We stayed for 7 days and plan on going back soon everyone was so kind and amazing our fishing guide Mike k was the best he made it very enjoyable and fun can't wait to go back.

This is my 4th year coming to Salmon Falls with a group of friends for fishing. A couple of years ago the former owners decided to retire and sold the business to new owners. The service both on the dock and in the restaurant/bar have always been good. Tonight, however, my experience at the restaurant was a total disaster. I and a couple of my friends ordered filets for our entree. The meal delivered to our table was not a filet. In fact the kitchen tried to disguise a rib eye steak (which I love) as a filet by folding it over to make it look like the normal 2” thick filets. I brought this to the managers attention and he said he would discuss it with the kitchen and get back to me. He never returned to our table. In addition the side dishes were luke-warm. As we are here on a fishing package our meals are included in the package. When our bill arrived we discovered that we had been over-charged for our meal. I brought this to the attention of the server who removed the overage. Because we had a party of 6 a 20% tip was added to our bill which we knew about in advance. I don’t have an issue with mandatory gratuity but I feel that 20% is not appropriate. 15-17% is more common and that allows the customer to increase the tip if they so desire. I am a restaurant owner in another state. If this happened in my place people would have been fired. There is no reason for the kitchen to attempt to scam the customer with something different than they ordered.

We went there unexpectedly by our friends that live in Ketchikan took us there for lunch. I must say they had the best seafood chowder ever. The fish and chips an Alaskan king crab legs were amazing also will definitely come back when we visit again.

I ordered the Halibut, and the halibut was good and all but the salad that came with it was plain. Just lettuce with a dressing. And the menu said it also came with peppers, I didnt realize that meant a spoon full of tiny bits of pepper. The dish was a bit underwhelming. Not really worth the price.

(Food poisoning) My girlfriend and myself have been wanting to go to salmon falls since last summer when we realized there was a restaurant we hadn't heard about in Ketchikan. Well this past Sunday we decided to go and it all seemed alright. The service was great and the drinks where well made but the food was sub par. Cold food that should have been hot. Stain bread and shrimp in her salad that was refrigerator cold and completely un seasoned. The only thing we both ate all weekend was the crab and spinach dip and their mozzarella curds. We have been in bed all day now neither of us can keep any water in at all and despite probably having slept a collective 24 hours we are both completely exhausted and just physically in pain. I wouldn't suggest going there for anything other than a hotel room or a boat charter. Absolutely beautiful though and as I said great service.

Beautiful place to dine with great views of a waterfall and the ocean. We saw whales swimming while we ate our dinner. The dinner was awesome. We had prime rib cooked to perfection and for dessert the salted caramel peanut butter pie. Delish!

Absolutely beautiful view and gorgeous property. I love that the center pole for the restaurant is actually a pipe from the Alaskan pipeline. Very cool.

I booked a reservation for dinner on Friday with local and out of town family. I can't say enough about the meal. The king salmon was purchased from Fish from Trish, excellent flavor, melted in your mouth. My husband order the prime rib, cooked to perfection. Server provided excellent service. Beautiful setting… plus a 20% local discount on the meal. I would highly recommend Salmon Falls for dining.

Oh my goodness, we had the yummiest meal tonight! It was my first time having dinner at Salmon Falls Resort. It's my new favorite restaurant in Ketchikan! First rate food. First rate service. The new management is knocking it out of the park!

We are locals and love it here. There is only a few restaurants in ketchikan whose food quality matches the prices. This is one of them. Menu is small but good. View is awesome and service is prompt (rare in ketchikan). Worth the drive.

Wonderful place our family goes to again and again. Very accommodating staff. Our most recent visit noticed some changes from the prior owners but I'm sure they will only get better with time.

The fishing was awesome! Captain Bob was great! It is a little bit out of town but is totally worth the drive. The food was amazing especially the fish and chips. There are great hiking trails and the waterfall is spectacular! I looked into a few places in town and this was by far superior. I would highly recommend considering Salmon Falls Resort.

We love their bar menu! reasonably priced, one of a kind view of the ocean and awesome music. The bartender Alex was our server and he was very attentive, refilled our drinks promptly and personable. We live on the north end of town and we don't always want to drive to town to eat out, this is definitely more convenient and with the excellent service and tasty food, we will definitely be back!

My wife and I love visiting Salmon Falls Resort. The salmon and halibut fishing is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the sense of pure peace we found here is worth coming back for over many future trips. Thanks for many fantastic memories!

Its way out of the way and quite, which is nice because you have a sense or privacy. The good is delicious and the customer service pretty great.

Salmon Falls Resort is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. The rooms are lovely and the views are breathtaking. The service has been both friendly and courteous and they are quick to point out local places to visit. Settlers Cove and Creek Street shouldn't be missed. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Restaurant on site are a must, the food is wonderful. Whether it's hiking right outside the front door, fishing off the docks, or taking one of the many tours Ketchikan offers, this is an experience I highly recommend and Salmon Falls Resort is the place to stay while you're having it…

Under new management. Great chef with a simple yet excellent menu. Blackened salmon was very excellent. A real bartender! Stunning views.
