Dirty, small rooms. The sink in the bathroom was broken and the bed was lopsided. The people at the front desk are very rude and unhelpful. But the rent is cheap by SF standards and it's in a very good location (very close to Market Street, Westfield, and Union Square).

Do not stay here unless it is a last resort. As in all of your relatives have died suddenly, last resort! Not friendly, the first impression is everything. If I am paying you almost half a thousand dollars to stay the weekend at your establishment, I expect you to approach me as a human being (especially if you knew exactly who we were because we've contacted you on multiple occasions prior) Pro: a place to lay your head Con: 1) NO AIR CONDITIONING (all we had were three windows and we kept one slightly closed because it was on the fire escape) It was so hot in the room the homeless outside looked more comfortable 2) The cable is limited-basic only 3) Not nice to look at, because there was no a/c we had to let the city smell into the room Overall, I would give this place a "0" (not a negative but simply a "0").

A little different but close to Mason st and the Hilton. So if your there for a convention and just need a bed to stay, they treat you right.

This place sucks! Worst ever! They have bed bugs issue since like 7 years ago! And my friend had to move bc they just said if you don't want to live here, then move! This is the most awful place ever ever!

So if you are used to a normal hotel this will not be the place for you. If you are looking for something cheap in San Francisco that is moderately clean I would recommend. The location is great, you can uber anywhere that's popping in under 5 minuets. The walls are very thin so you will hear everything going on in the streets, which is good or bad depending on what you like. The only thing I didn't like was the elevator. I'm all for an old elevator but we ended up having a weird experience where it kept going up and down to different floors for like 3 minutes straight and it wouldn't let us out. After that though we didn't have any problems using it.

I stayed here for a night while having a date weekend with my boyfriend and I loved it! The room was very comfy I felt like I was in a bedroom. Had a fridge and microwave and a TV with plenty of channels as well as a great heater that kept us nice and warm:) It was also really close to the mall area and regency ballroom! Bus stop to the fishermans warf is right across the street too! Perfect! Hope to stay again soon.

I read this page and yelp review after move in this hotel, and there were few reviewers that warn bed bug and scabies. I wanted to think they are just unfortunate. So I experimented this hotel by laying down on the bed in my room with naked. As I watching TV for 1 hour, there was bed bug under my face. I was freaking out, cuz I know how awful insect they are. It was first encounter of bed bug in my life. I really didn't want to see them in my life. I told the issue to reception and they told me "We'll call pest control tomorrow. " I told them bed bug can survive if just spray. However, they didn't listen, "No they are professional, it's fine". So they technically have never dealt with this issue. If you are going to move in this hotel, good luck.

This hotel is on budget if you want to stay longer than one night or you are studying in San Francisco. Their owner are very friendly. The place is not new but it still in good condition. Its location are very convenient to downtown and there are a bus stop just right cross the street. I spent there one month and I really enjoyed it.

The worst place ever! this place has bed bugs. The room is nasty and the owners are awful. This also happens to be in bad part of Union Square area.

Thought I got bed bugs from this place. Did not end up being bed bugs. I GOT SCABIES! I've spent the last three months totally miserable and had no idea what the hell was biting me. It even got to the point that I couldn't even get to sleep or stay to sleep because of the itching. Trust me. This place is a dump, and the owners are totally wrong. I paid a deposit to turn on the phone and they did everything in their power to avoid giving it back when I checked out. First they said I didn't give them a deposit, I showed them the receipt, then told me the phone system was down so they didn't know how many calls I made to charge me. I told them I made two local calls. They wanted me to come back the next day to get the money because they said they didn't have any cash in the office. I sat there for 45mins while they did everything possible to avoid giving me $25 bucks back. Anyway. If I can dissuade just one person from staying here we'll both be happy. Trust.
