I used to come here often but I will not be returning. The complimentary buffet for breakfast was so crowded in the morning we couldn't have made it back in time for check out. I asked for a 30 min extension on my check out time and was denied. This place obviously cares zero percent about customer service and the time I stayed before here the hot tub was broke and half the games in the arcade were down. I heard it was under new management and was hoping it would be better. Unfortunately it's not.
