Decent room decent price. Average hotel. Would stay again.

We requested for a bottom floor due to husband handicap. No bottom floor room available and no elevator. We get in to the room, the room is musty. Room has no cofee, no cups for the sinks they only have two big towels, no closets to hang your clothes and must of all no Wifi, who does that? Only one key for the room. The bed was dirty, so we asked for clean sheets. They brought us fresh sheets, and we have to put it ourselves. We went to the pool, no extra towels. At night time they played loud music. Breakfast time, no sausage. It's just too much of negative feedback.

The Hotel experience was pretty average. The first attendant at the desk was great but the second experience was poor. While looking for our room we asked a custodian for our room location and they brushed us off and told us to ask the desk. Our room was clean but the the lack of Wi-Fi and poor quality TV it was pretty bleek for a modern day hotel setup.

Room offered first smelled of smoke. Management was helpful moving us. The next room was fine. Decent breakfast the next day, sausage, eggs, cereal, fresh waffles. The pool and hot tub were clean. Decent budget motel. Not a super convenient part of town for fast food or shopping.

A nice hotel long time ago. That has been left without adequate maintenance. Now just Ok for a few nights only. Breakfast is limited in choice.

I left this hotel in the middle of the night because my throat started swelling up and my allergies were out of hand. There was dust everywhere and the room smelt musty and like dirt. The bathroom was dingy and looked like the tub and toilet had sticky stuff on the surfaces — turned out to be dried up paint clumps. The "white" bed sheets had grey stains on them and the rest of the room was FILTHY! I called for house keeping 4 times to change the bed sheets and actually clean the room. NO ONE EVER CAME TO CLEAN OR BRING TOWELS! The house keepers tried to say they had serviced my room while I was out for 2 hours — which was impossible since the beds were unmade and THERE STILL WERE NOT ANY TOWELS! There were electrical outlets in my room (229) that didn't have any covers and actually had exposed wires, and the bedside lamp didn't have a switch on it. Don't waste your money or time here.

Not he worst I’ve stayed in. Spacious rooms, quiet. No towels or toiletries in the room. Free Wi-Fi is terrible. Only saving grace was coffee in room available for the morning. Ok, have to revise my rating from 3 to 1. Just told they were washing towels after I called to tell them I had none to shower with. The night person left without notice and I had to wait for the morning person. The breakfast police said I couldn’t eat without ticket which I was not given. How does this place stay in business? Poorly staffed, ill equipped and gets worse the more I look around. Don’t get me started on the dismal excuse for a ‘fitness center’. I am grateful I am traveling alone for business, I would hate to put my family through this.

It's the better one judging from it's neighbors… but much left to be desired.

This is by far a last act of desperation place. They made me late to work one morning because I could not get back into my room because the card kept malfunctioning, and so I would go to the lobby where I would stand for 30 minutes waiting for help. This happened twice, not to nention that my TV was broken and the place seemed extremelyunorganized and dirty.

Inexpensive… Free breakfast… Free Wi-Fi… BBQ grills… Pool… Sauna… Friendly…

Do not believe these 5 star ratings unless you are a fool. This was my worst stay of my two months in California. Wi-Fi will not connect on any of my devices. Only two clean, rough towels. No wash clothes or anything else. I take that back, there is a dirty towel from a prior guest hanging on the back of the bathroom door and hair in the shower. I'm glad I test a hotel for a night before I commit to staying longer. This place will be losing over $600 in revenue because I'm going somewhere else tomorrow. The long hair in my photos is not mine. I have very short ash blonde hair. This hanging towel and coat hangers were there before I arrived.

Absolutely abysmal. Only after we checked in were we informed music would be blasting outside our room till at least after midnight… not what you want to hear after a long week on the road. When we first walked into our room, a smell of must and urine hita your face. Stains were everywhere, on the carpets, couch, pillows, tub and even the toilet. This room looks like it hadn't been cleaned in several months. For a room for 4 we were given only two towels; which we ended up using to sleep on over putting our heads on the repulsive pillows. We even slept in our clothes because everything looked and smelled too disgusting to put skin to. The free breakfast was a sad excuse that was easily skipped over; some wonderbread, a small pan of scrambled eggs that we done long before breakfast was and some stale cereal. Avoid this hotel, and I am baffled any hotel site would recommend this place.

The room did not have towels, the bed had no bedspread, the bathroom was not completely clean and we did not have room service in the two days we were there.

Stains all over the carpet. Upon Check-in, Zero Towels or tissues in the room. TV remote would not work unless you were standing 3 feet from the TV. For three stars, they give you bottom of the barrel shampoo/soap. No conditioner/lotion. I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels. Room 111.

Worst hotel, should be shut down. Sheets had stains all over. Pillow cases were brown and dingy, the hotel could not provide clean towels even though we just checked in 10 mins before. And the towels that were in the room when we checked in were left from the previous occupant. The owner should be ashamed charging 142 dollars a night for a dump like this.

One of the best motels that I've stayed at the people are very friendly rooms are nice and clean and very large didn't use the free breakfast though because I ate at a family members house I gave it a five star rating but to me the place is worth way more. Keep up the good work guys.

Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is an older establishment however has modern upgrades. Very charming building design. Staff courteous Nd efficient.

Biggest problem was that the Wi-Fi did not reach my room. I called the front desk for help and she said she would tell her boss and then hung up. This didn't fix it. Friends in nearby rooms had similar problems connecting. All other aspects of our stay wes acceptable.

The hotel name light wasn't on so we had a time trying to find it at 10 at night. The light didn't work, no bulb, on the way in the room. There were two bath towels, no hand towel and no wash cloths. The bathroom floor had caked on dirt. One small bar of soap for washing hands AND bathing. Not too thrilled with the owner on this one, this all is a reflection of what is important to him. I would stay away, if I were you. Mercy sakes.

Vanessa has wonderful costumer service. The breakfast was okay, there could've been more like sausage, but eggs and cottage potatoes were alright. I'd recommend staying here to my friends and family!

We booked a junior suite and it was awesome clean floors 3 beds a bath room a little kitchen a big TV picture on the wall 2 air conditioners 5 foot pool and a hot tub and a great breakfast.

Only visited as a guest of a friend who was staying here at their weekly rate which is actually very reasonable compared to other motel in Ventura county that are not nearly as nice as this place was but that charge more. The rooms were clean, spacious, nice size bathroom, comfortable and bed bug free bed, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, pool and jacuzzi, plenty of parking, close to the beach and plenty of places to go out to eat and bars to drink and or buy groceries, as well as other sorts of shopping, and the strip club in town was pretty sweet too. Oh and the owners are friendly enough and aren't up your ass and seem to be trusting of there guests and give them space and aren't nosey or rude.

For how old it is. It is pretty decent. The bed is good breakfast is good. The area is kind okay. Next to a Mexican market.

Came from out of town for my brothers wedding got several bites from bed bugs. Complain to the lady at the front desk nothing was done regarding the matter because she housekeeping didn't see any bed bugs on mattress. It was a horrible experience. Room 129… my nephew in room 229 directly above my room had bed bugs as well.

Very clean and staff is excellent.

Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Will stay here again. Easily worth the price.

They were top of the line and the breakfast was out of this world!

For an older hotel it was worth it. Easy access to our room and breakfast was very good. And the hotel staff was very nice.

Blood stains on the floor, and loud parties into the night. Also, enjoy getting your car broken into.

Room was nice, got lucky and got one with an enclosed patio. Wi-Fi was free and pretty fast also free breakfast is always a plus.

Riddles with bed bugs. Desk clerk blamed people bringing their dogs into the Hotel and said they were flea bites. I later found out that the bites I have are bed bugs. Don't stay at this Hotel.

This Hotel is a total rip off. First it is in a run down trashy neighborhood. The parking lot looks like it went through a hurricane and was never repaired. An empty restaurant sits next to the Hotel. Our room was dirty and needed updating. Lamp shades were ripped, walls and doors had poorly done patches over holes. There was mold around the knobs and faucets in the shower. The floor wasn't swept properly and looked like it hadn't been mopped. There were dirt smudges on the walls and bed skirts. The internet stated check in was 3pm when we got there at 3pm we were told check in was at 4 and our room wasn't ready. (there was few cars in the lot even the next morning. ) Breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff was rude. Not a good value not even close to the rating.

The maids left you alone the room's were large and clean free breakfast and the lady was very nice close to everything had a good stay.

Came for a wedding from Chicago, and can say this is about the junkiest hotel I have stayed at. Had to change 3 rooms in one hour because all were dirty rooms that they kept assigning me too, to stay in, its like the cleaning ladies don't do their job. I even found a condom wrapper on the bottom of my bed. Very unacceptable and disgusting! Yeah there's free breakfast but the Mexican ladies are racist to their own kind. So if you speak Spanish don't say nothing to them in Spanish because they think they can boss you around and pretty much try and take advantage. Will NOT stay here if I visit family again I GAURANTEE THAT! Watch out for that fat Mexican lady that runs the breakfast in the morning especially shes really rude.

I've never had a hotel who had very poor customer service. The Front desk Clerk named Josie did not look in the account that my son made a $100 cash deposit. The refund was not given back when it was originally promised to do so. We called several times and managers have not returned our calls. We complained Travelocity and they too said that the managers Sylvia and Jacqui were supposed to return our calls but its been several days and we have not heard from them. They charge more than $109/ night and their Wi-Fi was not working very well. We probablly have lost more than $100 but all these poor reviews in Yelp is definitely sending out a poor trend here. So, think 10x before booking in this hotel.

The room was large and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great hot breakfast and dinner on the week days.
