Advertized as All-Inclusive, with the exception of a very poor breakfast, it isn't! This is significant since all food and libations in T&C islands are remarkably expensive. The property is in poor condition. Internet connectivity was abysmal or non-existent. As charter pilots, we stayed there because the "resort" was touted to be all-inclusive and was the most reasonably priced on the island. Now we know why! I will not return to Ports of Call.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is excellent. Perfect breakfast and location. No need to stay at a beach front resort. This is steps away.

Was there back on 2016. The perfect spot for me. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The facility was clean. They have a small nice pool and the hotel is a short walk away from the beach which is the most beautiful beach I've ever been! Close to a few restaurants plus a supermarket and a clinic, which put my mind at ease traveling with a 2 yr old!

Clean, well kept hotel. The staff were happy and welcoming. I'd definitely stay there again.

This resort is perfect for travelers that don't want all the bells and whistles and rather spend their money exploring the island. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the grocery store that has pre made hot food and sandwiches. Very nice staff that will do their best to accommodate your request. I would definitely recommend coming here and would come back on the next trip.

There was no hot water the night I was here and my wake up call consisted of some man banging on my door 30 minutes earlier. Apparently sometimes the phones don't work…

Very nice hotel, clean room, breakfast included, Beach crossing the street about 4 minutes, is all close to supermarket, restaurants and shopping center type duty free.
Beach with area for guests with umbrella chairs and kayak ect.

Great place. Small and enjoyable with staff that looked after us well. Easy walk to the beach or you can catch thier shuttle. Beach was great. Clean, soft sand, amd great clear water.

Honestly this place is so great. It is a family run business and they definitely make you feel as if you are part of the family. Facilities are very up to date and the place is super clean. The beach is just a short walk away and you can’t beat the view! Recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Turks and Caicos.

We stayed here just one night so we could do some shopping. Perfect location, close to beach, lots if shops (especially liked Mama's), nice pool.

Very expensive and not very good services: very bulk repetitive little tidy breakfast and especially if the service and sometimes you have to clean the table before you sit down and have breakfast. Nice spacious rooms but housekeeping sometimes leave you to be desired. 253 per night and alone with breakfast seems to me really excessive the beach is not very close you still have to do six 700 meters on foot and luckily there is the shuttle that takes you to the beach sometimes.

Approximate services and Summary cleaning.

Just returned and very much liked the place. I would probably rate is 4, 3/4, 4 but that isn't an option. Though I do have some suggestions for improvement, which I actually wanted to post in the mailbox 'ideas', but forgot about it. The place is safe and well taken care off. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Swimming pool is nice and so is the hot-tub, table tennis, and pool table. Location is good and this place is probably the best value for your dollars/ €. The island is rather expensive though. Few suggestions. — More diverse/ elaborated breakfast, with daily fruit, some cheese and ham/ salame and definitely better coffee, preferably espresso/ cappuccino. — Create open bar. The space in front of the bar is taken by 3 tables, amking the bar less accessible and therefore less used. Might be nice to sell ice-creams as well, although that probably doesn't go well with the ice-cream shop just around the corner outside. — I think when the resort is for 70% or more full, likely not enough tables are available for breakfast. So it would be an idea to extend the terrace somehwhat and create additional terrace-space, maybe also moving some tables in fron of the bar. You could also use higher rectangular tables which take up less space. When the bar is liberated, you have a great entertainment area. — Faster internet. — better pool-sticks and table tennis rackets.

Nice location close to grace bay beach. Staff very friendly. Clean with excellent breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the outdoor area is lovely. However, the staff is not really helpful or friendly.

Love it! Nice lil spot to stay at. You are in the mist of everything in Grace Bay. Mr. WATTS is a cool and fun guy. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is very clean.

Affordable and friendly staff. Have stayed twice and feel it is clean and safe. Great location to activities and beach points.

Small quiet resort with great service. Close to grace Bay Beach with quick 5 min walk there. Breakfast was really good as well.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient to our dive operator. Grocery store across the street. Refrigerator in room and coffee maker. Would be nice to have a microwave though like almost every hotel in the states. I would have given it 5 stars but for a few minor things that were irritating. Check in and check out were unbearably long and complex. Our check in process took about 20 minutes. The other clerk processed two other customers and was into the third before we we had our room keys. During check out only one clerk was actually processing check outs. Three others were standing behind the counter doing nothing. I told one of the clerks that my friend had been standing in front of them for 20 minutes and both he and I needed to check out. We still ended up waiting for the one worker to process us while the other 3 still appeared to do nothing. This happened at 1045 am when checkout deadline is 11 am and they seemed unprepared or just didn't care that they would have many visitors checking out. There has to be a better and quicker way to process guests. I also don't like that the clerk took our passports and credit card for incidentals out of sight into the back room to make copies. Be advised that there are no elevators and most of us were on the 3rd floor. There appeared to be only one bellhop to haul bags. Having already waited so long to check in and the bellhop had just left to help someone else I didn't want to wait around so I dragged our 4 bags up to the 3rd floor.

Room was nice and spacious, staff are friendly, it's got a great dive shop right out the front door. Rooms are cooled but not dehumidified. I'd give it 5 star if the a/c also removed humidity. Walking distance to food and shops. Beach is a very short walk away (there's a shuttle too). I'd look into staying here gain if I come back to Providenciales.

Not great, decent location, but the pool is small and the service leaves something to be desired. Booked 5 months in advance, requested a king bed and two playpens for my young twins. Got a ground floor room, right next to the outdoor ping pong and pool table (read noisy). Two double beds and no playpens for my little guys to sleep in. Too boot we arrived at 2:30 pm, check-in was 3pm. The room was not ready, which I understand, but we waited till almost 4pm before we finally got the room I described. Will not stay there again.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the port of calls for 10 days. We love it their. The place is small but cozy and very clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. We got to meet the owners and they are really nice people. Breakfast was filling and lots too choose from. Restaurants, shops and grocery store near by. Would go back to this resort. Canada.
