The desk couldve been a lot more helpful and a lot NICER and few people here spoke many words of english however the maids were kindly patient old ladies that helped me with the language barrier in somewhat in at times even humorous fashion. The beds were made and the rooms mostly clean. Thin walls and neighbors can be well let us say capricious in odd hours of the early morning (the vibrating bed is too expensive also). The worst thing about the stay were the large brown stains on most of the towels. 60s style decor and even the sign has quaint charm and those clear mornings are nice when the sky looks very blue.

Newly remodeled rooms are modernized. Shopping in area close by. Very quiet.

Place was freaking amazing. I have to admit that I was concerned after reading the previous reviews. However ever since the Hotel was renovated there is a big difference with the quality. Room was very clean, rooms were beautifully designed, guess service was excellent. Worth the price and I would highly suggest this to any of my friends and family.

Great service. Lily was very professional and attentive. Met any needs and concerns I had. Great staff!

Terrible customer service. Broken AC. Incompetent staff. Family checked in late, wouldn't give us a late check out. Manager isn't able to provide assistance past checking his Facebook account and listening to music. Staff seemed to not have a clue what worked and didn't. I would reccomend staying at a motel 6 instead of Glen Capri Inn and Suites.

Disgusting! I rate — 10 stars. Stinky, bed spread had cigarette burns, curtains had this white disgusting splatter! Horrible customer service. Needless to say, I left couldn't stay in that disgusting place, showed them the gross pictures and they still charged me!

After booking a room with two beds in advance I was told they overbooked but could give us a single bed instead. Not once did the manager offer me a partial refund and the four of us were forced to sleep in one bed. If that wasn't bad enough we asked them multiple times to have someone come fix the TV. Until finally on the second day a different lady offered to come in the room to look at it. Oh and our key card stopped working twice. I expected much more for the price we paid.

Customer service is horrible the receptionist was very rude. We booked a two bedroom room and when we walked in the room wasn’t ready we went back and she didn’t do anything to accommodate us. I just asked for a refund, of course she said they didn’t do refunds but of course I got my refund! ☺️ Never bringing my business here and I’ll be sure to let family and friends know!

I did not stay, only made a dope off to a customer but the rooms looked nice and well kept. I was actually surprised as I would expect less from a motel.

Its quiet at night but during the day they're under renovation so its alittle noisey but not to much but its gonna be worth it when its done I seen the other property and its so nice and comfy and clean and this property is supposed to be wau better so dont hesitate to book a room a few months from now it will be beautiful im sure the staff is friendly and they're not nosey and all up in your business I recommend it especially after renovation.

It was being renovated to be much nicer, but our room (very spacious) hadn't get been renovated and there were hole in wall, bloodstains on the curtains, and strangely, bullet in toilet…

It's a roof with walls… not much else. The rooms are dingy and gross, staff doesn't care about much of anything, and at least on the nights I was there, there were meth heads in two different rooms (one of whom slept in the open doorway facing the street) … if you can afford a little bit more per night, get a room at a better place.

Great location and some of the A-Listers stay here, (Jennifer Aniston and Elisha Cuthbert).

I don't know about other rooms, but our room was clean and neat, neighborhood was ok, and staff very nice and helpful. However Of course it's a motel not a fancy hotel, so based on that it was pretty fair for the price. We were only sleeping here, we would leave at 8 or 9 and come back home at 11pm so price was fair. I would rate 4 but I don't know about other rooms so 3 stars + not a fancy hotel.

Disgusting Hotel. Booked this for my son's trip to Universal Studios. I should have read the reviews. You can tell the ones that stayed here, they leave bad reviews. Anyone claiming this is a good hotel is being paid by the hotel somehow. First thing, son gets there and "security" at the front door tells him they can't check in, that all reservations are cancelled because they are shooting a TV show or something. After about 20 minutes son and his GF slip in another way to the front desk and tell the hotel employee at check-in what the security guard is telling people while they try to enter their hotel. Hotel employee shrugs his shoulders and says "i dunno why he's saying that". The biggest issue though was that he specifically paid for a NON smoking room. Not only did it reek of smoke, the room had not been cleaned and there were no toiletries available (son had to go buy some). The phone in the room did not work half the time. It did work in the middle of the night … when the front desk I guess got lazy and started transferring all the calls to his room. People asking to make a reservation. He had to take the phone off the hook. When I asked my son if he wanted me to try to call the hotel and get him a better room, he told me the guy at the desk didn't care and barely spoke English, so he had no faith he'd end up in a better room. When I did call his room once, the hotel employee asks me if I'm sure my son is there. Too lazy to transfer me?

A happy stay in the comfortable modern room. It's convenient location from everything. Staff is nicer than usual… Beds are comfortable, pillows plush, bathroom spacious and clean. Id recommend.

The renovated rooms are ok at best. It's like putting a bunch of nice stuff in a crappy house.

Great pricing, pretty great rooms for the price! Never. Ever… EVER get a smoking room! White stains all over the floor, whole room smelled like an ashtray, towels made you smell like an ash tray as well. Just a terrible experience in that room. Switched over to a non smoking room the next day, everything was spectacular! The bed springs didn't compress in, the towels were even softer, and no "white" stains dried into the carpet and walls. The metal racks that held the towels was rusted like the smoking room either. Like staying in two completely different hotels… I will continue to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling around there!
