Vegas for adults and kids was so beautiful peaceful staff are so friendly food delicious 🤤 7 pools spas games 3 water slides one for small kids also a water play area for little ones they have mist everywhere that’s a plus a big lazy river hot day but water feels fresh so yep had everything for my family drinks are tasty 😋 we got a villa with our own private spa checked out massage place so relaxing will definitely book again my whole family enjoyed it fun stunning resort can’t wait to go again 💯

What a wonderful family hotel. We came for my husbands birthday! We booked the perfect room fir the five of us! 1313 right next to the pool and water park. The staff were super efficient from the moment we checked in. Cameron at front desk did everything to accommodate us even giving us $50 bar credit for my husbands birthday so cool 👋🏾❤️🎂🎉🍸🍷🇬🇧🌹🍰🥃

My husband surprised the family with a mini getaway for
Hanukkah. We had a 2 room villa with our own private jacuzzi. We felt incredibly safe. Everything was very clean/sanitized and up to distancing standards. The staff was wonderful and it was an amazing, safe getaway! We literally had the pool and water slides to ourselves. If you need a place to getaway to during these crazy times, this is the place to be!

We arrived on 01/10/2020 checked in by Oralia who was amazing. Antonio took our luggage as we exited our Uber and he gave us a slip. Our room is so spacious. Food is delicious… The event we are attending is taking place here at the Indian Wells Ballroom and everyone is so friendly and attentive to our needs. The bar staff is fantastic… Shout out to the kitchen for avocado deviled eggs & yummy mushroom pizza. My name is Gnama Griffin and I am staying in Room 3248 for our WFG WSB Destiny John Maxwell event.

Can’t wait until the jungle pool is finished to come back every year! The food at the pool is delicious and love the variety of temperatures to choose from in the variety of pools. Room is great. We got upgraded to the penthouse suite. It is very nice but not extremely luxurious. Very spacious and the bathroom is excellent. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things to do, multiple pools. Also the food was great we ordered some room service and we're very satisfied.

We travel more than 30 weeks a year, and use Hyatt as often as we can. This is the best managed Resort we've ever experienced. We have experienced nothing but the finest service from the gal who check to send, to the guy who parked their car, to the hotel room to the restaurant and bar staff, to the pool facilities, Etc. Unequivocally one of the best run hotels we have ever stayed in.

Overall our stay was delightful. We had a room close to the pool with a nice patio. However, there was a ton of noise coming from the room next door quite late into the evening. The pool area was lovely with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me blow up my inner tube. Even though it was busy they were mostly available for food and drink orders. The last day we used the spa for showers and it is really spectacular. I wish we had spent more time there — outdoor showers, lovely spa waters, wonderful products, and more. Really be sure to stop by.

We stayed here the end of June for my sons 14th birthday / promotions from middle school. They upgraded our room and when we arrived there was a birthday cake, birthday banner, and balloons they went over and beyond to make my son feel special. The pools are awesome, pool staff is great. Manager and check in are over and beyond. We ate dinner at the hotel food was good. We only stay at Hyatt properties love everything about them. We plan on making another little getaway here before summer ends. Thanks for making our trip spectacular.

Amazing beautiful resort. We were given an upgrade to a villa. The Villas are amazing, spacious with a hot tub and private area. The pools are gorgeous, very friendly area. Lots of children around and plenty of shade. There is a water slide that is open 9-5 if a life guard is on duty on it. Plus lots of other things. The bar has live music over the weekend. Set in a very nice area. Lots to do near by. Very relaxing area.

We had an amazing time! Hotel is beautiful and clean. There was an issue with the room but to make things better the hotel Manager Nate allowed us to upgrade to a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was beautiful with a fire place and jacuzzi. The hotel supervisor Ashley personally deliverd some goodies for us and brought some covered chocolate strawberries for our daughter who's birthday was on Sunday. Jerry the driver helped us move to our villa he was also amazing! We reserved a cabana and our hostess Monique was also very helpful along with Dino our waiter. The family cabana came with cold water and yummy fruit. Everyone at the hotel was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back to stay soon!

We stayed here the first week of June. The facilities are really nice. It's definitely top notch. Our kids loved the water slide in the pool area. And the staff, all of them were extremely helpful. Jamie, who was working there driving a cart, went above and beyond to help me switch my room card. I was really impressed with the overall costumer service. The pricing on some things were a little odd, $7.00 for a large coke? I still give it 5 stars because it was an amazing stay overall.

This is just a wonderful place for a little R&R♡ We try to visit this beautiful property at least once a year or more. We're here for four days celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary. Can't think of anywhere else in Southern California (except home in San Diego) we would rather celebrate our happiness. Everyone here is spectacular at their positions on property, and always makes us feel welcomed. Food at the pool side restaurant is good and reasonably-priced. The room was pretty but the quality of care taken to keep the room tidy was sorely lacking. I used a summer blanket from the box in the closet and it stank of the previous occupant's Cologne. The packets of sugar and condiments that were with the complimentary coffee and tea were fused together. Obviously, they hadn't been changed in a very long time. There was area in the room that was not clean. I'd have expected better service from a hotel chain with the reputation this one has.

Excellent Hotel. Good Breakfast. Pools and surroundings very nice and very quiet.

The property was quite busy. There were 3 conferences going on the same time we visited. Self parking was full, but valet was offered at the same price as a courtesy. The room availability was limited, but, due to the conferences, the pools and restaurants were quite open. There is a one foot baby pool and a slide for children. There is also a big, inflatable hamster wheel for older kids. The rooms are large and have a sunken living room — perfect for young families. The hotel even has Pack n Plays to lend guests. Great property with good restaurants and friendly staff.

Spent the day in the spa… Massage and pedicure. Wonderful experience! Very clean and such a relaxing environment. Friendly staff and great food! I will definitely be back!

The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views. The rooms have large bathrooms with a large tub and separate shower + adequate counter space. The service is excellent, the pool area is huge with separate pools with poolside service. The staff members are extremely polite and helpful. I would go back here every year if I could.

Good location for the Coachella music festival.

The property itself is pretty but for the prices they charge, I expect better. Our room was not cleaned until after 5 pm and that was only because I had to chase down someone from housekeeping to do it. The room itself was never cleaned properly the entire 5 days we were there. Dirty glasses left around, bathroom not cleaned etc. The hallways needed vacuuming, the poolside chairs badly stained and generally found the facility just in need of a really good cleaning.

This Hyatt is unlike any hotel in the area. I am stunned to read reviews in which people complain about this hotel. This hotel is kept up beautifully, from the rooms to the pools, even the car lots are all exceptionally clean. The pool area has a whopping 7 pools, a kiddie pool area as well as a separate adult area. My two year old son laughed in hysterics going down the waterslide, he had the time of his life. The front desk/housekeepers will bring you whatever it is you need at anytime, the valet guys are a charm and haul you around, room service ladies are incredibly sweet and make sure you have everything. If this place doesn't meet your expectations then I'm not so sure anything will… a resort in the middle of the desert with seven pools and a golf course~ what more could you ask for? I think we're already stretching the human entertainment thing a bit far as is. Bring loads of sunblock and some flip flops to wear by the pool because that desert sun is not shy and it gets hot. You'll enjoy yourself. If this isn't up to your standards, then I recommend spending some time in a third world country. We are so fortunate here in the US and this Hyatt is a great reminder of just how good life is.

Worst Hotel is long! To this place we can not find peace!
We started in a room where you had to walk for 10 minutes. In this room was a 1, 5 meteor large air conditioner which also made very loud noises when it was out.
Accordingly, you could not sleep and would wake up every night 5 times. After a nightly complaint we could change the room.
The room itself was better, however, it went straight ahead to the street from which all cars and buses come to the hotel. The balcony door was also defective. It was a sliding door that did not lock properly. She wobbled in the device, so the noise from outside was even louder.
The highlight was then that the gardeners on the last day at 7:30 started to mow directly in front of the window lawn and to blow with the leaf blower 5 leaves through the area.
I strongly advise from this hotel. After the room change action in an even louder room you just get fucked up! $270 the night, you get more in every motel for his money!

This is a beautiful property. With the exception of a delayed check in, the service was very good and the people very friendly. We stayed in one of the villas and had an adjoining villa for some additional family members. The accommodations we're perfect for us. We also rented a cabana at the pool which was great. It only gets four stars because of a bit of an attitude problem at check in. There were many ways the management could have made our wait more enjoyable, since the room was not ready until 45 minutes after time promised and we had arrived about 30 minutes prior to that. But. They just basically said, too bad.

Beautiful location. Amazing golf. Great staff. This place is top notch. Defiantly the best and nicest place I have stayed in Palm Springs. Absolutely impressive. I can't wait to come back to this resort.

Wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed at but also not the worst. Sure it was a resort but everything was so over priced it physically hurt to look at the bill afterward. The Lantana restaurant that is in the lobby was highly overpriced for breakfast. $16 for a stack of 4 pancakes that were no better than the quality of a lesser tier family restaurant. The service was slow as well. I did however enjoy the openness and cleanliness of the room. I also enjoyed walking around the courtyard with all of the fun amenities and the beautiful desert landscape view.

Pros: the adult pool area is nice and quiet. Cons: cleanliness of the resort is below average (breakfast buffet plates were dirty, hallways were left unattended for hours). When you add the hidden resort fees, taxes, parking and tips this place is expensive and definitely not worth the money. It might had it's glory days some 15 years ago but those times have passed.

Very nice. Located right next to a golf course. Very well kept grounds and facilities. Great pool, lounge, restaurant, patios and landscaping. Rooms vary from one bed to individual villas. Great for events and beautiful retreats.

Many outdoor activities for both adults only and families. Facilities for working out and playing tennis are top notch. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would come again to play the golf course.

Beautiful property just East of Palm Springs, the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells presents a welcoming setting boasting an emerald golf course, spa, and So cal cuisine. Penthouse suites offer views of the course and a gorgeous mountain backdrop. (Joshua Tree nearby) Cordial pool service and bike rentals for use on and off property are managed from the main pool entry outside near elevators. There are multiple pools and activities posted daily. Newspapers complementary for pickup near concierge and golf reservation center alcoves. A lovely respite.

Wow with the facilities but the price is expensive but if you consider it you'll see it's worth it.

First stay at this property and really enjoyed it. Beautiful hotel with several pools, hot tubs, a real gym (as compared to the standard hotel), restaurants, bicycles (free), and a golf course. Very nice for kids as well and there were plenty of kids. Staff was friendly and professional. Only critique: didn't uphold the keep it quiet policy after 10 pm… kids running wild and loud on the terrace causing several guests to complain. Hotel did try to make it right though by giving comp drinks, etc.

A luxury resort. Modern, but with spectacular views a paradise on Earth.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The sites where amazing from the room to the Restaurants. We where here in the summer and last weekend, I think this weather is a little better, its not as hot. The service is top of the line and as easy and peaceful as it gets. From the moment you arrive with their polite valet parking staff. Everything was very enjoyable and spotless clean. I am sorry but I cant think of anything wrong about this piece of paradise, NOT even the price. Their prices are pretty good and they offer corporate discounts. You should definitely stay here for a nice get away.

3 night stay very comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice view of the golf course. Very handy location for great restaurants and nearby shopping. Couple of items not making it a 5 star stay. Air conditioner for the room is quite noisy when running. Also not a fan of not only "resort fees" but also 12 bucks a day to self park and 27 for valet.

Excellent hotel. I stayed here in early November 2017. I stayed here on business. The rooms are large, clean, and set up well. Small things like the way the bathroom was setup, the large TV with separate living area and in-room Starbucks made the stay very comfortable.

I visited the hotel for a work conference, the grounds were very nice, conference rooms were clean and well furnished, food was excellent and well displayed. Staff was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this venue for conference planners.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Everywhere smells incredible. I wish I could make my home smell that great! Really nice pools with very attentive staff. If you visit the pool, I highly recommend renting a cabana as they have fridges, outlets, and all sorts of great amenities inside. The rooms are also immaculate. If you visit here, I recommend going on a weekend as they have the BEST breakfast buffet in the world. If you go during the week, order the chiliquilles… oh. My. Gosh. To die for. BEST I have ever had.

Stayed here for my honeymoon and couldn't be happier. The architecture and grounds are beautiful, and all the amenities from the in-room toiletries to the network of pools are first-rate. But what really made the place special was the loveliness and hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to take care of us on our honeymoon. Every one took the time to introduce themselves and chat — even Fawks the Hawk, who took a break from his duties working with the grounds crew for a selfie! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add some resources about hiking, biking, climbing and other desert activities to the concierge desk. There are some great opportunities for adventurous travelers nearby who want a more vigorous excursion.

The best in the area! Rooms and amenities are outstanding. Bar has a nice outdoor terrace. Two pools, one for adults only, poolside food and bar service!

Husband and I booked a room for a quick getaway from LA. It was perfect! The newly renovated room was cozy and well lit… Super bonus: it comes with a large TV, a small fridge and a coffee maker. The property is on a golf course so it was very well maintained and super clean. Also — the staff was insanely friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn't like were the parking fees (valet was $27 and self parking was $12 overnight). I know many places charge for parking. But I still don't like it.

For an expensive hotel, it lacked basic luxuries. The bed and pillows are hard. The room was basic and minimalist. The resort was clean. The spa was nice. The food was good. I had to pay $12 a day for parking.

Phenomenal beauty, of course. The grounds are immaculate. They live by the motto, "We shall not deny a guest even the most rediculous request. " From the moment one arrives on campus, the staff attends to every need. Knowing we wanted to take a special picture before dinner, Bob the Butler made a point of picking us up a little early so we would have the best light. Realizing it was our 26th wedding anniversary, our waitress brought us chocolates after dinner, and arranged for champagne to be delivered to our villa. The villas are quite large, with 2 complete bedroom/bath units and a shared living/dining area. The rear patio areas are completely secluded and include a dining area, grill and a hot tub for 4. Luxury in every detail.

Very nice hotel. Great pool area kid friendly and adult pool S well. Big resort golf if desired. A bit pricey at the hotel store. But other than that a great place to stay.

I have always been pleased to stay here because of the service and the large rooms. If you like to have peace a quiet, make sure you request to stay in the rooms near the golf course. The poolside rooms can get loud. Villas are available and are further into the property.

Nice, big rooms with a large modern bathroom. The pools are great for families and there is an adults-only option. There are lots of activities and many food options throughout the resort including close-by to the resort.

My family and I love this place. When we ask our teenage girls where they want to vacation to, they choose Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. We have been coming here for the past 6 yrs. Staff and service is top notch and we are never disappointed. We come here solely to relax and enjoy the beautiful resort. We highly recommend this place, great rooms, comfy beds and very clean resort. Pools and spa are fantastic.

Prefacing this review by mentioning I reserved room with credit card reward points. Room design had a modern touch. Many outlets and variety of charging options (direct-USB and standard) scattered throughout the room which was very convenient. Services were good, but I did have housekeeping knock on my door around 8:30am on Saturday. I thought it was a bit too early for that, but maybe not considering most people play golf early here. Restaurant service and drinks were adequate and priced as expected (a bit pricey… Only had Sunday brunch). Overall, a pleasant experience.

Great Service and Attention from ALL the staff; valet, bell men, concierge, desk persons, bartender, waitresses, omelette chef, room service, maids. Everyone has a good attitude. Three swimming pools (one caters to adults more than familys), two Jacuzzis. Moderately good breakfast buffet on the weekends. I prefer the bottom room floors that face the golf course to the North.

I went to the Hyatt in Indian Wells for a medical meeting. The conference room is adequate, all necessary services are provided. The rooms are very luxurious, the service is phenomenal, and the ambiance is very high class. I highly recommend.

The instant we walked into the hotel lobby we were greeted by Jacob who is amazing! He was so kind and extremely professional/knowledgable. He helped my husband and our dog and I check in expeditiously and then shuttled us to our villa. Michael was our butler and the way he was with our dog and with us was beyond compare. The service and staff are amazing and there's no other place we would rather stay during our visit to Palm Springs!

The service is great. Rooms are very clean. Had a room with a pool view and I little seating area outside a sliding door. The service at the pool is great. The food is amazing. Highly recommend this place for a mini vacation.

Clean rooms but a bit noisy near the pools from people coming and going. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Resort is kid friendly with separate pools, bikes, swimming kits, and pack and plays on request. Rooms have a ton, safe, coffee maker, and mini fridge.

The staff are friendly. We got golf cart rides everywhere the parkinf was the only thing I didnt like.

We had a dining event there in one of the ballrooms. The good was great but the service was not good at all. The caterer never got a final count for how many dishes we needed so they messed up on the vegetarian dishes. We were only given one choice of just chicken as the entree (who does that. I've only heard of two choices in my life) so if you didn't like chicken tough luck. We told them beforehand there would be a number of vegetarian people at our event and they told us to let them know day of and they would be accomadated. Again, I don't think that's the right way to conduct business, but if that's how they choose to do it then we will let them know day of. So when we get there, they only had 4 vegetarian dishes prepared for a banquet of around 120 people. There were many other vegetarians that didn't get their food at all, so that was really bad and our organization looked bad as a result. While the food was tasty, the service really needs some work. Would not recommend for a banquet unless they pull themselves together.

The rooms were very spacious and very nice. The pools are nice good size for families with children and having more than one pool is great. Pool food service was fast and friendly.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a week on vacation. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have truly enjoyed our experience at the hotel.

My husband and I went to Indian Wells Hyatt or our anniversary. I had a massage that was fantastic. We had breakfast and is was delicious. Our waitress Maria was attentive. Laura the receptionist at check in was especially kind. We noticed that many of the employees made it a point to acknowledge us and we felt welcomed.

We loved our stay here! We came for a conference and stayed 2 nights. The staff were helpful and welcoming, the rooms were excellent. We booked 3 rooms for our group, 2 king sized rooms and a double queen. They were spacious and wonderful. A great surprise!

Beautiful location with charming rooms over looking the golf course. The resort offers many activities for couples or families alike. The grounds are well maintained and very pet friendly.

Well maintained with lots of amenities. Dog friendly though dog room does have other dogs urine smell that sets my dog off for a bit but that's expected. As long as for us humans we are not effected by it. They definitely made alot of effort to make sure you feel like its time to let go all worries and really loose yourself in the vacation.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells location in California the villa we stayed in was beyond perfect with our own private spa and the front desk staff Arron Ramos and Jim Stansfield went above and beyond for me and my daughter.

Great experience. From the valet to the maintenance, this place is awesome. I would also like to mention, that our a/c unit wasn't working well, so we notified the front desk. Immediately they sent a technician to check it out and fixed the problem. On top of that, to make our stay complete, they gave us a comp card because of the inconvenience. That was a surprise! The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I definitely recommend this place.

Were greeted always and the staff was happy! The Service was an A+ with not attitude. Its so nice to see employees taking a pride in their job and the Hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will defiantly be back in the future.

Great customer service. There is a separate adult pool away from all kiddies. Very relaxing and will definitely be back.

Very nice property, right on and around golf courses and beautifully landscaped parks. The rooms need updating, though. The rest of the property is very modern and nicely done, nice adult pool area. The pool area for families with children needs new chairs and cushions. Nice restaurants with expensive, but very good food (Lantana). Nicely sculpted gardens.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. First of all, the staff there is so friendly. I don't think that I passed by any of the staff members without getting a kind "hello" or "how is your stay going? " I really appreciated that little touch. The room was nice too. I liked the space and the bathroom was really large with both a separate bathtub and shower. The location was convenient — about 12-13 miles from Palm Springs. There were lots of restaurants, stores, and cafes along highway 111 too. Overall a very nice weekend getaway.
