Location great.
Cleanliness great.
Service and attention to detail far below what a Sheraton/Marriott should be.
Had 3 sperate prepaid stays (non refundable)
First was my anniversary weekend.
Set up with the front desk to have a romantic set up in the room (strawberries & champagne) at 10am for 12am that night, they completely dropped the ball. Arrived thinking I the surprise was set up at around 1:45am and nada. Issued my complaint a few minutes later too the front desk and they informed me the me mgr would contact me. They called and left a message the following late afternoon! I was definitely not a priority.
So then I spoke with the night manager, and he gave a bogus excuse that it wasn't set cause they didn't want it to melt… Really? What was going to melt the ice?
To top it off, offered no remedy to the issue, just a half ass apology.
The second stay, no issue.
On the third stay, did the mobile check in, was notified that the room was ready, when I arrived, no rooms (1:30pm! ). All they could say is that mobile check in isn't guaranteed. Great, you can't deliver on your service offered, but again no remedy offered to resolve the issue.
Sorry, but if you don't mind getting treated like a Walmart customer, then feel free to stay here. But if you expect to get great service, stay elsewhere. Plenty of other options just a couple minutes away.
Castle hotel, courtyards, residence inns etc. Same brand, but better service.
