A nice place to stay very friendly and safe place. Good location, vintage kida feeling No daily housekeeping.

This hotel was a really good location, and the staff are friendly, but it really needs some TLC. There’s no daily housekeeping, (just after checkout) and I had several issues with a blocked sink, non working TV and the laundry room was out of service. I also couldn’t get an iron when I needed one. If I was a younger traveller, I’d maybe stay here if I was paying for it myself, (and I wasn’t bringing my wife), since it’s so cheap. But to save my work a few dollars, I feel like it wasn’t a great choice.

The hotel staff is nice. The room in staying in is serviceable and is close to downtown, which is nice for work, but it's definitely a no frills place. Probably doesn't help that certain common areas are under repair at the moment. Still, the price is reasonable and it works for my needs.

Right in the middle of Union Square, ideally placed in the city, in the beautiful neighborhoods, to go out in the evening, to eat Asian, French, Italian a few steps… For a very reasonable price and friendly staff. Ideal for young people and a little less young…

Excellent location (next to Union Square, China Town, …). The room with private bathroom very well (although somewhat smaller bed Q in the rest of hotels we have visited). The bad thing they didn't clean your room all week and that two mornings the coffee was over.

Conveniently located hotel/airbnb with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The staff was kind enough to keep our food refrigerated when we arrived early and Everything was effortless to check in and out. My only issue was the price. It seemed a bit expensive for only a few nights.

Great location and service. The hotel is in a wonderful old building with lots of character. The walls were a bit thin and the other guests loud but otherwise no complaints.

The location is great, 5 minutes from Union Square and within walking distance of a BART station. Very friendly staff, be sure to book a room with your own bathroom if you don't want to share it with other guests.

It's very good for a weekly, offerring reasonable prices for better-than-average services and amenities. A few things are left to desire, such as private bathrooms and a more lenient guest policy, but overall, four out of 5 stars, scoring an 80% from me.

If you are looking for a budget place in downtow. This is the place where you wanna spend your night.

The Park Hotel is very well located, but its rooms are very small, and the hotel is very expensive for the confort its offer, the only thing that's good are the recepcionists and the maids they work very well giving us attention and information about the City.
