This place is great! Walking distance from Cal State Long Beach. Very clean and well manage. And the employees are amazing! Super friendly and inviting. Moni and Indira were amazing and really made me feel welcome.

Nice motel clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is good as well. I helped a neighbor get a room here because the apartment above her was being worked on. She is elderly and was a pleased with her stay she went back and stayed there again for 5 days. There is shopping near and Alain many places to eat within walking distance.

The front desk staff is awesome! I came in with my boyfriend and was trying for a early check in, even though it was only 1pm & to our surprise the lady at the front desk got us in early. Her name was Lindsay. Very nice and helpful gal. She also took the time to tell us some of the fun events happening in Long Beach and about the public transportation. She went over and above for us. I'm so thankful I found this motel 6. I will make this my spot to stay when in town!

I want to give this spot 5 stars but it's in an odd corner with only 1 way in and that got dangerous at times. The rooms are smaller but the linens were clean and the rooms were clean. You get free coffee in the office, you can fill your own cup or use a styrofoam from the motel. No dresser only a small shelf. The AC was strong which I appreciated. The staff was friendly, they have a vending area and the ice was plenty.

The staff was great. The new trainee is doing an excellent job. Only issue is that the pillows are too thin and the doors need new door guards on the bottom. The smoke was coming in under the door and you could see light shining through.

Before I retired back in September 2017, I started my second round with the government n before that worked with Nursing Agencies. I used motel 6 for All me traveling. It like a quiet cloud of relaxation. 19th june 2018

Friendly staff. Safe area. Room was clean, although the toilet tended to clog, if you had to do more than urinate, if you know what I’m getting at. They should have a plumber check that out, rm 121. They could stand to put another curtain up that lets sunlight in, but still provide privacy. In that room, it was just black-out curtains. I didn’t have any super high expectations, but I was disappointed that the toilet wasn’t working as it should.

Stayed a few nights here, clean room and nearby places within walking distance to eat, close to harbour and beaches. Customer service was exceptional from the call I made to reserve the room to the gentleman that works in the front office. Our stay was great thanks to the awesome staff! This is my Long Beach choice for a great price.

Friendly staff. Checked in late and the girl at front was nice and quick to get me into my room. Love the service will recommend this place to friends.

My room was clean and tidy. We requested a handicapped room that was also a smoking room and none was available but the room was laid out in a way that it wasn't a problem for us. However if I was completely reliant on a wheelchair I would have been unable to maneuver through/around the room. The office staff and room cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. I felt they were happy I was there! Overall a good experience.

This is a great motel. It is extremely well-managed, and everyone is very polite and efficient. Rooms are immaculate, and the entire facility is very well maintained. I love to stay here.

Where to start… please take this as constructive criticism. We checked in at night and as soon as we go to bed we find hairs everywhere, sheets, pillow cases etc. The bed did not look “fresh” at all. So we had to ask for new linen and we changed it ourselves. Huge stain on the wall next to where you sleep that could have been easily wiped. Bath tub and sink had hairs. Bed frame was loose and not centered. This was my first time staying at a Motel 6 and unfortunately my last one.

All the workers at this Motel 6 were unbelievably awesone. From Charlotte to all the others. We even decided to stay an extra day because we felt right at home. If kidnaping was legal, they'd all would have been in my pocket coming home with me. My family loved it there. I did as well. We will definitely be back.

We actually enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and peaceful. Close to our favorite late night place, Jack in the Box. Just a quick few steps since it's in the same parking lot. They have Wi-Fi you have to pay for on a prepaid card only. No credit or debit cards for your protection. That was the only down thing about it. They clean everyday. Staff is very nice and available 24/7.

Overpriced for what it was & did not look like the photos inside. Hardwood floors is a great idea but not if they make your socks dirty. Our room was not ready when we went inside but that was a good thing hecause it smelled so the housekeeper sprayed freshener. The area isn't so great but we had no safety issues.

Very nice area, cozy budget motel. Suitable for living with children, or just tourists. Nearby shops, cafes, bus stops. Great!

The manager at this facility is super nice and helpful she is one of the reasons I always choose to stay at this particular motel 6. She goes out of her way always to make us feel at home and that is passed to and felt by all of her staff. The rooms are always clean and ready for check-in.

Find another place. Fake people. I came back to this place after cleaning it before I left the last time and was told that we left the sheets so black they couldn't be cleaned. Um… no, no we didn't. They had just washed our sheets the day before we left. We're homeless and were placed there by the police. Don't use me and my situation to write off some sheets so you can buy more. The housekeeper already told me you didn't have any extra linen to change my sheets after 3 days, that's why she had to come take them off our beds and wash them. I saw them when she took them off. I'm just appalled at people who make tough sitiations harder for others. Oh, and I have pictures and will be calling corporate.

Great value for money. Room is very small but ergonomically supreme. Staff is sweet.

This was our second time staying at this location. The service at the front desk was prompt and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. One problem we did have, was the shower got clogged. Other than that, everything was great.

When we arrived, it was post-sunset and the lights weren't on for the hallways. Our room was in the corner under the stairs, which is very dark. The front staff seemed to be frustrated whenever we would go to the office to ask a question (such as add a license plate to the room or to return the keys). They tried to highlight that we didn't have to come up, though they were fairly consistently just talking or on their phones.

I stayed 3 nights. Room was clean. The location was not good because near by busy traffic. I couldn't sleep first day because of noise of tracks and ambulances (near by VA hospital) until midnight. I wanted hair dryer at room. Also, I wanted "Don't Disturb" sign for my mid day's stay.

It's a motel 6. They keep the light on. 24 hr office open if you need anything. Basics. Good for one or two nights. They remodeled. Clean nice rooms no amenities. Most reasonable for long beach. Convenient but in a busy intersection so noisy. It's not the hilton. Service is good in case you need it.

It was my responsibility to ask for a non-smoking room, but I did not. I guessed that all rooms were non-smoking unless otherwise requested. It was the opposite. The room reeked of stale smoke. Not only was it hard to sleep through the night, but all of our clothes in our suitcase smelled of smoke for the next two days. Don't be an "ashtray" — — ASK!

Room was clean, no carpet, simple bed. This is a very noisy area and the jack in the box is right off the parking lot. Hard to get in and out of the lot with the traffic. Room was marked no smoking, but there was a ashtray in it, hmmm. Sheets were bumpy on every night of my stay, and I should have complained. There are no extras in this room, wash soap only. Coffee was provided in the office until 10am. Staff was very helpful and friendly, even called me to make sure I would be there, since my flight was so late. Good value, just bring shampoo.

Loud traffic noise made me hard to sleep at night. Long hair was found almost every time I used my towel. Cigarette holes on blankets. Week water. The same piece of trash on the floor was never removed during my long stay : (

Well maintained, fresh looking rooms. Nice accommodating staff. My complaint is that I am paying 120 for a Motel 6 and then they want to give me for Wi-Fi! Let me enjoy the experience, don't makes me feel cheated.

Friendly check in desk. Clean and fairly nice looking rooms. Average free cable television. Overall great experience for the price range.

I stayed in the Los Angeles motel 6 and it was horrible. Probably the worst time I've ever had. There were people partying upstairs all night it sounded like, and I also got a rash near my ankles from the bed sheets. At around 12am I got fed up from no sleep, people running up and down the stairs, and itchy ankles. I packed up my stuff and checked out after only staying there for 6ish hours. I will not be staying at Motel 6 again.

Great staff very helpful, Clean, great location with Denny's, Dunkin Donuts, Jack in box, all with in walking distance under 1 block. Also a FedEx office max on corner for your business needs.

Chose this motel because it had the highest rating in motels of its price range. I wasn't disappointed. Will stay here again.

The staff at this motel made our stay a pleasure. The manager went out of her way to accommodate our needs in order to help us find a place to store our luggage when we found ourselves in a bind. An additional bonus is that there is a Jack in the Box that shares the motel parking lot if you are in need of some quick food. (there also is a Denny's across the street. ) Yes it is a budget motel, but it is the five star kind of budget motel!

Not sure why the maid will literally bang on your door at noon when you are sleeping and the room was paid for. Never experienced this at another hotel.

Clean Rooms. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good Value for a last minute need.

The tenants found bugs and I got my money back. Ended up sleeping in my car that night. Room seemed fine at first. However, one thing that first bugged me, but didn't say anything about it was that the pillows were super dirty, they had a yellow shade inside the pillow case. The inside of the bed looked like the sheets had not been changed because they had hair in them. I did not complained about this. I understand that if I pay less than 100 often the place might not be the best quality anyways… I've had some good experiences, but is usually a hit or miss. What I did abut the pillow situation, I just folded one of the towels and put it on top of the pillows. The major thing that made me uncomfortable was when I finally laid down and I stared getting itchy, in my back, neck and when I showed the tenant I had two bug bites on my right arm. Immediately I went to the restroom and while seating on the toilet I found a little bug on the floor… I immediately took my clothes off and preceded to take a shower I also took everything I could in a plastic bag. Then I found another of the same bugs in one of the towels. the two bugs I found I put in a piece of paper and as soon as I got out of the shower, I packed and left. I showed the bugs to the young lady in the office. She made phone call and went to inspect the room. I am sure she can be a witness as we both found another one of the same bugs… She said "She has to actually see it crawling in order to believe me.

Depressing and exhausting! The staff is great and polite, the manager is good. Terrible noisy guests all around us! We came here to get some sleep while working out of town. Its 2:35 am, and we are up exhausted. But at least the people in the room above us are gone and no slamming. The idiots next door are playing loud music and they have loud obnoxious drunk laughs. Our kids have been woke up 3 times. The bangers are finally gone. But we don't have the energy for the losers bumping Eminem at 2am. Go to sleep! If people want to come to a hotel, they need to be considerate of the people who actually pay to SLEEP! Valentines is ruined tomorrow, because we will be running on sleep deprivation for work tomorrow; and won't have energy for anything! Has potential and genuine staff. But you will just be paying to hear people party, and you will not get any sleep. If you came here to S. L. E. E. P! : ( Im hoping some hyms on my cell phone, will help my baby from getting woke up again! We were going to stay again tomorrow once work was finally over, so we wouldn't have to drive far after long hours. But, we can't wait to get the heck out of here! : (.

Great experience. Just no nonsense motel. Some poor souls walking around pan handling, Lots of restaurants near by. College there. Shopping down the street on PCH. Beaches close by. Clean rooms. Caring and Professional Office people and staff. I am due a refund for one day because I had to leave early, and I havent got it yet, but I am sure I will. Other than that it is a very good comfortable place to flop when needed.

Fantastic value! Friendly and reasonable staff, close to CSULB, Denny's, a few grocery stores and food, a bar or two in walking distance. I stayed here as a transferring student waiting for accommodation for 3 weeks. For the price I was very, very impressed, would definitely recommend to someone staying in the area be they student, professional or leisure.

Very friendly staff, cool rooms. The windows are placed right beneath the gangway so you don't have much privacy unless you draw the curtain.

This Motel is very nice, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The best part of the hotel is their pet friendly policy and reasonable price. They love big dogs, and accept all breeds. It is located in a area that is a bit sketchy, but not too bad. We still walk our dogs in the area, and around the block. We have stayed here many times when traveling to Long Beach and will stay here again, and again. They have a microwave and a mini fridge, too in the rooms. We like the location on PCH.

Great location. Nice room. Nice neighborhood felt safe and secure. Parking was tight because of remodeling but no problems whatsoever. Remodeled rooms look like they are going to be even nicer than the existing.
