Rooms are clean and updated and the breakfast is good. It’s a great value option.

Have been here several times in past. Frequent flyer. This time received a room with the closet /make-up counter in the bathroom. The lighting over sink worked twice. The second time, after turning on switch, took 2 hours to come on. Shower head on slider, kept falling and poor bathroom ventilation. Housekeeping reasonable. Continental breakfast okay.

I was so disappointed with the hotel and staff. I was in town for a week long training. The hotel is run down. The door know was broken. We have a small service dog which I told them about when we checked in (showed the American Service Dog credentials too). The next day we where asked to leave because of the Service Dog. The management was rude and belittled my wife about the dog and stated the dog was not a service dog (anyone can go to the website to verify the status of the Service Dog Registry — but they did not)! The manager refused to talk to me. I am a disabled combat veteran and could not believe the management’s non-compliance with the Americans Disability Act. I fly with the dog, travel out of state, and have been on a cruise with the dog and never had a problem. Sorry sad face for the Stanford Inn based on hotel accommodations, customer service and satisfaction.

Nice family suites. No issues checking in. The front desk girls were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent however I don't think having the eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes behind the counter for a worker to serve you their portion amounts counts as a "buffet breakfast". Carpets are old and leave your feet really black. Also not alot of outlets for charging bedside or in the room in general.

We have stayed in this hotel's Disney room and a half suite many times! We have always been pleased! The staff is kind, caring, and always helpful! The breakfast is always a great way to start the day! The hotel is right on the path and is a drop-off sight for the ART bus that leads you directly to Disneyland which is so helpful when your kids are completely exhausted after long days at the park! We are already planning our next stay at this hotel!

We had a great stay for a family of 6. We stayed for 3 nights it was awesome! the rooms were great the kids slept well in there bunk bed. We had an infant that slept with us but a teenager who got his own queen size bed. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great! I like places where you don't have to pay for breakfast. The swimming pool was clear the staff was awesome. They have a printer for tickets and a laundry. I was really happy being there.

We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the kid suites with 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for our family of 6. The extra room with 2 bunk beds and bathroom was really nice. The free breakfast was great! Hot sausage, eggs, potatoes and waffles were the favorites. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is reading this review. We had stayed at this hotel back in 2011 and it was OK back then but it is clearly under new management / ownership now and is WAY better than before.

We got a car's theme room that was super cute the kids absolutely loved it. The hotel is really close to Disneyland with alot of restaurants near by is very convenient. They also have a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland. The pool is open till 11 p. M which is awesome and free breakfast at a great price.

We stay here often when we go to Disneyland. It's a good hotel and the prices are reasonable for the closeness to Disneyland. We've always liked our rooms and the breakfast is good.

Pretty close to the Disney parks in Anaheim. It is a hotel that is quite nice, nice and at a good price. You can get to the amusement parks by walking perfectly, as it is about a kilometre away.

It was affordable, clean, with a good breakfast included. The pool was heated and fun. Thanks for a great stay!

I appreciate the family atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are soft with nice sheets. The showers have good pressure. The breakfast is free and decent so bonus.

Everyone was extremely kind. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The pool and spa were great. And the breakfast was delicious. We were there Friday through Sunday morning. Would definitely recommend.

Good value for the price. Simple, yet comfortable rooms, basic breakfast, free parking. This is the 4th time I've stayed here. Always been a good experience.

This hotel is a 0.1 I checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. The sofa bed springs were visible, and my entire family has been itching, I had to give my children Benadryl because I laid them down because was 1am and just terrible. The front desk lady took my husband to 2 different rooms which she couldn’t access and got concerned saying she believed people had deadbolt the units and were occupying illegally. How terrifying! Thank goodness Hampton got us in! I was advised by the front desk lady she needed a supervisor to do a automatic reversal, and told us we had to come back in the am to speak to ray, I also advised Discover Card.

The family suite was perfect for our family! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a perfect start of our Disney day! The city bus (ART) to Disney also stops right in front of the hotel and is about the same price as the parking lots. That was a great surprise and very helpful with two young kids.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The family suite is perfect when traveling with kids. Rooms are Disney decorated. There is a city shuttle bus stop directly in front of the hotel, so much more convenient and easier than using the Disney parking lots and cost similar. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added a 3rd night.

Great room, amazing continental breakfast and a super friendly/on top of it staff. Room was clean and smelled pleasant, beds were firm and comfortable, did not make my back injury flare up as hotel beds have done in the past. Super pleased with our hotel choice, also has a shuttle stop located just outside the lobby on the sidewalk, super convenient!

We stayed in the avengers family suite for our Disney vacation and had a great time! The room was spacious and priced very reasonably. The included breakfast was also very high quality and featured coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. Overall fantastic experience.

Very close to Disney that even walking you can go (but I do not recommend it, you get out of the park very tired). It is clean, has good service although I would expect better breakfast and that would include in the rooms water bottles. They don't have convenience store but at least if they sell water and sodas in the lobby. The dining area is small, it fills up fast. In the end, the price is right and well invested. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. I'd give 4.5 stars but I can't.

It's a means to do a 3-day stay at Disney. Just remember, the 15 minute walk boast is more like 25, maybe 30. It's a little over a mile to the Disney gate. Uber ($6) or Lyft is a good idea to save your legs for the real fun. Bring your own pillow. The pillows here are super thick. It's fine, I'd stay again.

Clean. We had a very nice maid who folded our clothes for us every day while we were out. We thought that was cool, but I imagine some people might not enjoy that kind of service. Had no issues to speak of.

Very impressive breakfast. Fresh scrambled eggs made perfectly well and real potatoes. Extras are waffles made right in front of you and cereal all varieties such as crunchy raisin bran and fresh fruit. Yummy yogurt, milk, toast, jellies, and plenty of clean tables and chairs to accommodate the several families with little ones and big ones. My 88 ur old mother and I ate to our hearts delight. Not to mention, most comfortable beds to snuggle in.

Stayed in the bunk bed room. It was nice to have a room for the kids! I would 100% recommend this if you're on a budget. The breakfast was great.

There are bugs. We've specifically had a cockroach and a centipede so far : (this automatically drops it to one star for me… Gross. The rooms are ok besides that. Pretty beat up, but mostly functional. Walls are pretty thin so there is a lot of noise. Maybe the second floor is better? Breakfast didn't have as much variety as other free Continental breakfasts, but it was still pretty good.

Great overall experience. The housekeeping people set up our daughter's stuffed animals for her each day while we were in the park! The staff were some of the nicest people around, especially the ladies doing breakfast, so friendly. A few things have been better. The hot tub could have been hotter. It was about the same temp as the heated pool. Also, changing up the hot breakfast items day to day would be great. It was a solid 4 star experience.

Pretty clean room. Comfortable bed, blankets, and pillows. Just like the pictures on the website. Low water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good! There was fresh waffles. Found a kids shoe under my bed.

We had a great stay at Stanford Inn and Suites. It was our second stay there. 2bed/2bath suites are perfect for a family! Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was perfect! The only problem was, it was an extremely hot weekend and both of the ice machines were out of order more then in order. That was vrry frustrating. Bus stops right in front and prices are good!

This is a good hotel for what it is. Clean, felt safe, close to Disney with available shuttle service. Breakfast isn't bad, includes eggs and sausage along with the usual cold breakfast items. Staff at front desk were super friendly, which was appreciated after a long drive, and helpful with our questions. I ended up upgrading from a 2 queen room to a family suite with bunk beds, and was glad I did! Kids have a separate room with their own mini table and tv. Worked well for us. My complaint, hence the four stars, was when we woke up in the morning, there were 4 pincher bugs in our bathroom! I HATE those things with a passion. Also, we only have one trash can outside of the bathroom, and it's small. Since the suite has a fridge and microwave, it's obvious you may be eating there, so more or a bigger can is really needed to avoid a mess. Would stay again if needed!

Stayed here for 8 nights! Enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. The pool was great. Hot tub was never very hot but oh well. Great location $5 lyft to Disneyland. Maid service everyday. Will be back for our next Disney trip!

Ask them to put you in the new rooms if possible, which is further away from the breakfast room. My coworker and I have separated rooms and his is way nicer because it's a new room (wood-floor, HUGE TV…) vs mine with dirty carpet, small TV and looked pretty outdated (both rooms are double bed). I also found a blood stain on the comforter when I'm about to go to sleep. Not O. K. I went to wash my clothes and it was exactly as what other review said: there are full of sand in the washer. If you have to wash your clothes, choose the one on the right side, it has less sand and is somewhat does the trick. Breakfast was alright, not the best but not the worst either. If they have completed remodeling the hotel, it might worth the money because the new room looks pretty nice.

First off the housekeeping staff is excellent at providing a clean environment and maintaining all rooms for guests who check in. If you stay for a day or two, in the morning you will get to experience a breakfast room and with a variety of options from eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and more! I am very pleased with my experience so far and I will certainly be reserving rooms again at this inn. Keep up the good work guys!

Great hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds are really comfortable. The staff was really professional. It is about a mile away from Disneyland. Also you can buy tickets to Disneyland at the lobby.

This hotel is so clean and comfortable. The breakfast they prepared every morning is huge. Room is a good size. Beds are soft and comfy. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Must check out this place next time you go to Disney.

Decent place. Staff were nice and polite. Our room had carpet and my wife's feet got dirty with no socks on walking on the carpet. Also the carpet was wet under the a. C. In our room. We stayed 4 days and on of the days they didn't service the room even though we left the sign for service on the door. Pretty quiet overall and breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great location to disneyland. Good breakfast. Clean. The staff is pleasant and works hard. Internet was ok. Wouldn't allow phones to connect. Beds seemed like full when advertised as queen. Bed was also busted and sagged on one side.

Great location, magnificent views, comfortable and stylish rooms. My Wife and I sat out on the 7th floor terrace at night watching the bay bridge lights and listening to seagulls. The next day we had lunch with friends in the American restaurant. The upholstered couches outside are so inviting. Perfect proximity to the ferry building for breakfast and a walk.

This was an a place to sleep. The breakfast needs to be changed the hot stuff was always sausage patties and egg patties wheels and pancakes were typical for a hotel. They were accommodating we had a smell in our room and wanted to move they moved us the next day. Would stay there in a pinch but will try and book earlier next time to stay somewhere a little nicer. The pool was cold and on the morning we left the hot tub was at about the temp you would have expected a heater pool. I did tell them and that for right on fixing it but we were leaving after the time at the pool so it didn't fix much for us.

I booked this hotel for my Disneyland vacation. It was so cozy and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the family suite, came with 2 queen beds and a separate room with bunk beds! Love the breakfast they have for the guest which was totally free. Shuttle to the Disneyland resort was only a 10 min trip. Overall loved my stay at the Stanford Inn and Suites.

Spent one night at the Stanford Inn. Great service at the front desk, and answered all my questions about the nearby area. When we had an issue using the in-room coffee maker, they sent someone up right away who was helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long enough to enjoy all of the amenities, but we did get to try their complimentary breakfast which had a nice waffle bar. Will stay with them again!

Considering the price I would expect my room AC to be strong and to have plenty of parking for guest staying at the hotel. As for the room it was really nice and spacious. The spare room with the bunkbeds had its own AC, private door and TV. The Disney decorations were a very nice touch. The main room Beds was just right for comfort and the pillows were plenty and fluffy.

Had a suite. Good room, reasonably comfy beds, slightly more humid than we're used to. Bathroom clean. Walkable distance to Disneyland. Decent breakfast.

We slept in room 235. Very comfortable clean and spacious.

Close enough to Disney to walk but the shuttle is worth it. Room is remodeled but obvious older motel. Breakfast is weak. Bagels, cereal, oatmeal, waffles.

Was not sure what to expect so no expectations to start with. My family and I really enjoyed our 1 night stay to enjoy what Anaheim had to offer. Highly recommended if going to Disneyland.

The room was great and we had plenty of room. Beds were not very comfortable but it was fine. Very clean and the shuttle was kindof a pain because it never came at the right time. Overall very nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

I can totally see them stealing your stuff like previous people have said. They STOLE 300 DOLLARS from my card. When you check in they MAKE you sign a paper that says if you smoke in the room they will charge you. NO ONE SMOKED in there and they charged me a $300 charge. THIEFS! I would be very cautious getting a hotel here. This place is not a good hotel. Cover yourself and go to another place. I have spent 3 days of the end of my vacation crying because this hotel did this to me. They cannot replace my days they ruined. They are not a good place.

PROS: Very clean, Disney themed, Shuttle to Disney parks, Very friendly staff, Free parking, room safe, microwave and very cold refrigerator! CONS: Very thin walls so we could hear our neighbors easily and anything going on outside like traffic. Also out of our three nights one of the nights we were kept up by our AC unit making weird noises. The shower drain also couldn't keep up with the water. Other than these few minor things we really liked our three night stay there:)
