It's a great place to stay. Nice big room and everything you need… the people who work here are very nice and they even have an indoor pool.

Don't stay here. Booked the hotel the night of the camp fire but didnt end up needing it. Cancelled room with 1 hour and promised my money would be refunded. That never happened and the manager was rude when I called after the money was never refunded. Thank you best western for taking my money for nothing.

When I come from out of town to work on my property that has burnt down due to a PG&E power failure, I feel very torn and tired when I arrive. So when I stay at Best Western, your staff makes me feel like it’s my 2nd home… There’s nothing I want for… I have another year before I can move in my home there and in the mean time Best Western is my home away from home until mine is completed… Staff is warm welcoming and I always here laughter amongst them… A happy team and when I make the call because I need something, it’s taken care of… Best Western is exceptionally the best by far in that town… Thank You for your outstanding service! I stopped here at almost 1 in the morning while driving cross-country. The room was very dark (even with all the lamps on) and smelled musty, like someone had showered without the fan on and then closed up the room for a week. Continental breakfast was alright; I watched someone's child open-mouth cough a spoonful of wet frosted flakes onto the floor which I won't hold the hotel accountable for, but for some reason or another feel the need to share.

The price was great and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. My family enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Staff were friendly and always smiling. The room was spacious and well furnished. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We were evacuated due to the carr fire. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and clean as well. They made us feel as comfortable as possible which was very heart warming due to the reason we were there to begin with. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

These look ok but 2 out if the 3 rooms we rented had had BUGS! 1 had a huge dead bedbug and 1live "flea" like bug after that we stopped looking and the 2nd room had MULTIPLE live earwigs living in the mattress in Multiple beds and on multiple walls. We didn't check the 3rd room because we were outta there regardless but they were also othe same floor so I am sure there were bugs there as well. I am upset more because after they said they wouldn't they still charged us for these rooms which we left after less than 3 hours before climbed in bed and seen the bug! We spent the night in a truck stop, slept in our rental. All because we had reservations that were unusable.

Best western seems to be consistent with their offerings. Breakfast here was pretty good. Consisted of fresh Belgian Waffles, cheese omelets, eggs, Tater Tots, sausage, fruit, bagels, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Not all Best Westerns offer waffles like this one did. The rooms we nicely re-modeled and the mattress was cushy. Neighbors above were loud at 1 am… the front desk called, and they were quite a couple min later. Outside is about 6 Tesla Fast chargers.

Excellent quality for the money. Helpful staff. Very welcoming after a long trip. Good breakfast facility. Ties with local restaurant for price deals. Enjoyable experience.

We always enjoy this BW property, mainly because we have always had very good interactions with the hotel staff. The location is good and the hotel is consistently clean, everything working properly, and a decent breakfast. Overall a good value.

Wow! Best place ever for a resting stop. Area was nicely cleaned and restrooms were nice as well. A good selection of food, snacks and supplies under one roof.

The Asian Guy that works at the front desk at night is snobby/arrogant and rude. The Asian Guy talks down to customers in a condescending manner. The next morning when I checked out there was an Asian Woman at the front desk who was also a snob/pretentious and rude and she also talks down to customers in a condescending manner. It looks like the Best Western in Corning trains their employees be snobby/pretentious and rude. You really need to fire those front desk people because they are the most snobby/pretentious and rude front desk people that I've ever met at a hotel. Normally, Best Western Plus hotels are okay, but this particular Best Western Plus in Corning is not worth $150. It's worth more like $49.

Comfortable, clean, and easy-to-find hotel -A good size room (we stayed in a two King bed suite + a sleeper sofa for our son). -Great indoor pool and hot tub -Tasty breakfast: eggs, omelettes, meat, hash browns, waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, and more. Good coffee. -Excellent location: right off I5, huge parking lot (we were pulling a trailer, so this was a big bonus), Starbucks in same lot, gas station (with diesel) across street, walking distance to Olive Pit -Friendly staff -No road noise from freeway heard in our room.

Great location with one of the best breakfast menus we have seen. Close to shopping (The Olive Pit) and great coffee just across the parking lot at Starbucks. We try to stay here every time we pass through California.

Nice quality hotel. Rooms clean comfortable. Beds a bit hard. Warm cookies in the afternoon definitely a plus! Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast good. Only negative was the kids running up and down the hall later in the evening. Have stayed here before. Will likely come back.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet, with friendly staff. Well-maintained fitness room and pool area. Some attention has been given to hotel environmental impact – room lights shut off in the absence of motion – but much more could be done that would provide savings to both the company and to guests. The Internet was free, but barely dial-up speed. Price was high (over $80/night total) for a hotel in an out-of-the-way location.

Friendly staff. They were open late for check in when I arrived late off the freeway looking for a place to stay. Check in was quick and painless, and the room was clean. The prices were reasonable as well. The pillows were a little small and that made it hard to sleep, but other than that I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

My experience at the Best Western Plus Corning Inn was everything that I read on Trip Adviser. Competitively priced, Best Western Corning was very clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located just off Interstate 5. In addition to access to the freeway the hotel is near a major grocery store, restaurants, a large Casino and next door to a Starbucks as an added bonus. In other words, it is perfect for a pleasant stay of any number of days while traveling or visiting northern California.

Yolanda VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Room smelled like mold, AC/HEATER did not work well at all, Room floor and couch had big nasty stains, was charged 3 times for same room. Went to front desk to ask why… They said they didn't and I showed them they did. Still denied that I was charged the 3 times even when I called after my stay and tried to provide proof. Yolanda argued with me the whole time saying no they never charged me 3 time yet I kept telling her I have proof and willing to show it. Will NEVER go there again. Is not a 3 star hotel. Go to the casino hotels or the one near jack in the box. My stay was 12/6/17 — 12/9/17. Did not received any discount or anything for having a horrible dirty room and it was a suit room too…

Corning Best Western is one of our favorite overnights! We have stayed there several times on our trip home to Portland, Oregon from Palm Springs. The breakfast is better than others we have experienced. The facility is located close to freeway, near gas stations, Starbucks, grocery store and even their olive tasting shop where I buy California olive oil every year.

The rooms were ok for the cost. I didn't really like the carpets and the weird smell in the room… it wasn't very strong so we ignored it as we were there just for a night and were very tired after a long day. Checked in around midnight, the process was smooth, parking was easily available and the 'pet friendly' factor was a huge plus. The room size was decent too, mattresses were comfortable. The location is great if you are looking for an overnight halt from a long drive.

We have stayed at this property many times as have other members of our family. Always have our room ready, just as requested, waiting for us! We've stayed in BW across the country and Corning property has one of the finest breakfast bar of similar size properties.

The Best Western Plus in Corning is conveniently located right off I-5 about 2 hours north of Sacramento. For my trips between Seattle and San Diego the motel is half way. The Olive Pit and other olive-related business are close by. The staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are older but in good shape. I especially enjoy Yolanda at the front desk who is very helpful and professional. The pricing is excellent. I choose to stay at Best Westerns for their rewards program and consistent product.

Clean rooms, nice staff. I had pet-friendly accommodations and other than a urine stain on the side of the chair from a previous dog, the room was clean and comfortable. Great surrounding (outside) food options including Starbucks, Subway, pizza and a Safeway grocery store all within a block or two for walking. A big empty field is next to the hotel to let your dog do his business…

Although a bit dated, this is a safe and friendly hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Thank goodness it was also dog friendly. We would stay here again. There is a Starbucks in the adjoining parking lot, good areas to walk dogs, nice parking lot, and the brush fire crews were staying here too. Very quiet and comfortable.

As usual the hotel was very clean and well appointed. We had a very comfortable night's stay. The breakfast was quite good and was not lacking in choices. It is always our preference to stay in a Best Western and many times determines where we will stop for the night on a trip.

My stay was great! The room was very clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable, we all slept great. The breakfast was good. They can spend a little more money and get real bacon and cook their sausage better. That's the only complain the staff were friendly, very helpful. We had a great stay.

Great location near I 5, nice rooms, better than average breakfast. Pool is indoor and decent size, rooms are relatively quiet but smaller than most Best Westerns that we have stayed at. They allow dogs, but a room with two queens is not big enough for two large dog beds. Currently no dog area in the hotel grounds; very short walk to neighboring grass (but it belongs to other businesses). Starbucks adjacent to the end of the building, Safeway and Olive Pit across the street.

One of the best Best Western hotels I have stayed at. Clean and pleasant, it is just off of the major highway with indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The rooms have always been comfortable and quiet and the breakfast is easily the best I have had — — — with good variety and well cooked items. A very pleasant stay and at a very reasonable price. Check it out!

Motel was very clean and quiet. Employees were professional, courteous, and responsible. Room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, chairs, desk, dresser, micro, and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was complete with a variety of extras. The downside for us was the price of the room. Though we booked six months in advance the price was nearly double what we typically pay for comparable motels, including other Best Westerns. This of course was due to demand for this weekend (college graduation). Checking now shows typical lower rates. Supply and Demand.

Loved the room and the cleanliness and friendly staff. Went there during evacuations and felt the prices were too high. Instead of $99 a night it ended up being $140… But it was a very nice place and their breakfast is great.

I stayed there Oct. 4th and my room was broken into and everything stolen. I checked into my room and went across the street to get something to eat (about 20mins) and when I got back to the room everything was gone.

The breakfast at the best western in Sisters, Oregon and The Station in Lake Tahoe are much better.

Clean, nice easily accessible hotel with good breakfast We chose this over other slightly lower price hotels. While we were just travelling through, I would have liked to stay longer and use the nice pool! The breakfast was above expectations, with things like soy milk, fresh-made waffles and two styles of eggs. This was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and the place overall was clean and very worthwhile. The beds were the newer pillow-top memory foam construction. I understand a lot of people like that style but for me it gets a bit hot on that type of mattress. But still it was a great place and worth the stay!

Just went last night (about 9PM-10PM) and the female employee wasn't friendly at all. Don't know if me ringing the bell interrupted her in the back room. Normally the look she had wouldn't stand out but combined with the responses she gave it makes me wonder. I asked her if they served breakfast and instead of just answering she said "the sign says it" while looking in the direction of a sign. She gives smirks while answering other questions at times. None in a friendly or welcome way. None at all. Made it a easy choice to drive further along and not give money here.

The bed were very comfortable. The breakfast area was small. Not bad overall but not the best either.

Room was. Lean and ready when I showed up and breakfast buffet was standard and what you'd expect. Service was decent but didn't seem the best for every guest.

This is now the second Best Western I've stayed at, and the second time I've been able to give a Five-Star Review! (the other one is in Evanston, WY). Awesome place! The room was very, very nice… staff super friendly, the hot breakfast was VERY tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the price! We stayed here twice on our road trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub, although it was a small pool and bit the easiest for me to do laps it's great for kids. The beds were a little firm which we like and lots of pillows. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Very clean hotel, pool was wonderful. Simple hot breakfast was very filling with cold cereal, eggs scrambled and hard-boiled, five or six different bread choices they even had hashbrowns cold cereal juice and very hot coffee. We arrived at 11 and was treated with a very friendly receptionist we rented two rooms one for the kids they upgraded us to their balcony unit overlooking the swimming pool just so we can watch the kids swim. we will stop in this hotel in the future.

We traveled to San Diego for the week, and we ended up at this hotel on the way home. It was late, but the gal behind the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. We got one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in while traveling, and it was wonderful, especially considering the price. We had a mini fridge, a microwave, king bed. A desk, flat screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The inside pool. The only drawback was that we got to spend only the scant hours we were sleeping before getting back on the road. They had a nice breakfast in the morning, and to her credit, Yolanda, the gal from the desk when we checked in was still on duty. She had not lost any of her luster in her charm and helpfulness. Thanks for making our short stay so enjoyable. If I find myself needing a room in Corning again, this hotel is at the top of my list.

Booked our room on the net about 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived the clerk guessed my name and had us checked in with our room keys in 2 minutes tops. Nice size room and clean king bed. Was aight.
