Loved this place. Nice tall shower, clean room, great bed steady free Wi-Fi. If the price hadn't jumped 20 bucks the next day I'd still be there.

More of a residence motel than a daily one because most units have a full featured kitchen which is also responsible for the price being a bit higher than comparable units without kitchens. Some units are nicely renovated and the beds are comfortable and clean. The main quirks were that air conditioner filter was dirty and the hot and cold connections to the kitchen faucet in our suite were reversed and the furniture was vintage, though not worn out so it's a mixture of a time capsule.

I stayed in another motel the night before I stayed here. The other motel was 20 dollars more expensive and was horrible. I was very pleased with the motel room at palace inn and the price we paid. It was a lot nicer than our previous room and very quiet. Huge flat screen TV on the wall very clean refrigerator and microwave. The bed was super comfy too.

The rooms are great. Unfortunately I was poked by insects or bed bugs and the owner did nothing, decided to blame me instead (!?!? ) And said she could do nothing. This place is a bit unsanitary.

I stayed here for two days back to back along with my boyfriend. The room had a lot more than we expected there's a fridge and oven a sink a kitchenette which is cool.

Awsome costumer service, the house keeping ladys are so sweet, and the rooms are huge! They even serve free breakfast early in the mornings, free gym and pool spa with a sauna theirs a close grocerie store next door to the building as well.

Its a place if you need a privacy to relax and to get some sleep the rooms are nice and neat it has free Wi-Fi and a HD TV and the personnels or front desk people are nice and kind.

You can feel the room has seen many things happening in there. Found dirt in the sheets. Very dusty. For 70 dollars a night I was expecting something better, clean at least.

Good and nice rooms with separate kitchen in a not really exciting neighbourhood but for a overnight stay good value for the money.

Rates seem good for 2 nights, we have a microwave and full size fridge. Staff seem nice, room is clean. Its a basic motel for basic needs, nothing fancy. Restraunts nearby. Room was cramped, nowhere to really put suitcases except for over the table, no real storage for clothing except bedside table.

New years Eve I payed for a 2 bed for 2 people and was charged 40$ extra for two more ladies who were staying with us that night. I payed 40$ extra for 2 friends to come chill for a couple hours the next day since they were in the area. (20$/ person) They leave so my roommate and I can take the girls out to the movie we were hanging out with the night before on New years Eve. These guys asked for another 40$ just to let the ladies step into the room. These guys will literally drain 20's from you if you have visitors.

They are ridiculous about having guests if someone even knocks at your door u will be kicked out. That is what happened to me when I stayed there.

Correct price, minimalist room, clean: done the job for a step on the US 1!

Nice owners and nice enough rooms but no smoke detectors and bed wasn't that comfortable.

Never stay here. Warning this facility is filthy and management. DOESN'T CARE! This place was filthy. We asked to be checked in @ Noon because we had an important meeting in Long Beach and wanted to drive halfway back. No one was even on the property but the Maid who spoke no English. We were told that we could not check in until after 2pm which would make us late to our meeting. When we got back and checked in at 1am, we were given room 4, the room they have on all their travel sites. The linoleum was filthy, there was dirt and possibly body fluids on the walls and door to the bathroom, the shower was dirty and there was a used washcloth hanging over it's nozzle. The separate jacuzzi tub (which we had paid extra for), had a disgusting brown organic thing near the faucet. We felt the need to lock the door then put the table in front of it. Not the best neighborhood. When we woke (they would only give us late checkout until 11am), my husband got out of bed and discovered a piece of cereal in the sheets. We were so tired we had just gone to bed. Here's the thing, we don't eat, nor do we purchase or have on our person cereal in any manner, shape or form. This was someone else's, not cleaned by the Maid. I felt so filthy when we left. We showed all of it to the owner. Black streaks on the toilet seat, marks on the wall, brown thing on the tub, dirty shower with used washcloth, cereal in the bed, the PVC pipe towel racks everything. He didn't even act concerned.

Friendly owners, very accommodating and clean rooms. Not super fancy but they have done well to make the rooms and grounds appealing and well presented. The market behind the hotel has a great burrito chef in the back corner with a lineup of locals when I wandered in, and there is another Mexican restaurant and a liquor store next door. Reasonable cost and a great place for a biker to crash for the night. I liked it so much I booked a second night. Can't ask for more for the price.

This place exceeded my expectations for the price. Definitely worth the stay! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Microwave and refrigerator in rooms. Some rooms have a full kitchen too! Would definitely stay again!

It was the first day that I'm going to sleep with sleep and I don't care if you don't like the song of the day that I like wine and not tell you that you ago where a man is that day that makes you feel good, and I don't say this seriously I like that makes you more case I do not import for me if you are important for that special person can make you happy father's day to the person who makes you feel good that makes you more case than a real man loves you and I am not the person who makes you feel more sad that not deserve you it so I say I love you much more than the world and the other day I'm going to sleep with the same crying for you and you do you do with the heart of a woman who not you like the wine and I I'll take his words, but it feels to have a good night with my boyfriend told me that if you're going to take the test in the morning and I'm not the only one that leaves you with that makes you more case the person who don't like the.

Overpriced. Unfriendly owners. On a very noisy Road already at 5 am with no sound isolation. No breakfast at all. Room smells weird and is not very good or clean especially bath and sink. Don't recommend.

Absolutely rude people the rooms aren't that great and they charge a different price then they advertise I called 3 times and got 3 different prices poor poor business DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel is old but remodeled, well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Booking was fairly straight-forward with a slight exception. I booked online then needed to change my reservation. I called to change and was told to contact reservations via email. I contacted them twice then finally got an email that said, "OK" to my request to change. But when I arrived on my trip, I was told that they were not made aware of the change. So there seems to be a disconnect and lack of communication there. The proprietors were, however, very accommodating. They were sold out of the non-smoking rooms I had reserved so they upgraded me at no charge. Overall, my one night stay was just what I needed — — no fuss, no frills and a good night sleep.
