anymore.

When I made reservations at this hotel I informed the attendant that I would be checking in late, requested a room next to the lobby and asked for a late check out, which I was told would be 1pm. Upon arriving at the hotel after 10pm and after a 3 hrs drive, I went to check in only to be told by a female attendant at the front desk, my card was declined and my room was no longer available and that they were sold out. Shocked confused I asked if she was sure no room was available to which she insisted there was none. I asked her why I didn't receive an email or a call informing me about this. She informed me that our room was cancelled at 6pm that evening. I don't know how she expected me to know this if I was on the road driving. Frustrated and tired, I began checking for available hotels nearby at which point a male attendant came to the front desk, check his computer and told me if I presented another card my reservation could be reinstated and we could get another room. So now all of a sudden a room was available! When we got to our room, it was clean and comfy but my goodness, the ac sounded like a motorcycle starting up and continued as a flipping freight train. Both my wife and I got no sleep for the two nights we spent there. Never again would I be staying at this hotel and clearly that female attendant had absolutely no customer service skills and should not even be at that front desk!

For one night OK, Price was OK. The room was OK, bathroom smelled totally moldy which was at the water redness door. Beautiful is different. As I said for one night all right.

Excellent location, many places close for shopping, eating, going to the theme parks and almost all attractions are within few minutes from there. Mani gives a care fabulous. You can buy tickets for the parks at a lower price than in many other places.

The hotel is only a mile away from Universal. It's walking distance as long as you haven't walked so much that your body hurts. Ubers are huge in the area and inexpensive. The room is exactly what we needed. A place to sleep. Everything in the room was great and free breakfast was awesome.

The evening before check in, I called the hotel to make sure I could check in around 12-1 and the employee on the phone reassured me that I could at 12pm. We arrived to the hotel at 12:30 to be told our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. They end up putting us in a different room. My family and I are getting changed to get ready for our night at Disney when a hotel employee just opens our hotel room door without even knocking! The bathroom had hair all over it and there was a constant drip coming from the roof in the bathroom. The next morning we were loading the car up (not even ten am yet), my wife goes back to the room to make sure we got everything and they were already in our room cleaning it! We hadn’t even checked out yet! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We always use La Quinta but this is the worst experience ever!

It is great to have a place that takes pets. The rooms should not have carpet because of this. Would be better with hard flooring. It was not a clean hotel, but to be expected when pets are allowed on carpeting.

It's very affordable and conveniently located near to many fun places and much to do. Rooms are decent and clean and the pool and complimentary breakfast adds extra satisfaction to make our 3 night stay enjoyable. Will use them again next time we come back.

Rude front desk personnel. A simple question on tax exemption brought about immediate flaring of temper on her part. Then my corporate card was having issues. What seemed like an eternity of one way snippiness and resistance to any means of resolving the situation later, I successfully paid and checked out early. Management was polite but of no help. The breakfast was almost all sweets and carbs. Boiled eggs were the only protein. I got sick later too. I obviously can't pinpoint the cause, but that was all I ate that morning.

I'd give them 3.5 stars if I could. It was clean and everyone was polite. The pool looked nice. The prices for rooms are reasonable, so if you are just going to Orlando for the theme Parks and don't want to spend big $$$ to stay in the resorts this place will pass. The hotel is older and it shows. Continental Breakfast was pretty good. If you stay, make sure you try to stay on the 1st floor because they don't have an elevator and it is a pain if you have a lot of luggage.

If I'd had more time to research where to stay in Orlando for $100 a night I'm pretty sure I would have found a little more updated place. Location relative to Universal is really good. The room and facilities are… shall we say, "aged". The bathroom door in our room had a squeak that would make Bela Lugosi tremble, the TV was a small flat screen, yet all the channels were black & white. The bathtub filled to capacity while showering (drain was open), and the plumbing for the sink was reversed (cold to the left, hot right). The room was smaller than I would expect, but the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and pleasant.

My room was quite spacious, the front office staff courteous and efficient but there were quite some things that marred the overall experience. Starting with location of the room… I was given a room on the 1st floor which was fine till the time I was informed that there are no elevators. Normally one would not need elevators to the 1st floor but when one is a single traveller with 3 really heavy luggage pieces… oh yes they are welcome! Had to drag all the luggage one by one to my room through narrow staircases. The housekeeping staff never cleaned my room except for empty the dustbin, make the bed and tidy up the bathroom… By the end of my stay the floor was really dusty. Another funny thing was that my coffee supplies never got replenished despite there being ample proof that I WAS drinking coffee (Had to go down to the reception every morning to get my cuppa) but the shampoo and soap that I WASN'T using (since I had my own) just kept adding up every day… by the end I had 6 unopened shampoos and soaps and no coffee! Management needs to look into housekeeping training seriously! Location of the hotel is great but since I was on business it did not really matter. Would be great for families on vacation. Breakfast was good enough and Wi-Fi speed was great!

Nice quiet hotel to Universal Studios and Premium Outlet.

From the second you walk in the smell is nasuating. The room is even worse. The ability to open the window would greatly improve the "must" I believe. Internet slow. A early knock at 9 am every morning to clean the room. Staff isn't very good. Needs to be updated and staff overhauled. Air fresheners might fix the stale air. Poor experience, unlike most La Quintas Ive been to in the past.

I was actually very impressed by the room I got. This hotel was kind of last minute as I stayed at HHN longer than I had originally planned. The price was very inexpensive for being so close to universal. The room was larger than I expected and all the staff was nice. My biggest complaint is the free internet speed. You can get on Facebook and all that but watching any kind of video via, YouTube, hulu, Netflix or any other streaming service is met with a very long buffeting wait. Even after waiting 3 miutes for a 2 minute video to start playing it stopped in the middle of the video, and I specifically set the resolution to as low as it would go thinking that would help but to no avail. The included continental breakfast was great, there was a huge variety of food and everything tasted great. While I didnot like their internet service I will say for the price and the service I got I will stay again. You really can't beat that price for what you get.

Only camping is bad! The air conditioning makes noise like a Notstromagregat and smells of old rags. The Breakfast comes in a Grundschulkantine and the Wi-Fi is "so amazing slow" — full'n ass. Room service is good and free Parking are great, of course. It is convenient but one should not expect much. Small tip: do not go to the pigs expensive "Walgreens" supermarket next door, driving rather into the Walmart out if your nen rent-a-car have. The is considerably cheaper! Comparison here AXE deodorant instead of $7.98 = $4.00 Sausage instead of $6.00+ $0.68

Cheap & clean. Within walking distance to Wet & Wild + Universal. 2 blocks away theres is a Walgreens for last minute items. Definitely coming back to his hotel. When we first arrived at yhe room the hotel staff called to make sure the room was clean. I appreciate that. Small gestures leave lasting impression. There is plenty of fast food restaurants to choose from nearby. I recommend pio pio. Its a spa ish restaurant that serves delicious chicken.

Very good hotel, has great rooms and pools, the only thing lacking is the Wi-Fi depending on where you are situated, its better if you live near the main entrance to the hotel, overall good.

I am extremely picky about the cleanliness of hotel/motels. Because this one was Pet Friendly, I was concerned that it would smell like animals. Nowhere in the entire hotel did it smell like dogs. The room was super nice, spacious and clean. No doggy smell at all. I read the reviews before we went and I was very apprehensive about the place being dirty and insect problems. I don't understand how some of the reviews were so negative. I did not see any of what they were referring to and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only draw backs I found were: the elevator was extremely slow and we ended up every time having to walk the stairs, which was perfectly fine with me and my husband. It wouldn't be fine for someone with disabilities. Although the breakfast was adequate although very basic, I did not see anyone out in the breakfast area cleaning up the empty dirty tables.

Breakfast had doughnuts, muffins, cinnamon rolls, waffles, toasts, cereal. Everything you need to gain 50 pounds. For those of us who are health conscious there is practically nothing. I can only eat so many overcooked eggs and apples without going crazy. They should consider adding non sugar loaded foods like bananas, berries, nuts, carrots, bacon and ham. The internet was horrible. It was ok in the pool, but in the room it would go dark for minutes at a time. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain the first 2 days, which was very messy.

The internet is slower than dial up connection speed. Rooms smelly, no ventilation, staff EXTREMELY rude, the woman manager (red hair) told me "if u dont like it, pick up your stuff and leave", "if you dont like our internet, you call the technicians"! the manager at night (bald with grey hair) is EXTREMELY rude, non collaborative at all and without ANY manners, didnt want to call me a taxi, etc. Extremely noisy all day long. i demand my money back to take down this review.

I'd rather stay at a motel 6 then this place. I was very disappointed right from the start, not what I expected. The room was very dirty, which I have never experienced before at a La Quinta. There was hair in both beds and not just a strand or two. There was lot's of hair, almost as if someone slept in the bed and it was remade. The floors are very dirty, outdated scenery and lighting in the room, not bright enough if you're here for business, such as myself. The internet is slower than dial up connection speed, I had to use my USB tether on my iPhone in order to access internet. Room walls are not insulated well, I can hear conversations neighbors are having and they are not even loud. Casual talk and I can hear word for word, so when I receive a business call, I go outside to my vehicle as I don't prefer for individuals to hear my conversations. No elevators and I was on the second floor, it was very difficult to get my luggage up the staircase, Had to make several trips. They allow pets, so one dog starts barking then another dog in another rooms barks because that dog was barking. The representatives of the hotel themselves are very nice and so are the maids. This is just not the place for me, what really made me dislike the establishment was the dirty beds but everything else added up iced the cake for me.

Clean, quiet Motel. Good transport links. Free parking for the EV. Car rental. Free shuttle service to Walt Disney World is available, also to Universal Studios. Universal Studios can be reached but also in 20 min on foot. Next door, an American diner — is Denny's — good burgers and sandwiches.

Positive: Good breakfast spread, very close to Universal, great mini golf place across the street, very helpful staff to assist with planning your Disney/Universal/ Etc. Trip, bus access directly to parks, great price. Negative: Entire hotel smells of mildew, 2 roaches spotted in bathroom, Hair on towels-no, it was not mine, very loud and you can hear everything, smaller rooms, overall it seemed dirty to me, but then again that is my overall opinion and perhaps it was just a bad day or busy weekend. As one reviewer said, you get what you pay for. I will most certainly stay at La Quinta again, because that is where we stay usually, but definitely not this one.

The place is near Universal studios the rooms were nice and clean. But the only main concern is that their TVs are not up to date to connect a wii to stream netflix. But overall good hotel. Especially if your government employee good discounts ;).
