Great hotel room… went back for more nights.

Was there for a conference since everything in down town was already booked out, would not do it again. Short: Bad neighbourhood (junkies, drug dealers…), Overpriced (more than 100$/night), rooms offer just the most necessary stuff (my bathroom had no mirror for example).

Small, overpriced. Not clean… roaches in room. Unsafe area. Wouldn't return…

I like this place! I got to admit the place looked shady af on the outside, but I really liked the inside of my room. It was very clean! so… overall… the guy in charge at the time was super friendly w me so I give this place the 4-stars!

Do not go here. Only for pimps, hookers, drug dealers. There is a home door knob as a lock no other protection. They have no phone in the room to call management. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. We had the fortune to stay next to a hooker who was making money lots judging by the in and out and all the talking. Management ducks here. I would not purchase a room here even for my worst enemy. They even had a car in the parking lot that played music from 3am til I left. This place is a big joke.

A clean, no frills motel with attentive staff. Showers are large and the mattresses are new and firm. I had some trouble accessing the motel's Wi-Fi at first, but after that the signal was strong. Many nearby restaurants. This is not a "party" motel so I appreciated the quietness. It's a good choice for the money.

The guests in the other room were loud and unruly and there were children up all night upstairs playing running back and forth across the floor, it was horrible! Worst Motel stay of my life. There were flies inside the room there was no security lock on the door there were no dresser drawers for clothing and it was just basically crummy.

Rude ass workers who lack intelligence to know when someone is actually doing something wrong on the premises. I had got dropped off by family & I was threatened I would get kicked out because I wouldn't pay extra for them. Worst hotel EVER don't waste your money.

No sense of privacy, bad management, nosey employees, blood stains on comforters, gave us the wrong room when we asked for 2 bedroom. Place is garbage.

Decent motel with a great location to the Aquarium and other attractions. Manager was super awesome and accommodating. Parking was a bit tough but he gave up his spot so I could park, shower and sleep off my long drive. Thank you kind sir. We will return.

No working Heater… unhelpful… female manager rude and doesn't give Wi-Fi password… cock roaches & BED BUGS… Shower barley works. This room is extended stay room and should be nicer for what it cost.

The Ruby is a great hotel in a Spanish neighborhood that has nice accommodations.

Room was pleasantly surprising. Overpriced though, by 10 dollars. Also, when we got our room there was a microwave, we stepped out and when we returned we learned that they had taken it and given to another customer hoping we wouldn't notice.

Inexpensive. Some shady characters outside every now and then but I didn't feel unsafe.

The worst hotel I been to its outdated and unsanitary I came into a room full of roach spray dead roaches everywhere (still lots alive) and only air is a small powerless fan other than the small window in the bathroom the t. V. Is from the 90s it's hot as hell in here … oh and it got worse there's a bedbug infestation.
