Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms have a dated feel, like older motels. Tiled flooring in the room, small television, and a ten dollar charge for parking were the negative things that immediately stood out. Employees were extremely polite and helpful, which was a plus.

Stayed at several Extended Stays with usually no issues or concerns, BUT this has been the most itchiest experience I've ever experienced. I'm fearful that it maybe bed bugs, but hoping it's just the uncomfortable sheets and bedding. In hindsight we regret not paying just a little more to stay in proven quality hotel. Definitely didn't get a good night's rest and honestly probably would of been more comfortable sleeping in the car. I suggest if you do stay here, bring your own sheets and inspect the room for cleanliness. This left such a bad impression, that we're probably never gonna stay at an Extended Stays again.

We arrived in the evening. The extended stay America was located right on Glen oaks. Easy to find. That was super helpful. Check in was relatively quick so that was a bonus. Rooms were big and the full kitchen was great. (Even though we didn't use it). The front desk provided us with a few snacks: a bottle of water, a cookie and some nuts. But the hotel is right down the street from Gus's World Famous Chicken, and after eating there… I know why. The internet was a little flaky, when we had two phones on it and I felt that the sign in was a bit pushy to get even better internet. Check out was quick as well. The front desk was helpful as well since I found that another guest had left a new guitar in the parking lot and I was trying to return it to them.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had a kitchenette. There was a free breakfast bar with Granola bars, muffins, hot chocolate, cereal, and oatmeal — There was something for everyone to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. Really nice staff, clean, large rooms in a quiet neighborhood. I couldn't be happier. This is wonderful. Very pleased with these accommodations. Couldn't be better.

Was greeting by Lewis on 2/17 with a huge smile and great customer service. He was patient and explained in detail the available amenities and morning services. I was extremely exhausted and I guess, it was noticeable. He volunteered to ask if I would like to check out at 12 pm. This here absolutely made my night. Lewis is the entire reason for the 5 star rating.

It's on a good location, about 15min from Glendale downtown. The rooms are clean and have a nice kitchen so you can cook your own meals during your staying there. The bathroom is also clean and not small. The service is very good and the reception is very polite. My only complain is about the breakfast that could have more different things, but that's fine when you can cook on your room.

Not terribly comfortable. A bit on the dirty side but great customer service. Very friendly staff and good location but need new sheets and towels to upgrade your stay.

The room had everything we needed in it and was very clean. The workers were friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The room was big and clean. The bed was soft, there's a laundry room, and Wi-Fi. But if you're looking for a good breakfast it doesn't deliver. Other than that the staff was nice.

This was the worst experience at any hotel I have ever had. I relocated to Glendale for a job and needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while I waited for my apartment to be ready to move in to. I found this Extended Stay and though, more expensive, I figured it was worth spending a little extra money to stay in a better place. I was wrong. When I checked in, I was asked what day I wanted to schedule my house keeping day because they only do it once a week here. I told them Saturdays will work best since I have a dog and need to take him out for the day while they clean. So Saturday it was. When Saturday came along I left the room for the entire day with my dog, but upon returning back to the hotel, no house keeping had been done. I called the front desk and asked why and they said they got too busy with checking in new guests and couldn't get to it. I then asked if I could get it done the following day and they said yes. Same thing, I took my dog out for the day and when I returned the room had not been serviced. I had made a reservation and decided to extend the stay a little longer because my apartment was taking longer than expected, so when I went down to ask to extend they said they can't and I need to make a new reservation. I asked if I could keep my same room and they said yes. I then made the appointment and when I went down to check out and check back in the lady asked what day I wanted my room cleaned.

Rooms were nice and clean. Floors in the rooms were synthetic wood, which kept the rooms easy to clean. We had a dog friendly room. We were happy with our experience. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Morning breakfast — very limited. Instant oatmeal packets and coffee.

It's ok. It's about what you would expect for the price. Nice staff. Seemed like a popular place to stay for the Armenian community.

I was there with my brother who is on a wheelchair. Awesome rooms. Cool staff.

Clean place to stay. The linens are all incredibly cheap and uncomfortable, and the pillows are terrible. The curtains are excellent — nearly black-out curtains. The check-in process took more than fifteen minutes with a reservation. Check out was easy, though.

Check in was supposed to be before 3, got there around 2:30, ended up having to wait till around 3:30 till our room was cleaned and ready for us. Otherwise it wasn't bad just not special.

Wife & I stayed here for one night while moving. The room was just okay. Very outdated. We found stains on the bed, the floor and the shower is practically falling apart. The TV remote was covered in grease. And very, very small breakfast. My wife has to be gluten free so she couldn't even eat. Will not stay here again. Also we were told this is a pet friendly hotel but we've seen signs everywhere saying "Pets not allowed in evelevator" "Pets not allowed in lobby"

The worst hotel experience I've had in many years. Almost no amenities. "Grab and go" breakfast is a joke. They can't be bothered to brew Decaf and instead hand out Sanka packets. Two mornings there was no creamer even though they put out the dispensers. Clueless staff. Extended Stay anywhere will not be on my travel list based on my experience here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with any extended stay. Only stayed one night but would gladly stay longer. Way better accommodations than the competition for the price. Very clean and good location.

This is not an extremely comfortable hotel for an extended stay. With previous extended stay hotels I stayed at, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware was already in the room. At this hotel, you must ask for it and are only allowed one glass, coffee cup, bowl, saucer-everything-per person. ONE! There was only enough shampoo for one shower, and the soap lasted two showers. The elevator needs work. It's scary. The shower has no water pressure so it's like standing outside in a moderate rain. And the shower head leaks. And we were provided with only one roll of toilet paper.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

When one door on the floor closes, all doors rattle. Aircon kicks in like a truck with no muffler. Morning breakfast was an apple or a prefab muffin and coffee.

A comfortable place to stay overnight, if your planning to go to Universal Studios. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was OK. Wish it had a pool or a gym.

Great place. Quiet and calm. Also has a little kitchen.

Rooms and accommodations were great very clean and confertable. Although the customer service like the front desk was lacking big time. Phone calls going unanswered. Employees talking in foreign language while customer stands at desk for the to finish they gossiping.

Front desk person on 4-22-16 @12:05 am wasn't good at her job! I called to book for the weekend and I was clicked on 3 times in a row! Re evaluate ur employees and give them customer service trainings to help out the hotel!

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly but don't ask for a wake up call I asked twice and didn't get one either morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

WARN: terrible experience. The inside and facilities are nice, this is the first thought when I enter the reception hall. But you know what? they charged me but they just claimed that there's no reservation under my name! haha what a joke. When I emailed, their action is: ignore! well play extended stay, worset experience ever! try if you go to somewhere you know on one and the hotel you reserved just simply tell: sorry. so shocked about the fact that you charged me for your own mistake. I am claiming it back anyway good luck.

Room was spacious and very clean. It's convenient as well. Internet was good. The only downside is they don't have housekeeping service.

Excellent hotel! I felt at home as soon as I got there. The rooms are very spacious and the location is really convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable all down comforter and great mattresses. I felt like I was staying in a deluxe condo especially with the private parking. The staff is really friendly and provide everything you need. Highly recommend this hotel!

Elevator takes a minute to open & close doors. Room keys gets deactivated often. You never find a reception person. Location is good. Close to Pasadena & Burbank.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Very accomodating to our early flight arrival. I would recommend this hotel.
