Staff is wonderful here! had a small issue in the room and it was taken care of right away. Today my blood sugar dropped dangerously low and called the front desk to see if I could get orange juice since breakfast was already closed and within 5 minutes they brought me a glass of orange juice and then they brought me a small pitcher of oj in case of later. I will stay here in the future!

We thought it was a beautiful clean hotel, BUT I’m soooo disgusted and upset with myself for not noticing sooner but on our last day I pulled the sheets and the the fitted sheet under the sheet was COVERED in all kinds of stains! Yellow stains, blood stains, makeup, IT WAS DISGUSTING! You never think it’ll be your room but ALWAYS check! Also hate the fact that you have to check out every morning and pay a deposit every time you check out and check back in, SUCH an inconvenience when you’re still getting the same room.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel lobby is clean and smells so fresh. The room was spotless. Everything was great. The staff is so friendly. The continental breakfast with big.

For my job I stay at a lot of hotels and motels. This is my favorite. Every room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location for nearby restaurants, shops and easy access to the freeway. Also just minutes away from Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.

Not the best, there was a party next to us but we informed security and it was quiet. I didn't feel comfortable in the ground floor because windows were right at ground. Nice breakfast.

Considering the hotel is under renovation I will give three stars. If the work had not been started I would give it a zero. High smell of odor in rooms and hallways followed by high level of deodorant being used. Smells like bathroom deodorizer. Carpets are disgusting, Grey carpet in stairwell has a black path from the top floor right to the ground floor. Internet does not work. Rooms are somewhat clean except for the carpet. Breakfast is fine if you like fat food. Very seldom there is fruit or healthy choices. This is my third stay here. I only stay because of corporate telling me to otherwise IU would be elsewhere. And I am a Best Western Platinum Rewards Member.

Very reasonable rates for the area, and congenial helpful staff. Is being remodelled at the moment so there is some construction mess in the lobby. Included breakfast is above average, but not stellar. Bed was comfortable, but pillows are too thick and firm for our tastes and options were not available in the room. Location is away from the street and quiet. All rooms are non-smoking but there is a very pleasant smokers lounge provided near the main entrance.

The Best Western Plus was outstanding. The room was large, really nice and well kept. The breakfast was phenomenal. They served waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, muffins, tosst, bagels, and more. The staff in the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. They cleared tables, brought food over etc. Would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for 1 night with the wife and kids. This was such a good experience for the price. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The free breakfast was better than most. Extremely satisfied with our one night at this hotel.

The staff is so nice and helpful! The rooms were so nice and extremely clean! Location is a little odd, but they make up for it with how nice the hotel is itself! I will definitely be coming back! Loved my stay!

My wife & I loved the our stay; everything is always so nice! The bed & pillow are comfortable (we slept for 9 hours solid! ) Great breakfast put on by workers that love their job & do it well.

Contacted corporate but each place is independently run. Looks like we will not be returning here again, not will we allowed our out of town guests. We came here at nearly 1 in the morning to get some sleep because we were having issues at home. Turns out that there was an inch crack under the door that let a ton of light in but even worse, we could hear everyone walking by. Even people standing at the front counter (our room was awkwardly situated) sounded clear from where we were laying. Worse still, one of their employees came knocking on our door at 4 or 5 in the MORNING. I came bleary eye and he was like, “Oh” and turned around, “There’s someone in here… no there’s still someone in here” and walked away. I would have complained then but I was just so tired. Breakfast was traditional cold cereals, warm bagels and fresh made waffles, bacon, eggs, juice, etc. The rooms had natural soaps, which is nice. Decent bed.

Wasa great place to stay. Nice and clean gave u alot of coffee in the room and everyone was friendly. Would stay there again.

Hotel was pretty nice, however, 2 employees, Christina Lopez, the General Manager and Jessica, at the front desk did not provide customer service. I've never experienced anything like it. They were very rude. I've practically lived in hotels for most of the last 8 years due to my business nature and travels. It was pretty incredible to witness. If they were not so terrible, I would have stated there weeks to months, depending on my business needs. The location was great for my current needs, such a let down that people still treat people that way, especially in the hospitality industry.

Location for the hotel was very convenient right off the 57 freeway. Rooms were a nice size and very comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly, courteous and quick to respond to our needs. Refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave available in our room. There was decent complimentary breakfast available each morning. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The breakfast, while simple motel fare, was outstanding. The variety and presentation of the food was great. But the kind and helpful breakfast staff just made it wonderful! Seriously, it was well beyond what I would normally expect from a basic motel stay. I was very pleased with this hotel stay.

I Have stayed here previously and have been happy. This time, not so much. After a good night sleeping my wife and I discovered we had no hot water for a shower. After notifying management they said they could do nothing to compensate and general manager would decide later on the matter. No one ever contacted us. A few weeks passed an I contacted corporate. They took care of us and we will continue as a best western customer but will look at other options before staying at this location again, because of there lack of care.

The hotel was a little out of the way, but definitely worth the booking. Very clean, and comfortable. We'd been given a complimentary room upgrade for a our stay, and had a great night.

Great rooms with comfortable beds. The outside looks a bit rough due to the construction going on at the time, but the inside is in tip top shape and the staff was fantastic and helpful during my stay there. Only about fifteen minutes away from Disneyland too. Will definitely be staying there again if need be.

Room beautiful. Autuell a construction site. The breakfast buffet was replaced by a mikriges Cupon breakfast in nearby Denny's. This is subcutable, quality very poor.

A frIendly and accomadating staff and a very clean and modern hotel. Quick check in and out. Highly recommend if you cannot or do not want to stay right next to the Disneyland Resort. Less than a 15 minute drive.

Nice rooms. Exterior needs upgrading. Sidewalks would be nice. Smoking area under the porte cochere near the hotel entrance is a really bad idea. First impressions are important. Great breakfast.

After finding a phenomenal rate of $50.99 plus tax, I decided to try this property. It's a nice little gem located just off the 57 freeway in Placentia. Close to the freeway and yet very quiet. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, being multilingual was an added plus. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable with a nice sofa and sitting area for relaxing. Good for a night or an extended stay, my suite had a minifridge, microwave and studio style area for quick meals and snacks. The breakfast included in the rate was good, offering eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, various breads, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, coffee, tea, milk and juices. Unique to this property, the selection also included beans a treat for this California gal. My only minor complaint was that there was butter spread/margarine rather than real butter among the condiment selection, aside from that, it was perfect. Complimentary coffee and ice water in the lobby were available all day. The fitness center was great and there was plenty of parking. Security at night was a plus, but I felt quite safe regardless. I would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We had a great time at the conference because we had a great nights sleep on comfy beds! Breakfast and coffee helped get us off to a great start. Definitely a quality place to stay!

This hotel is by far the BEST but it also is the MOST reasonably priced. The staff was 5 star everything was 5 star except the price! I will stay here from now on whenever we are in the area. My husband and I travel a great deal for work purposes, therefore we stay in a lot of hotels. It truly is no exaggeration when I say this is the BEST hotel I have stayed in. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great hotel! I've been staying here for many years and this is my go to hotel for Disneyland. It's a very easy 10 minute drive. They recently upgraded the entire Hotel. The king sized beds are very hard so if you like a soft bed, book a queen room. On our last stay, we used the queen accessible room and it was great. The only thing that needed more consideration with the remodel was space to put necessities for a handicapped person while showering, there's absolutely zero shelf space, only one pedestal sink. They serve a hot breakfast that is more than enough to fill your family before you head out for the day. The staff has always been extremely nice and go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. Their parking is also free which is a plus since most hotels near Disneyland charge you 15 to $25 per night.

Tried using a portion of my 310k points for a stay and it was denied. Is crap. I can't believe how I was treated. Spoke to 5 different people in 2 hours, got 4 different answers. Devastated is an understatement.

Great location to many major attractions, clean, spacious, free parking, free breakfast, fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7 as well as ice water. The king room had 2 tv's, pull out sofa and a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Can't beat the price for the area.

The hotel is exactly what you will expect for the price — old and a bit run down, but still clean. Amenities include free coffee and mediocre free breakfast. Our room was large, with a separate living room area but I am not sure if all rooms are like that. The Wi-Fi was decent as well. The major disappointment was the lack of a very basic service that should exist in any hotel. They do NOT hold luggage before check in. I find this really inconvenient since the check in time is at 3pm. I understand that most people have cars in the area, but I am sure many use Uber/taxi as well. The hotel becomes really inconvenient for non drivers.

This Best Western has the absolute worst customer service! My family booked a reservation at this hotel, but then realized we would not be able to make it so asked if we could cancel despite it being the morning of. After the receptionist assured us that she could cancel the reservation and make an exception so we wouldn’t get charged, and receiving a cancellation confirmation that stated our stay as $0, we later saw that they still charged us. When we tried to call them they denied that we ever cancelled, refusing to return our money even when we showed them proof, and then promised the manager would call us the next day to sort it out, which never happened. We are currently still in the process of trying to get this figured out. It's absolutely unacceptable and has been a tremendous waste of our time.

Absolute terrible management and customer service. I have been waiting for over 2 months for the General Manager to respond on getting a corporate account set up at this hotel. I have sent numerous follow up emails and left numerous voicemails. I have even gone into the hotel to try and speak with the General Manager and they were not there. I went in there during the week around 1130am the person at the front desk said the manager was not there. I asked them when the manager is there and they replied 8am to 4pm. They then said she has not come in yet today. I then contacted customer service on their website to which they cannot even reach this General Manager. I truly do not believe this person is real. This has been so ridiculous trying to get something so simple done. My company spends tens of thousands of dollars on hotels a year throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. I can guarantee that I will go out of my way to never stay at a Best Western again. I will pay more money and drive further to go to other competitors.

The first room we went to had bed sheets that probably should have just been replaced and not washed, but the staff was very understanding and moved us into a different room that was perfectly clean. The breakfast was fine, with the waffles being surprisingly good. Overall a good value. I would stay again.

Nice place. Not much around it and in the middle of remodeling several rooms. Had to endure jack hammers during the day. They are trying to do their best at subduing the noise but it is a jack hammer.

Got a deal through Hotwire. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I lost. Random location near a school. Paper thin walls, not good. Small rooms. Meh. Free breakfast is good. Not much else to get excited about. $100 held for incidentals. Wont be coming back. Probably will never book through Hotwire again.

I'm so glad we stayed here it was clean and the room had two bed and lots of room. 10 min from Disneyland. We stayed at the Disney resort for 3 nights before staying our last night here through a Google search, it was by far well worth it and I wish I didn't spend all that money at the resort wasn't all that. I stayed there Nov 10 2015. Maybe I got lucky after reading some reviews I'm happy my stay was amaxing.

We stayed here as part of a package from Get Away Today. When I bought the package I knew I wasn't necessarily staying at a 5 stay hotel and I was okay with that. I honestly didn't have high expectations for this place. My thought process was that we wouldn't be spending much time here anyways since we would be at Disneyland all day. The only reason I'm giving the Best Western Plus in Anaheim two stars is because the front desk staff was friendly. When we first walked into our room it smelled disgusting. Surprisingly the bedroom area looked clean, but I can't say the same about the bathroom. The shower was the most disgusting shower I've ever seen. There was black mold all along the edge of the shower and up around the door. I couldn't stand showering. Next time I come to Disneyland I can assure you that I will spend more money on a better hotel because it definitely does matter.

The staff was really nice, and kind.
The rooms were really clean and spacious.
Direct TV with many Channels.
Bathrooms provide a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser which I was really happy with.
And their breakfast room was filled with delicious fruit, waffles bacon and mores thing I have never seen in a breakfast room before.
Overall very pleased.
They took less than 5 minutes to inspect my room and they gave me my deposit back with no problem.

I stayed here back in April while taking the family to Disneyland. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was polite. The breakfast buffet was decent and the lady working it was nice. It's only short 7 minute drive to the parking garage at Disneyland. I would stay here again next time we go to Disneyland.

Would never recommend this hotel. Looked beautiful online and when we arrived the room stunk of smoke. Bed sheets were dirty, and shower was moldy. I ended up staying at the mariott and for $50 extra a night I got a wonderful room/hotel with awesome staff. Definitely skip this one and keep looking.

I travel to Brea regularly for business and find this hotel to be an excellent place to stay. The rooms are large, newly decorated, clean and usually very quiet. The staff is efficient and always kind, mannerly and professional. I have never had any negative experience with this hotel and have seven more reservations coming up from August through November. Thank you to those who work and serve well at this hotel.

Room service stole a ring from my room while I was out for the day, still haven't found it after months of looking and getting the word out. Okay hotel service, the people who do breakfast were very nice, but very dishonest and poor customer service to go as far as taking items from the room. Never been so upset with hotel service for that reason alone.

This has been one of the best value stays we have ever had. The price is right, the rooms and hotel are very clean. Very friendly staff and We stayed in 2 Queen room. It was a good roomy room, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and a comfy love seat. The beds get a 10! bathroom is roomy.

Do not stay here. I was charged 20$ for a TOWEL that was "STAINED". I'm sorry but a towel does not cost 20$. ESPECIALLY not the towels we were given. Ridiculous.

Spa was not working three days in a row. If you like spas call and make sure its working. Cheap owner turns it down so that it doesn't get hot.

I paid for 10 Days Rm I unpacked my Car Camping Stuff from my week of Vacationing and got Settled in and Got the Kids to Bed. I was there from 8pm-12 Midnight when I spotted Bed Bugs Crawling on my Kids Bed and Sure enough it was Totally infested. The Box Spring had eggs and Baby ones and long term Signs of them existing there Prior to my 4hour Stay. I had to bag up my things and get my kids Showered and changed by the time I got done Loading my car and being so Angry and Tired I couldn't Drive to another Hotel so I had to Sleep in my Car. As well my Son got bite's on him and they washed our Clothing which they Ruined a Pair of True Religion jeans of Mine. Im looking into a Lawyer right Now.

Got a deal off of Groupon, and I've even worked in a Best Western before, but this hotel sucked. The rooms and beds were ok, but you could hear through the WALLS and DOORS. So when people were walking around and slamming doors from 12 — 1:30 am, you could hear it! Not to mention people were smoking pot on our floor and you could smell it when you got off the elevators. Front desk clerks were rude and slow. Towels looked old and ragged. I'm never staying at a Best Western again.

I believe Hotwire and BW are running a scam together. BW assignrd a king size bed to 3/4 person request via Hotwire. Well, I have to pay an upgrade fee to BW if I want 2 beds. Both parties appeared no concern and indifference after numerous calls. Hotwire did put up an intimitading postbooking service mind you. If I used them once, screw them. If you use them now, welcome to screwville. No complaint you hear.
