Was a great day started out doing zip line went to rain forest sanitary had great dinner at cape fox so full can barely move walked around creek street awhile then? good day long day time for home.

Go there to go up the gondola and leave. Servers/hostess are the rudest ever. I'm talking about the restaurant.

This was a lovely place for lunch while we were in port off of a cruise ship. Food was great, view was spectacular!

2 hours to get room key working. Tip: after second try make staff come and get it to work. Food just ok here for breakfast. Dinner much better. No a/c in old rooms.

Servers are nice but it always takes a while to be seated. Dont order anything different than exactly on the menu, they will just ignore the request and send out the menu item. Food is not bad but is extremely overpriced for the quality. The view is great, I would recommend them for drinks and an appetizer before going somewhere else to eat.

I had breakfast with a friend on a Sunday morning. The service was friendly but very slow, we waited much longer than seemed necessary for coffee and it took almost an hour for our meals to be ready. The food was acceptable but honestly not worth the wait. The view from the dining room is beautiful, and the prices are reasonable.

Nice place to stay in Ketchikan. Restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly. Clean facilities. Gorgeous grounds. Love the funicular cable car and the foot path.

Great view and a great place to stay in Ketchikan. Restaurant is pricey but worth it. Lobby is also a large two story museum of local historic artifacts and art. Impressive overall and worth the 5 stars.

Warm lodge feel. Both hotel and restaurant staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Highly recommended.

My stay was for three nights in late October 2017 on a business trip. I had a corner room facing the ocean on the second floor. The interior two story lobby space and restaurant are all built from heavy timber construction. It was all very spacious and clean with tasteful, native exhibits that told of the history of the area. I had one dinner and three breakfast and it was all very please and well served. The music in the restaurant during breakfast was rather odd with a sort of blues and jazz mix but it wasn't unpleasant. Room accommodations were pleasant and clean with no issues. The picture is from the room looking back toward town and the ocean. As a policy I don't give five star ratings unless it was exceptional, but I do recommend a stay there and I would go again.

Very clean and nice atmosphere but pricey.

It's a very Alaska place, has a lot of fun decorative pieces and really nice staff! We were only there for an hour long club meeting, and for it's purpose it was perfectly fine.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Best hotel in town. Great location.

I had my birthday dinner here with my family. The service was excellent and dinner was excellent! Never been happier. Thank you so much staff of CapeFox Lodge.

The Cape Fox lodge has a nice charm, and a great restaurant. However during my stay, their espresso bar was closed in the morning — while their restaurant was open who only served black coffee. The views are great, and the lodge has an authentic feel.

Fantastic place. Overlooks the city, marina and cruise line channel. Great service. Excellent food.

Cabin feel with upscale hotel vibe. Rooms are very nice and clean but a bit outdated. Lounge has a home like feel with big leather couches facing a fire place. Walk downtown through the woods and watch the fish/seals swim up the river on your way down!

I'll start with the good. Beautiful scenery, art throughout with history etc. The not so good was the room/staff. Sheets not very comfortable and our room was never cleaned while we were there (we stayed 2 nights). I'm not sure I would come back and stay although in Ketchikan I'm not sure there are any alternatives!

If you want excellent service. Breathtaking views of nature, wild life, friendly people and a destination with memories that will last you a lifetime. "The Cape Fox Lodge" is that destination. With the quaintness of a small village come see for your self. Fly, drive or sail in you can't go wrong. So until next time I'll see you on the open road. Live well Daniel.

Great room and view. Coffee machine in room with ACTUAL mug! Sat in red comfy chair and gazed out the large window on nature, sipping a warm brew. Good service and red shuttle vans to/from airport ferry and cruise ships. Will definitely stay again!

Great food, chowder, best view of the island is here. Bartenders and staff are amazing! You must come to cape fox if in Ketchikan.

Nice little spot for a quick drink or bite. Avoid the $3 tram and walk the Married Man's trail. Too bad they charge for this 'ride' and don't offer a voucher for disabled individuals who cannot make the hike up the trail.

The ride up on the tram was cool even though I don't like hights. The totem polls were made with great pride. And the artifacts upstairs were neat.

Just ate at the restaurant, and had possibly the best halibut & chips ever. Plus their Alaskan Amber is a great beer.

Had breakfast, waiter Teddy was Fabulous! The pancakes were delicious, and the sausage is fantastic.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and excellent restaurant for any meal makes this the ideal destination in Ketchikan. I'll definitely be booking here next time I'm in town.

Friendly staff, good restaurant in the lobby with a full bar, clean. The Wi-Fi works well but isn't terribly fast. Housekeeping is good about not bothering you when you have your do not disturb sign posted.

Nice tub — but no hot water to use it. Nice room. Food was good staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff. Neat hotel decor and design. Food was pretty good. The water in the shower us extremely slow to warm up and even when turned to the hottest setting is just warm.

Food was really greasy salad was only lettuce ribs had a funny flavor. Would not recommend.
