I thought Ramadas were nice hotels until I recently stayed at this location. While the lobby looks nice and the receptionist was friendly, the guestroom was filthy and old. The chair, carpet and walls had gross stains. The curtains were hanging off the window and bedsheets had a hole in them. This definitely felt like a $35 motel and not worth the $100+. Hotel needs a deep clean.

My wife and I last minute decided to attend a Con at the Anaheim convention center, and we booked the room at a reasonable price for a one night stay. The room was nice and we got top floor! It was with in walking distance to the convention center and Disney Land! We didn't even have to drive for our short stay!

Anything that could go wrong seemed to, we were not given the the room we purchased. And had to wait two hours just to get a room. The remotes only partially worked, they were not able to control things you want a controller to do. On both the divider door and the bathroom door the locks were broken. Eventually we got our room where the door was broken, two remotes to control one tv, had to wait on our couch for our seventh person. After switching rooms one of our towels were taken that belonged to us. Breakfast was nothing special machines kept breaking, and refilled at the beginning of breakfast;so it wasn't like people had been using them all morning. Ice machine and the dryer were broken, there were two rooms however only one had air conditioning so the other got real hot. We also in the first room found a bedbug.

They were really nice, quiet, and clean. The phone didn't work but I'm finding most motels phones don't work since cellphones. Nice place to go if u want an comfortable place to stay that's reasonably priced. Although keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Never again online pictures need to be updated the Jacuzzi is and has been out of order, the first morning we where there the hot water in the whole place was out, the floors you can feel holes that had been covered by carpet don't waste your money.

The only reason why I give this place one star is because the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Other than that, this place IS NOT suitable for children. As I drove up, the parking lot is extremely small. As I get out of the car, there’s a few men smoking weed in their vehicle, and mind you I have my little family with me. As we walk to our room, it’s in a little ghetto hallway and I walk in and right away know I’m cancelling this reservation. It was definitely not up to standards. The TV didn’t work, the window was cracked and broken, the lamp was broken, the bathtub was ABSOLUTELY disgusting! As we walk out you have people lighting up their pipe like it’s nothing, smoking like it’s the thing to do around children. Never again will I stay at any Ramada’s.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to Disney's front entrance. The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly. You can't beat the price either! We highly recommend it.

Very comfortable Hotel and good price.

Dissatisfying. It took forever to check in and almost an hour to find parking. The room could have been cleaner And the bump heads in the other room for the kids were very on sturdy and and safe! Never again!

Was a good price for last minute room, friendly staff, decent size room with an extra foyer with a couch, mini fridge, 2 tvs, ac worked great!

I flew from Florida long fights, I come to the hotel very exhausted showered and ready for bed and noticed big yellow stains on the bed and pillows, it is very disgusting. I went to the front desk I was told there's no house keeping till 8am and I asked for clean sheets to sleep on the bottom of the bed her response she doesn't have anymore clean sheet… She offered to change room but not gauranteed it would be clean, I had already unpacked so I stayed and asked her to send room service in the morning… She appeared at my door with one sheet what she found. This hotel made my first day here worst impression… I would never come back here… I would give it no stars…

Horrible rooms, no phone in room to call front desk, have us a room at the very end that had drop ceilings & there was a water problem & I was asleep so hard my husband let them in to fix the emergency but I woke up to a strange man in my room with a hose hanging from the ceiling! Couldn't call front desk so used my cell to give them a what for & demanded to change rooms. They moved us to a room that had mold in the bathroom & crumbs in the bed. Nightmare! Would never stay again! I wish I had the pictures to show you but it was so mortifying I didn't even think to take pictures. It was are 20 year anniversary and I don't know why we don't think about just moving hotels completely. I do not recommend you stay here. There are a whole bunch of other hotels on the strip Go there! Don't stay here!

Admission date: 20/Mar. /2018 We change the room due to hygienic problem (curved hair in bathtub and towels). The front desk gave us new door card for another room. Then, in the dawn of next day, their employee unlocking our door, trying to break in, twice. Fortunately, me apply our own door jammer before we went to bed. They claim that they just want to check we are not homeless people… Excuse me: 1. The new room was assigned by YOUR front desk. 2. It was GD 1:00 and 4:00 a. M.! I wished I could give you ZERO point. What's wrong with you? Too lazy to check the arrangement?

Front desk they were nice overall Rooms sucked Prior to arriving no one picked up the phone I called 4 times just to confirm and was placed on hold at least 10 min each time Finally upon arriving we immediately needed to switch rooms cause the last did not follow the itinerary 1 king not 2 queens plus the room smelt of pot. I get to the next room phone doesn't work No shower courton (waited 1hr) for that The holder for the shower was falling off the hinges. Later on I was hotboxed in n the room with marijuana causing headaches and heartburn I also have pictures this hotel only gave 15% off too they don't care about their guests or the rooms this is clear for your own health don't stay here.

I stayed here these last few days despite all the reviews I went with it because of location and pictures. Do not be fooled this place is so nasty and not worth the money at all. Room was not cleaned, sheets we stained and carpet stained, cabents did not open and room smelled so bad fan did not work in our suite and the AC kept breaking. The employees are so rude and the spa was still broke and it only has one pool that is just covered. Also the only they have for breakfast is one waffle maker and danishes and cereal. I will never stay there again nasty place.

It's a nice hotel, a little dated. They did have a continetal breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free parking as well. It's a bit far of a walk to the park you can always go to the toy story parking and take the bus, we had a double stroller so we decided to walk, other than that it wasn't bad.

Would not recommend. No stars. The first room was not at all like the picture… totally getto room. I switched and it is better, but the door to the bedroom doesn't slide. And still not a nice room.

A good basic hotel with a VERY nice staff. Clean, close and convenient.

It was ok. The good: The staff was awesome and attentive, bed and pillows were nice and breakfast was not bad. The not so good: furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Bathroom… tub needs to be upgraded it was yellowing from age, the drain was rusting severely from the water and the faucet pulled away from the wall and dripped, carpet had stains. A/C and closet in same place. So clothes interfered with airflow. Overall 3.5 stars. Will I be back? Maybe the price was right. So tolerable.

Very good place, not from any star, NI luxury but it is ok.

Hotel is great price for the location. Breakfast is nonexistent but the staff was super awesome. Room was clean except for a few water bugs that kept coming in. And the setup is a bit strange with the sink outside of the bathroom but I guess that is for convenience when there are people getting ready. Overall a good place. Just don't think you are staying at a nice Disney Hotel with a pool (that was fenced off and the Jacuzzi had caution tape)

Good place if you’re just looking a place to sleep. Although the bed isn’t very comfortable, it still worked. Shower had no hot water, was warm temp but leaned a little on the cold side. Shower head and drain were gross, had a lot of rust and build up of who knows what. Rooms need a lot of TLC and as for breakfast, you’re better off going to Target down the road and buying food. But if you literally need just a cheap place to sleep in between your fun days at Disneyland, this place would be ok.

This hotel claims it's renovated. It's not! Which I wouldn't really care if it was at least clean. The tub was disgusting, I couldn't even bathe my kids in it. I went and bought disinfect wipes because there was brown dried drips on a light switch. The continental breakfast is waffles, fruit, toast, fruit and your choice of milk, juice or coffee. So one of the worst continental breakfasts ever. I only gave it 2 stars because if you just need a cheap hotel to sleep in this is it.

Completely unsatisfied with the quality of this hotel. The room was priced about 6x more than it was worth. The first room we stayed in was a redesigned storage room and had a toilet that backed up, hours after checking in. I shut off the water to prevent a mess and called the front desk to have them fix the issue. They informed me that a maintenance person would not be there for a couple hours and they could not find a plunger so I could at least attempt to fix the problem myself. If I hadn't had known to shut off the water, it would have been a foul disaster. They said they could open a new room and we could use that restroom if we wanted. I requested a new room and asked for someone to meet me there with a key to open the room. After waiting at the new room for 10 minutes I walked to the front desk and retrieved the key myself. I felt that the staff had little compassion for our unfortunate experience and I don't recall any apologies for the inconvenience. We were moved to smaller room (which was fine) and this room's bathtub had stains in it, and a toilet that also was not the best flusher. On top of that, we found a cockroach in the bathroom upon our arrival back from Disneyland later that day. I wasn't not expecting the fanciest of rooms, but if I wanted to stay at a roach infested motel, I would have.

The water temperature when you tried to shower was tepid and couldn't really make it hot. Some of my other roomies also experienced bug bites. The continental breakfast was very useful and it was nice to be able to make your own waffles. Plus being close to the convention center and having a decent mattress to sleep on (at lease for myself) was nice.

We started our stay in our unmarked room. Yep unmarked with no room number. As we explored our room the first thing we happened upon was our couch with only two legs on one side. I guess we could use it as a slide? Our toilet screamed like a banshee from the underworld for about a minute every time you flush. No using that at night I guess… Unless we want all of the nightmares. There was mold in the bathroom, broken floor tiles, holes in the walls, and at least 10 flies squashed on the shower ceiling. This room definitely isn't up to the health and safety codes here in California not to mention pretty gross to stay in.

It's a good hotel, but it's my turn to hear two people complain about someone coming in while they were bathing.

This place is terrible. It's no use and no one solves the damage to the room.

I wish I could give this place 0 star, nothing looks like in the pictures, the place so old, the toilet water is not working, no running water for 6 hours. We wanted to get out when we first saw the room but we can not cancel. TV can only watch 1 Chanel. You get what you pay for! Do Not Stay Here If you Want a Comfortable place!

It's sufficient. It's not cute, but it's cheap.

Do not stay here! the place is falling apart. Our car was backed into and they did not help us. (sorry our manager is in a meeting and can not check cameras) If you want to have a bad neck or back, the beds are for you! I was so sore the morning from what they offer. Very dirty. There were white stains all over the furniture (who knows what that is) I have been to Disney several times each year due to our annual pass and this was one of the worst. Im surprised they have not updated this. I though Ramada was a good hotel to stay at, but I guess this is one chain to stay away from.

Positives: it was close to Disneyland, we received a complimentary breakfast, and the staff was willing to work with us. Negatives: we paid for cheap and that's what we got. Our first room didn't have working hot water, so we had to change rooms. Our 2nd rooms were oddly put together, the plumbing was poor and there were some roaches in our room in the morning.

Just to sleep & shower was adequate before heading out to Disney for most of the day Needs refurbishing a bit run down for a Ramada. Had good waffle's for breakfast along with juice, coffee & muffins, no eggs. Had a problem with the room when arrived, door would not lock. Had to change rooms. Room was clean.

Was accused of smoking in my room, when I wasn't. Some stranger who didn't identify himself demanded that I let him in my room. I responded with I'm not helping you. If you want in my room use your own key. After him trying a key that didn't work. He turned and said I would be charged 250$ for smoking in the room. So I opened the room and allowed him to see and smell if I in fact was. Which I hadn't As he is looking around my room and looking at my belongings too long I asked him to leave because it was obviously appearent I wasn't. As he is leaving he now tell me that I tells me to stay 20 feet away from any door if I was to smoke. Stay away the place is run down furniture leans and drawers won't close, mold on the shower wall and corners. So if you want to be harassed for doing things that you didn't do, come have a stay.

My son stayed here and a window was accidentally broken when he was trying to knock on the window and wake up his friend. The hotel kicked him out even though he had prepaid for that night and the next. The hotel then proceded to steal $800 off of his debit card for the cost of the window, which they had no right to do. My son went to the manager and they ended up giving him the money back on his card. He started driving home to Minnesota and guess what, they ran his card for $600 again. Oh and we have tried calling numerous times tonight to resolve this and all they do is hang up on us. We will be calling the corporate office tomorrow, his bank to report Fraud, and the Better Business Bureau for these shady practices. So now my 19 year old son and his friend are stranded in the middle of nowhere sleeping at a rest stop because of this. Not a very refutable thing to do. I would not stay at this hotel if I were you!

Went to front desk to let them know of minor damages that were there. They offered us a better room free of charge. I was a satisfied customer. The front desk guy was very understanding and helpful.

There were multiple big holes all over the walls in the room and no functioning shower, they didn't even bother keeping the outer lights on at night, so you had to stumble up and down the stairs in the dark. Whoever owns it doesn't really care, and it shows. Don't waste your money, go somewhere nice, it's worth it to not stay in a place like this.

This hotel is in horrifying condition. HOWEVER, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I was helped by a gentleman who is a clear expert on how to handle customer service. Steven, I believe his name was, mentioned it was his first week at this hotel, yet he was the only person throughout my entire stay who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the horrible situation was tolerable. as a wymdham rewards member for years I can tell you that if there was a small possibility of us ever staying here its only because of the incredible service we were provided. If the company has not yet acknowledged his dedication to excellence then the company must be blind!
