Staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt they genuinely cared about how my stay was. The hotel is older, but with newer furnishings. Near the highway, so a bit of road noise but blackout curtains are nice. Great water pressure, and also good breakfast with variety (same as all other Holiday Inn Express). Would return as my midpoint from Seattle to San Diego again!

This hotel was right off the freeway, which for my family was perfect! The room was a very good price and the place was clean. The breakfast offers enough variety that everone was satisfied.

Very friendly people and a lot of care was taken with cleaning the dining room, pool, and gym. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. This is a place to stop for the night when traveling and we will stay here again.

Hotel staff were nice and efficient. Room was clean and up to date. I like that they put a sheet on top of the comforter, that way they can change that out too. Nothing worse than a dirty comforter up around your face.

Four stars only because when we got to our room when checking in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet and was as if someone JUST got out of the shower. Other than that they were very accommodating and put us in a new and bigger room. Gave us a discount too. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

For being a trucking town the holiday inn was surprisingly relaxed. Located across from McDonald's and the Ta, its a great spot next to the interstate to meet up with friends and family or just crash for a night. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are pretty nice all considering. Id recommend it.

Room was ok. Parking for larger vehicles is poorly designed and easily a potential break in risk. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast while free was on par with hospitals.

We stayed there before. Very clean, and friendly staff. Cleaning staff too loud on private calls. It will be helpful to have a safe in the rooms. Also the complimentary breakfast could be improved.

Great room and great service, room wasnt ready when I was trying to check in after making reservation but they got it handled as quickly as possible. Will stay here again on future business trips.

Hotel was ok. The room was about what you'd expect from this chain but had a weird layout with the bathroom sink in the room not the bathroom.

Nice staff clean. Beds hard breakfast stunk and you can hear everyone around you. The worst is hearing people walking/stomping all night from above.

Couldn't make a reservation because he was trying to overcharge and then when questioned about it I got hung up on! Great customer service guys!

Very accommodating, the first room smelled and the second rooms AC was in pieces on the floor, so we were upgraded to a suite. Comfy beds, great night's sleep and good continental breakfast.

The people were very nice work here the workout center in the pool in the hot tub are great the breakfast is above average I would stay here all the time if I was able to I wish it was more hotels like this that had good hot tubs and such the hot tub here has a unique pump which gives the muscles and much more relaxing feel if nothing else I would rent this room again just as use the hot tub.

Person who works at night is the nicest guy ever. Place is extremely clean, big beds, great price. Best hotel in the area hands down. I will be back.

Our experience here was mostly consistent with the other holiday inns we stayed at. Room was clean and beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The surrounding area is a truck stop and is a little sketchy so don't leave anything valuable in your car but that's not the hotel's fault. Would recommend staying here.

Decent pricing. Excellent hot full breakfast. Comfortable clean room. Limited parking. Large mini fridge. But tiny bathroom and sink.

Good placement of the hotel right along I-5. Rooms are spacious and include a microwave and fridge. This hotel is pet friendly. Very diverse breakfast options as well.

The Wi-Fi stopped working, the people above our room kept stomping, the curtains didn't close completely. And the toilet paper was almost out when we got into the room.

Rooms werent as nice as I expected. Carpet was old, and looked dirty. Bathrooms were old looking.

The prostitutes that the staff provided were good looking and talented. 2 thumbs up… the girls butt.

Mirror image of every other holiday inn express, exceptionally never ending hot water. The staff accommodated my diet needs by always providing unlimited boiled eggs. Would love to stay there again.

What a lovely new hotel. Clean new from the outside, clean and new from the inside. The front desk works fine. The lobby is your typical Holiday Inn lobby over there is a breakfast over there is a workout room, hey can't beat that. I entered my room and found everything you want. The little refrigerator in the microwave, the weight the TV while its a 40 incher even bigger than most. And plugs there are plugs everywhere. 04 big plug by the computer desk and plugs by the bedside very nice very very nice. The upgrades they have installed bring this place a cut above for sure. The chair for the computer desk was fabulous and the bathrooms with the granite are perfect. Yep Holiday Inn is looking really good.

This is a very clean suite. And the price was great. I'm fact we even got a better deal then being members because we also had aarp. Customer service was very polite. We definitely would be back and the breakfast is awesome, great variety…

I've stayed here twice before, always a great experience! Beds are super comfy and clean. Rooms/bathrooms are always clean. For it being an older one, they've redone the place. Everything looks new to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. And hey, the free breakfast ain't half bad. Great place to stay.

This place SUCKS. Sorry not sorry but I had a massive group on a trip and a bunch of people said they had bed bugs and cockroachs in their rooms. Someone found poo in front of their room door. I wouldn't recommend it. The McDonald's across the parking lot is probably more sanitary than this hotel.

Older HIE, freeway off ramp on one side and truck stop accross the street on the front side. not veryt many channels on the TV, only 1 meg internet main bummer was fox news in the breakfast room.

I really needed the free Wi-Fi service at the Holiday Inn to work during my visit, but it was one of the flakiest connections I've ever seen. Worked at times, dropped out a lot. The room was OK, but the bed was way too firm. This was my second visit. This time I was smart and asked them to put me on the east side of the building. Last time I stayed on the west side. Which faces the freeway offramp. All night long, I heard 18 wheelers coming down the offramp, using their "Jake brake". But the east side is quiet.
