Wonderful service and food!

We sat at the bar and Mark waited on us. He's phenomenal… great drink suggestions, answered honestly when asked about appetizers… and great dinner suggestion. He was busy. They were busy. But he still made time for everyone. Drinks were great. Food was great.

Great service and the food was done quickly. Perch (lightly breaded), new potatoes and glazed Brussel sprouts were all fantastic. It was a great experience.

Food was good but Carlos was an amazing server and dealt with us.

Overpriced. $14 for a chicken sandwich. $3 more for fries. Comes with tomato, bacon, and lettuce. Meh. I’m a picky eater; and I thought this menu was boring. Chicken brined in pickle juice? I call bs. No flavor. Burger was not cooked to desired temp. Never saw our waitress once our food came. Had to request our bill from another waitress. Not again.

They need to have their staff trained on how to speak to their customers. We had a very bad experience and the person was very rude. Said they cannot accommodate 14 people even when we said we can sit on separate tables. She was not willing to do anything. We had high expectations since this place was highly recommended but we did not even get a chance to eat there. I do not recommend this place at all.

I love the live music on the deck! I also like the wait staff, they are very attentive. Drinks are good and they might have the best burgers in Saugatuck.

I’m not one to give reviews, especially poor ones, But I just have too. The restaurant needs a rescue, from the outdated atmosphere, very poor quality food, to the staff. Ordered two chicken entrees and a burger, those that ordered the chicken ate a bite or two and they were disgusted, so they ate no more. I ordered the burger which I managed to eat half of, but is was not good either. The table of 4, next to us, were just as upset as we were, they actually walked out leaving their uneaten food behind. The waitress never bothered to ask why no one ate their entrees, brought our dinner salad with our meals, but not her fault the food was not edible. The only reason this place can possibly still be in business is because it is in a beautiful location in Saugatuck. Will never eat at the Saugatuck Coral Gables again.
