Great experience all around. The gentleman at check in was helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn whenever possible.

The staff was very friendly, we were very well taken care of thank you.

Front desk help tonight was terrible young lady was no help at all! Went to get the ice bucket had melted ice from last guest real nice! On a 30 day trip hotels every night not one more Hilton Duruy Inn from now on. Thanks.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful view. Nothing I love better at hotel then a mellow balcony scene. Rooms are nicely balanced given the smallish size.
If I could make one humble suggestion it would be to install a jacuzzi.
Within walking distance of a Seafood place, wine bar, home town bar and a local brewery.

On the Marina… chillin. Quite… nice rooms. Great service!

Great hotel and AWSOME staff from front desk all the way down to maintenance. Breakfast was great. All they need is a happy hour. Don’t pay the money for the parking. Let them know at the front desk that you are gonna park across the street for free. Also pay the extra for harbor view it’s amazing. Take time and walk down to the boat docks and watch the seals that come up on to the docks for the night. Pizza place just north in walking distance is good. Also several beaches close by.

Good place to stay. The bed, shower, and lounge chair were comfy and no loss of sleep because of room. Demerits for the air conditioner because it sounds like a waterfall in your room and vibrates everything. Even the neighbors units were annoying me. So I left door open to be sung to by the local sea lions… Until 3am every night. While that was a neat thing the first night, that wore one me. Breakfast was great. The pool and workout room are good for relaxation but not for fitness. The bike rentals are absurdly costly, considering the lack of bike paths.

Really Wonderful All Round! The Manager Bryan was extremely helpful when I called in to confirm the booking I was making through my Capital One Rewards, which was really confusing. He made sure we had the room we wanted by confirming my booking was correct. We had a wonderful room overlooking the Marina, the checkin was extremely quick and the staff was extremely courteous. The room was really clean, there was a live music event in the park next to us when we arrived, was unexpected and a great treat! Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. The location is awesome, love the harbor and really close to the beach, really nice area. I would recommend to anyone wanting an overnight or longer stay. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, nicely remodeled hotel. Coffee and free breakfast a plus. Nice heated pool. Water side offers great views from balcony. When you are charged $12 a day to park it would be nice to have parking available. Just about every night we came back to spots filled and they told us to park on handicapped spots which made us feel really uncomfortable. Aside from that everything else about the stay was great.

This is a good hotel right on the channel islands harbor. We've stayed a couple of times. Request a room on the harbor side to make the experience complete. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Staff is probably the nicest staff I've ever met at a hotel. Best pizza in town (Toppers) just down the street within walking distance. Lots of nice eateries on the other side of harbor. Try to get a third floor room to avoid a "stomper" above you. Pool looks decent. Fire pit is also a nice touch.

My favorite place to stay in Oxnard. Friendly and attentive staff (especially the breakfast area! ) Plus easy parking and full accommodations. Renovation is up to date and is comfortable to stay in.

Quite disappointed, particularly for the price and the room itself. From low water pressure to towel racks located in obscure locations. The bathroom towel holder is across from the shower and is a small hook that simply won't hold a bathroom towel. The bathroom sink is located next to the hallway with no door. If you are with family, it can be quite awkward as there is no door for privacy. On the positive side, the Continental free breakfast was quite good. The staff were courteous and helpful. It actually brought my review from a two star to a three. I won't be back.

This hotel is extremely convenient to local attractions near the Channel Islands National Park and Harbor. The hotel was clean and high quality, and offered a good breakfast. We had a short stay, but we were overall very satisfied with our night here.

Very nice rooms, good service. I usually stay at Hampton inn since its dependable quality. Staff was nice and breakfast was fine. What I did not like was paying for parking on top of my room, I stay at many HI's across the country and the only other place I've seen this was in the city in Cincinnati. Its not like it was an anything special area to be able to park. My only other gripe was the tp was too close to the toilet, kinda had to contort to get at it. Oh the shower was very cool.

Bryan the manager is great. The breakfast is not your typicall hotel complementary breakfast, there is even a fresh waffle bar. Location is the best and hotel very well kept. Parking is convenient and tons of places within walking distance. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Went to visit someone who was staying there, took the kiddos to the heated pool. We had a great time.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the ocean. Rooms are spacious and have balconies. The breakfast was good. They have coffee and tea available 24/7. You can even rent a bike to go on a ride.

The staff is extremely friendly. The room is big and nice. I was super lucky and got a room with a view of the harbor! Beautiful sunsets and fresh air. I am thoroughly impressed. Nice hotel in a quiet area. The room is clean and new and its style looks modern. Their free breakfast is really good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hampton Inn in many locations always bring me good experiences.

Great hotel. I had a room with balcony facing the water. Seals barking all night. Haha. I did not like the rickity bed. Noisy and moved around too much. Breakfast pretty good and all the staff extremely friendly.

I love this hotel. It's right in the middle of town and it has the best view you've ever seen. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again. I highly recommend this facility.

Convenient location and clean rooms. Comfortable bed and an enormous shower. Room climate control was very sluggish but the weather was so nice that this didn't matter much.

I don't know how this hotel has such great reviews… the beds suck they slide around and are not comfortable, the pillows are awful, our room flooded from the shower (which took over 2hrs for them to fix and clean up), it has ac from the 90's and the ac is so loud and the whole hotel is super loud. Awful not worth the money.

Staff are awesome. Customer service at its best from check in all the way to check out. On Thursday morning we checked into the hotel at around 12 noon. A young man helped us and keep in mind my room portion was already payed for by my mom. These rooms were reserved by the wedding party also. The young man asked me to give the make and model # of my vehicle and sign. It didn't look like a contract and the writing was super small. He gave me my key and directed me in the area to the elavators. First day we were there the room was so hot that it has a really bad muggy smell. We opened the door and turned the air on. What air? Our A\c was weak and couldn't cool the room down until the sun went down. Luckily we were gone most of the day thursday. We payed almost 600 $ to stay for 3 days and 2 of the nights there was no parking. I have a disabled daughter and I had to drive in circles and waiting for a spot while she is screaming. Night 2 we come home and again no parking!. Where is our money going? I finally got out and went to the front desk and there was a group of people talking. I told him the parking lot if full and there is no where to park. He Said" year we get full at night"? And… he said I can try and park on the curb or along the street.!. 600$ a night for what?. The next day we get a call from the front desk and a girl said there maintenance man saw my sister smoking on the balconey. (I'm a non smoker).

Staying at Hampton Inn Channel Islands Harbor was great. Their desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will help you with whatever sort of question you have. This is one of the hotel's best features. Highly recommended!

The layout and location of the hotel is a little strange, but my room was really clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is decent, standard Waffle Maker, bagels, toast, fruit, coffee, etc.

Under renovations so no lobby etc. Didn't hold that against them. The only real problem I had was the Wi-Fi was terrible, the worst I've ever had and I'm a diamond member with hilton. I payed for the upgraded Wi-Fi and it was no better.

The staff was fantastic and accommodating. They were remodeling the lobby, but it didn't interfere with their customer service. It was impeccable. The view of the marina was so serene and peaceful. If I come back here for any reason at all, this hotel will definitely be my choice!

Nice friendly hotel in a great location just on the marina. They were remodelling the front building while I stayed there, but the friendly staff made an effort to keep the hotel going with breakfast in 4 ground floor rooms instead. Wifi was working perfectly, also outside the building.

This hotel had everything I could have asked for. The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the amenities were modern and sharp, the bed was comfortable, and the location is centrally located. You also get free Wi-Fi and Evian water.

Friendly staff and the building is in good shape. The Wi-Fi and cat 5 Internet connections are terrible. Also, only 1 bar of service with Verizon.

Front desk was extremely courteous. Good Value for location. Need to clean carpets and drapes when previous customers SMOKE in the room, as what happened to us. We had to check out early due to a family members asthma attack.

Absolutely gorgeous view in the Marina view rooms! I frequently stay in Hampton Inns for work and leisure never had a bad experience. Staff here are professional, cheerful, and very helpful. Breakfast is decent, nothing great but it is included in the price. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Exercise room is small and consists of only 3 cardio machines. But the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for running and walking. Will stay there again.

Spectacular sea view at a affordable price. Very clean and tidy. Decent breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. TV a bit out of date (old RCA). No toothbrush/shave kit/shower cap in the room, have to ask for it at reception.
