Horrible customer service over the phone unfriendly girl at check in who wasn't inviting or courteous. In the room loud a. C. Unit, uncomfortable bed. Woke up with backache. In the restroom shower head height low. I'm 5 '6 yet needed to crouch down to wash hair. Next morning asked for more towels to take a shower yet they brought us 4 floor towels on top of that they were visibly dirty. Tv wouldn't start. Have stayed at other motel 6 chains in other locations and they have been decent and some great but this location is one I will never stay at again. If you work in customer service then give good quality service just the way you'd expect to be treated in return! Overpriced for one night for what we got.

The beds are not comfortable. When you first walk in the room it appears to be clean. However, the very first night there my socks were black on the bottoms just from walking on the floor. The next morning I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a wash cloth and the wash cloth turned black. The tub had someone else’s hair in it. The rim of the toilet was visibly black and there was a toe nail clipping that was stuck to a clean towel. I couldn’t get a refund from the room and go somewhere else because I booked it on line. I understand that these are motel 6’s but I’ve stayed in plenty for many years and to have that kind of filth makes me think again about staying at any motel 6 ever again. I’d rather pay extra.

Stayed one night to attend an event in Cal State Fullerton. Nice and clean room. Enjoyed the stay. BTW, I took super shuttle from LAX to this motel 6. I originally told the shuttle driver I was going to Motel 6 in Anaheim, twice. He asked me to confirm, twice, that I was indeed going to Motel 6 in Anaheim, not Motel 6 in Fullerton. Finally, I found my email confirmation with the address. The shuttle driver said this is Motel 6 in Fullerton.

I stay here due to the confidence of the location and usually get a good price. This trip was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because I had to change rooms, my choice and I had needed a fridge and couldn't get one. Rooms with a fridge ar only $3-$4 more on line and when I did want one, if I changed, my rates would go way up and it would be over $100 more. When I got to the hotel they said they could do it for $10 per night, however, when it added up, it was higher.

This Motel 6 was the best I've been to yet. Very kind, courteous and respectful staff. Clean rooms and plenty of towels. Great cable channels, too. Totally recommend this motel. Great place to spend the night.

Wonderful staff. The room was okay. The issue I had is with the state of the outside… the carpets, steps, parking lot are covered in stains. That's pretty off-putting and gives a bad first impression. Good price relative to other places to stay, that's what made me stay!

What can I say… It's a cheap room, it's clean and it was fast! Just be prepared each adult has to have an ID at the time if paying for the room. My room is clean they have a place that delivers till 3 am for food (I'll post on that later). For the price you get what you pay for. 2 beds for me my wife and kids at the last minute. It's clean and quiet! If your picky then your not looking to stay here any way. Thanks motel 6 for the last minute room! A happy customer!

Adriana at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was satisfactory. She even called 15 minutes from my entry to see how my room was. Definitely coming back!

Would not return. It was very dirty. We had to use personal bedding because all the bedding had nasty stains. The pillows and towels/washcloths even had makeup and lipstick all over them. My son spilled some water on the floor and when we wiped it up the napkin was black. Don't believe the floor had ever been mopped. We opted out of housekeeping services for the first two days. We were there 7 days and housekeeping only came in a couple times and only left towels twice (for 4 people they left 1 towel and 1 washcloth). No sweeping or mopping, did not wash out sink of bathtub or wash down any surfaces and did not take out dirty towels even once. We tried to use the laundry facilities and couldn't because someone had vomited all over. I also verified multiple times that we would be there and paid through for 7 nights. While at Disneyland on our. Last day they called to ask if we were going to come pick up our stuff since our check out was earlier that day. Upon calling we realized they had only charged us for 6 days! I was so upset. The only good thing I can say is that, though they screwed up my reservations, the front desk staff were very polite and friendly and I enjoyed my interactions with them. All in all… not worth it. Go to a different motel!

Overall, the Housekeeping service was professional. The Front office did their best; promised coffee the following day at 0530, no coffee at 0535. Mgr, Amber, could A: use a refresher in guest interaction, or B: have career redirected into a position wth less public exposure. She was unclear on your Corporations credit card procedures; was not amenable to — basic — guest intercourse. Based upon yesterday’s interchange, I have pulled my authorization and have relocated my crews to alternate accommodations. We are on a local job for 98 days. Your motel was closest to the job site. I strongly recommend a corporate audit at your N State College franchise. After speaking with my crews this morning; I’m confident yesterday’s interchange is not a isolated occurrence, but rather, a business-as-usual event. One should not threaten a guest with blacklisting; especially when the error was — mutual — and that said guest will be staying for over 3 months, with an unlimited credit card on file!

The help desk was informative and helpful in a quick and polite manner. Also another young woman on the side keeping busy and occupied folding laundry. Great team work. Noticed the property has been much cleaner also. I'll be returning.

The rooms are normal and you have the essentials if you are only sleeping there.

The staff was great. Clean motel overall. However, there was a bug in the shower and the light fixture didn't work right. Otherwise, a nicer motel 6 than the usual.

Love love love this place. This is my family's second home. Staff is just amazing and the managers are fantastic! They treat you like family. Wouldn't pick anywhere else.

Excellent option to reach after a visit to Disneyland. Accessible and comfortable.

It's a decent place to stay when your on a budget. I been on 2 vacations and both were a stay at motel 6 so far so good. The showers were clean and the bed sheets were fresh.

Very clean room, I requested a Non-smoking room and was very happy to confirm that the room was "cigarette smell" free. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient about 15-20 minutes from Disneyland… I will stay there again.

Heater in room didn't work Also remember to have all adults give id's. My boyfriend arrived after I did and it was late and raining and I forgot to have him go up and show his. They knew he was coming so it wasn't like we lied about how many in room. We made a reservation online a day later to the same motel and got there and paid only to be told we couldn't stay because of misconduct. Which we were told was because we didn't give my bf ID.

The employees were all very helpful and polite. The room was adequate but the water pressure in the shower was very poor and the phone in the room did not work. I let the front desk personnel know about the phone and they assured me it would be fixed or replaced the next day. The phone was never fixed or replaced and we were there for 4 days! Fortunately my husband and I both have cell phones so the phone in the room was not a necessity.

The motel is comfortable for a last minute booking. I booked it at 11pm at the last minute and they were pretty accommodating. The rooms are clean and have alot considering how cheap it is for the night. It's not 4 stars because the bed I slept on was directly next to the A/C unit and was a little annoying when it turned on, otherwise everything else is great. They do offer coffee in the morning for those who partake.

Unfortunately, this is one of my least enjoyable experiences at a Motel 6, and my first time staying at this location. The biggest complaint was that the room was dirty. There were tiny brown splatter marks all over the bathroom door. The towel cubbies were full of dust and hair on the inside (where the towels are rolled up. ) The motel still had the modern, interior updating, but cleanliness is for me. The restaurant next door (former Denny's) is abandoned/vacant making the whole area seem a little bit more dark and unsafe. I definitely would not recommend this location. The staff was super friendly, that wasn't an issue at all. I will have a slight hesitation to book at Motel 6 next time, although I have had good experiences at dozens of them over the years. This location had great reviews — I had stayed at the Irvine location the night before and it was much cleaner and nicer.

Motel 6 isn't what it used to be. I was traveling with my husky, and Motel 6 was the only pet friendly motel nearby, that's why I booked with Motel 6. Now I don't know if all Motel 6 locations have a handful of rooms that aren't as clean for people with pets, or I just got a bad room. My two main issues were, 1) the comforter had dark stains on it, and 2) the second bath towel that was provided had light pink stains on it as well. I will bring my own towel for future stays if I decided to book with Motel 6 again.

Front desk was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the AC worked great. No noisy neighbors and my dogs (2) stayed for free! Top notch for the price, no bells or whistles but if you just need a place to sleep I highly recommend this location.

The location was convenient and the receptionists very nice, which is the reason I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been none. The outside (stairs, corridors, etc) was very dirty. The floor in the room and the bathroom was very dirty too. My toddler walked around the room for about 20 minutes and his feet were black! I took photographic evidence of this since I was so in disbelief… I told the receptionist and she said they would ask the cleaners but it still wasn't great when returned at night. Also the bath mat looked dirty, with black stains. I also have pictures should you want them. Overall, in term of cleanliness, a very disappointing experience…

From the beginning to the end, completely satisfied. The front desk agents were very professional and accommodating, the room was very clean, and the area was quiet. The only thing I must mention for your reference is that the additional towels I asked for from the housekeeper were smelly. I'm not positive they were dirty, but I'm sure that clean towels don't smell like that. I didn't notice until I had to use them unfortunately. Also, you have to pay for Wi-Fi? Wasn't too pleased with that either. But overall, good motel. Would stay again.

I have stayed at Motel 6 on 1440 N. State College Blvd. Quite often over the past 2 months and from the minute I walked into the office/lobby I was greeted in a very professional and friendly way. My rooms were always clean and the housekeeping staff were just as friendly and courteous. I found the laundry/vending room to be clean and comfortable doing my laundry and warming meals in the microwave. I can honestly say I enjoy my stay with Motel 6! Keep up the good work!

The only nice thing about your facility was your front desk staff when I checked in. The room had several paint stains on the floor and the furniture. The bathroom tub was also stained. There were little bugs on the furniture by the bed side. I was praying that no bed bugs and although there weren't any I honestly did not sleep comfortable at all. Due to the last minute arrangements on my side I had no choice but to endure the feeling. Did not feel safe out side my room when getting in and out of my car. Saw people in a cross the street alley gang like action. I've always stayed at Motel 6 all over when I travel, but after this experience I honestly doubt that I would ever stay at any of your facilities again. You have changed you standards very much, which is sad to me because like I previously mentioned you have always been my choice in the past.

Our room was very clean and very modern. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and she provided great customer service. I felt like she really cared about her customers more than it just being a job. You would think that right off the freeway it wouldn't be such a safe location but actually it's a great location! The prices are very very reasonable considering all hotels in the area. I have absolutely no complaints! No weird smells, no bed bugs, no bad parking, no electrical issues, very nice and very clean place to stay. And very reasonably priced!

Hello! I've stayed at many motel 6 before since I travel for work. I must say this last visit was very unpleasant. It seems like the sheets weren't replaced from the last visitor cause there were black hairs all over the sheets and bathroom floor (I'm blonde) so those definitely weren't my hairs. Also in the bathroom there is a lot of dirt kind of looks like sand on the corners of the walls. Maybe it was just this room that wasn't cleaned properly cause I know I've had cleaner rooms before. I stay at motel 6 cause the rooms are updated and the rates are reasonable. This last stay makes me definitely question if I will stay there again. I didn't complain at the front office cause there were two beds so I slept on the cleaner one. I should've brought it to their attention though so the next person staying there won't have this issue.

Bummer. No pool. But the lovely ladies at the desk and the lovely women at the helm of housekeeping are all just as nice as they can be. Very very clean. Not a lot of plant life but very pleasant and lots of smiling faces. The gas vary from families two young people but all are congenial and doesn't seem to have a Riff Raff element. AC is blazing good, and surprisingly quiet. It was a very hot day when I came in and was already on. I was cold within 15 minutes. Nice deep tub. Not a bug not a cobweb not even anything under the beds just spotless. No thick curtains, carpets, or heavy bedspreads to collect dust. You can breathe in here! Even the Windows, window sills and floor boards are spotless. I had a smoking room and still it was Pleasant smelling and dust free. The floors are laminates they are spotless. Lobby simple, but clean and fresh. Smaller rooms than I've seen in some of the Motel 6 chain. But very nice looking and well maintained. The ice machines are full of ice. Even the laundry room was spotless the common microwave didn't have a spec in it. Plenty of hot water, no noisy pipes, no rusty water like you seen some of the older properties. I don't think I've ever been in cleaner Motel. These chicks run a tight ship. Bravo ladies!

Unpleasant staff, unpleasant security. Treat paying customers like criminals. Was told by front desk we could store our beer and wine in our room, then was called out of a dead sleep in bed at 2am and told to move all our valuables to our car. No explanation about the change in policy. To be clear this was not beer or wine for consumption but literally $1000s of dollars worth of high quality beer and wine. Pointed out that the sign said not leave valuables in or car and made no progress. They actually forced us to take It out in the dead of night. We left and found a room less than 5miles away for $10 more a night where they not only cleared us to being in out valuables but supplied carts to make the move easier. Shop around, these guys are just barely the cheapest option and absolutely not worth the few bucks you save. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Worst motel ever. Ghetto, feces smeared on bathroom wall, food spilled all over walkways, not cleaned. Rude employees & the worst security guard. Customer service certainly is of no concern here. More like a prison, except we had to pay to be there. Tom Bodett would not be pleased.

The hotel is nice. We just had a bad experience checking in. We were told our rooms would be ready at 3:00p. M. Checked in a little after three. Got to our rooms and they were still dirty, had to wait a while for them to be cleaned. Maybe under staffed? Other than check in, everything else is good.

Called an reserved a room 3 weeks an advance, then called the 2 days before my trip to confirm the reservation. When calling, I found that they lost my reservation and the rates went up by $50 to reserve the same room again. After arriving to the motel to get my room, I found that they sold my reserved room and didn't have anymore left and they charged me $7 extra per night on top of the $50 extra. ($78 Extra at this point from the original reservation) They claim on their website that Wi-Fi comes free with the room, but it doesn't. Wifi is $4.99 extra per night, for speeds that don't even break 1 meg. (Finally a total of $98 extra all together from the original reservation) This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with any hotel/motel. I'm actually thinking about getting a refund for the nights that I've prepaid and going somewhere else! I will be speaking to management about this.

This was the worst place to stay. The room was so stink,, worst smell, I said this because I ask for non smoking room and was so bad, and people on first floor was smoking marijuana, and they were fighting all morning, I can't believe how noisy they were 3 in the morning until 9 in the morning, I was mad! mad mad. If u ask me how the place was? worsted worst, almost ruined my visit to Anaheim. … I had no choice,, I had to say worst place ever… blah blah blah said all u want get this thing clean up,,, there.

The buena park location in orange county, ca has really great customer service and room accomidating.

As always very good chain, a good place to rest the only bad thing is that I had very few TV channels.

Start with the front door — looked like it had been bashed in by police. It was steel, had been wrinkled badly and apparently straightened out. Gives one a real good feeling about the night ahead. Carpet in room was filthy. Bed is made of concrete. Oh, the best part is leaving the room to go anywhere — you will be sharing the walkways with hookers & druggies. A real savory bunch.

I got this room because I had a concert a weekday evening and didn't want to make the long drive back home. These rooms are especially great for these types of situations because they're decently priced and as far as I'm concerned the cleanliness which is my one main concern is done well (at least at this location). The comfort of the bed wasn't all that, but when you are tired and only seek to fall sleep for a few hours this isn't bad at all. This location in particular had almost no noise whatsoever, it has a Denny's next to it and yet I didn't hear any disturbing noises or drunk people being obnoxious as I've experience before. In addition, this location is only a few steps off the freeway so access to the freeway is very convenient.

It was an alright stay but Nothing worked. Over priced Wi-Fi and it didn't even work. I've machines didn't work. TV didn't work. But the employes were very nice.

You might as well pay $50 more and stay at another hotel, this hotel is not worth the money. My room odor was terrible, the beds are terrible. I didn't even have an iron in my room. No counter in my bathroom, not even a bathtub! Mind you I am not handicapped! And they gave me this room… you can call it budget friendly but honestly sleeping in your car would be better…

Last minute stay due to family funeral. It was a pleasure to find a clean, quiet, easily accessible bed for the night. Everything was clean and I felt somewhat safe, however the bed and pillows were in need of replacement. The office staff was also pleasant.

I stayed at the Motel 6, in Anaheim, CA, and it was about as good as I expected it to be. The room was nice, except for a few stains here and there, and all of the staff were friendly. No microwave in the room, but there is one in the laundry/snack room. The only real complaint that I have is that the internet didn't work, so I got a refund for what I paid for it.

This is a motel that I go to frequently. The rooms are clean enough, for the most part, that I can go in and not worry much about anything at all. There was one time which gnats came out of the faucet but it seems that issue has been dealt with since the last time I went. The price is pretty damn good for what you get, 2 beds and a central location in orange county.

This motel was so disgusting. I thought that Motel 6 had changed for the better since my childhood, but I was wrong — It is so much worse than any I saw in the 80s! Do not believe the positive ratings. Do not stay here. There were scary things going on in the parking lot. I was concerned for our safety when we stepped outside. The room was so dirty. We pulled back our sheets to check for bugs, and the mattress was the most disgusting thing I ever seen! I was so tired, I put the sheet back on, and tried not to think about it. We paid for a non-smoking room, and the room had a non-smoking sticker, but it was the smokiest room. Our sheets and pillows smelled like smoke. Everything we brought in the rooms smelled of smoke for days. I will give credit to the morning clerk — when we let her know about the problem, she refunded our cost for the night.

I go here once every month or so with my partner so we can get away and spend time together. Tho it can be a little pricey and sometimes a pain or a hassle, overall I think this place isn't too bad. I'll admit that one time we got a room and they told us if we wanted to stay 2 nights we may have to switch rooms but either way they would have house keeping take care of the room and all they did was make the bed and refold the towels (I could tell because I had recently colored my hair so the color had gotten on the towel I was using and slightly the pillow and everything was the same just neater and such). Tho I have seen so many low ratings saying it's infested with roaches I haven't seen a single roach out of the many times I have stayed there. And tho there isnt much food places unless you drive and explore a bit, there is a denny's in the parking lot so at least midnight munchies are taken care of. But overall I think this place is pretty nice (or at least nicer than other places I have been to) tho I still do prefer the one in westminster by in-n-out (it tends to be cheaper than this place by a good amount)

I stay at this motel 6 frequently for work and leisure. The pricing for rooms is fair and the staff is very nice. It is a safe motel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a room on a budget :).

Worst Place ever! My room was full of roaches and the sheets were dirty. The staff was nice though.

The staff was extremely friendly. I always stay at motel 6 when traveling, at THIS particular location was the first time ever that front desk called me to see how my room was. There was a strong odor of cigarette which I mention on that call, and right away they moved me to another room; a much bigger room I might add. And every time I went to office for extra towels, lost room key, each time was " how is your stay going" I personally like to be acknowledged as a valued guest. Kudos to the staff, I would stay here again no doubt.

This paticular location is very poorly maintained. We checked in around 10:30pm and went straight to bed. The following morning we checked out the bathroom so my boys could shower and there was black mold all over the walls and trash on the floor, we also found a dirty towel on the sink, unacceptable! When we alerted the front office they did not know what to do for us.

WORST motel experience ever! It all started at check-in when we received a room with someone elses luggage already in it. Instead of taking care of us, we were made to stand in line for another 45+ min. On top of the 30+ min. We had already waited to receive our room. When we finally got to our room after midnight, it smelled like a gym locker, the blanket had cigarette burns in it and the towels had black stains on them. The next night our key didn't work so we had to stand in line again for another 30+ min. To receive to keys because the front desk was so slow. For our 3rd night, our keys did not work again and we had to go ask for new ones. After 12-13 hours at Disneyland, the last thing we wanted to do at night was come back to our hotel to wait in more lines and we ended doing it 3 nights in a row. This place is just HORRID.
