Small bathrooms, but clean and well kept. The staff is helpful. Skip the breakfast though, it is over priced.

Checking in or out wasnt super time exhauating like other hotels, but room is definitely small and pricey. My buddy paid $10 more and got the penthouse suite (full shower, mini fridge, 3 windowed corner), I got no mini fridge, 1 window (views out to the next building's roof), and a shower thats made for a 10 year old. I usually stay at the springhill suites for downtown access.

Great, central location… Good hotel… Complimentary breakfast could be there. Tho pick up/drop off from Airport etc was great help… Few staff can be better oriented towards promptly attending to Clients.

Excellent location, comfortable clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The location is in a good area which was downtown. The rooms are like broom closets though. The shower stall is super cramped and causes claustrophobia. I don't think that they cleaned the room very well before we checked in either, because the sink was filled with water and there were cups left from the previous guest. There was no view from the room we stayed in. I give them props though because at least the building blocking the window was painted with an interesting picture and it wasn't just a plain brick wall. Still a brick wall though lol. We went middle of July and it was near 90 degrees. The AC in our room had no way to control it and it barely put out any air. The service was mediocre. All in all I don't think I would choose to stay there again unless it was free.

The rooms are quaint. The staff are poliet. The location is good for walking around down town. Very beautiful small garden out front.

While the hotel was nice and the breakfast was really good, the staff lied about plumbing problems because they overbooked. Word of advice, tell the truth when you make a mistake. I didn’t care if it was plumbing problems or overbooking but when your night shift tells a lie make sure that 120 people on buses don’t show up right after. Additionally make sure that night shift tells day shift the lie that is in place. I HATE being lied to. This is the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars.

Old building that was well taken care of. The ownership's / staff's attention to details to maintain a nice hotel was appearant. We had a comfortable quiet stay. The van shuttle was a welcome service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay and would stay there again on a future trip to Fairbanks.

Loved how friendly everyone was at this hotel, special kudos goes to Taylor at the Front Desk who was fantastic throughout our short stay. While the hotel may be old it is in great condition both inside and out and in a quiet part of town. I would highly recommend this hotel while staying in Fairbanks and will come here again!

Great hotel with friendly service. Greeted with a drink, cookie and a smile! Room was lovely and bed comfy. Bonus was seeing northern lights both nights we stayed here!

Old but quaint hotel. Close to downtown. Flowers are gorgeous.

Open only during the warmer months. Helpful people at desk. Free shuttle that stops right outside front door takes you to numerous popular places in Fairbanks. Downtown Fairbanks is only a couple of blocks away.

Clean rooms, wonderful friendly staff.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast isn't free, but the Grand Buffet has a good selection.

Cheap and clean with a good TV with a usb port.

The two women on the night shift were amazingly pleasant. I had a great sta.

Nice hotel. Nice room. Very inexpensive. Go Big Daddy's BBQ while you are there.
