Very nice romantic setting. Not a huge Resort so you can really enjoy yourself and not have to worry about a lot of guest throughout the day. The Beach setting is amazing! I must for private romantic private getaway. You also can visit the sister Resort The Alexandra for a more busy atmosphere/crowded beach.

Me and my wife went to their fire and ice restaurant for our 4th anniversary The food and the experience of fire and ice was okay The server we had after they brought us our food never came back to our table and I had asked for a Blue Haven drink and it was never brought to me My wife's drink only got filled once and never got refilled she had to eat her dinner with no drink. The server was the worst service we've had the whole time we've been here in Turks and Caicos I'm sure it would have been a much better experience if we would have had a better server I was really wanting to have my wife have a great anniversary dinner it's not everyday you get to come somewhere this beautiful and go somewhere so nice and romantic and have it ruined by one server.

Great romantic restaurant!

Felt like we were the only people on the resort. We had everything to ourselves. The staff are great and always willing to go above and beyond and the fact that we can travel to neighboring resorts and enjoy the amenities there as well is a blessing.

Very quiet low key hotel. Best for adults.

My wife and I celebrated a 3 yr late honeymoon at Blue Haven. The resort was very clean and beautiful. Everything is right there and close to the room. The staff is simply the best of the 3 Collection resorts we visited and they just opened for the season. Raul the GM was so kind and approachable. The massages at the gazebo, the new friendships formed at the swim-up bar, the incredible food, and the constant wind were my favorite parts. And I finally got some long overdue hammock time! Blue Haven spoiled us and we’ll be back!

Blue Haven was nice, but my husband and I both felt the hospitality was lacking and the staff seemed inexperienced in serving. I don't feel it's the staffs fault, but lack of training. For an all inclusive resort the food was not great. Steak was cold and the desserts had flies all around because of the open display. All in all, the resort is beautiful, peaceful and clean, but really seemed to be lacking in customer service and experience for a "luxury resort". They definitely are in need of a concierge or other experienced personal.

Beautiful secluded resort with great visuals. Infinity pool has a swim up bar. The water was blue and warm. It's a manmade cove, so no waves. Resort is not that big, so expect a more intimate experience. Delicious food options (all inclusive). Definitely worth a visit if you are staying at a sister property (Alexandra or Beach House).

Did extensive research and reading of reviews and it’s not as it appears. Yes it’s a beautiful setting and rooms are nice and it’s clean. The food that I’ve seen many photos of online and even very recent reviews are NOT what you’ll get here. No conch fritters, no lobster, no oysters, no scallops. Even the hamburgers that I’ve seen amazing photos of are not even close. Drinks are all out of plastic cups not as I’ve seen in pics. The Salt restaurant isn’t open anymore they really should remove that from their website and advertising. The cool Pool floats I’ve seen many pics of — they’re non existent when I asked about them they said they all popped. Go buy a pool float at their market. Very disappointed with how much we have paid for an all inclusive resort.

This place is amazing the rooms are great very clean the staff is amazing the view is amazing the beach is super clean we had our 25 weddings anniversary here and were re married on the resort on the beach it was beautiful and what we had dreamed about. We stayed at blue havan for 10 days and it was just wonderful. The only thing is they could change the menu in the restaurant every couple of days although there food is super good they could just change it a bit k could only have rib eye for so many days :) other than changing the menu a bit this resort is petfect we LOVED IT…

Amazing experience! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The food was fantastic and the staff was very accommodating. We have never stayed at a resort where we didn't have to wake up at the crack of dawn for a decent spot at the beach or pool area; the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. No long wait for drinks at the swim up bar nor did we have to fight for the bar tenders attention. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we already want to plan our next visit! Will definitely be booking our next stay at this same resort.

This was my first visit to the Turks & Caicos Islands and to the resort and now I understand why the call it Blue Heaven… This a dream Resort! The place and the location is perfect very secluded and tranquil the rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable ;The staff are super friendly and the management top notch. We were very impressed with the restaurant, the quality of the food and the great service there is not enough words to describe the beauty of this Resort. Thank you all for a marvelous week. We definitely comeback and visit you again.

The service and rooms where great. The pool bar was very fast and nice.

Rooms a bit dark. Pool bar lovely and chilled and decent food. All staff so friendly. Good use of paddle boards and kayaks especailly for beginners with the calm sea and private man made beach.

Misleading advertisement made me believe that I had purchased an all inclusive stay when in reality you need to buy a special package if you want all inclusive. The beach inside the hotel has clay in the bottom instead of sand. Very weird!

The hotel itself and the location are great. It wasn't too crowded during our stay even though the hotel was at full capacity. Unlike Grace Bay the beach is not shared with other resorts. That said, the food service was awful. One example would be multiple staff members stopping at our table to ask for our room number but neglecting to give us water or take our drink order. Another example would be waiting more than half an hour for drinks and lunch at the pool bar when it was clearly not busy and not even being acknowledged by the staff when we sat down.

We were very happy with this resort! They were accommodating in every way. I had secretly planned a private beach dinner for my boyfriend's birthday and the staff went above and beyond than what I asked. I was very pleased and cannot thank them enough for helping to make his birthday special. The service was good. And the staff are CONSTANTLY cleaning and making sure the hotel is in great shape. This is one of the only hotels with it's own private beach, can't beat that! And they treat you like family! We will be annual regulars to this hotel until we retire! Then we'll be traveling by boat into their marina — Thank you again!

Bad Service in the Pool Bar, Veeeeeeery Slow or none. All inclusive but only cheap brands. If you want expensive ones they just take your order and never bring it to your table.

Beautiful hotel on a man-made beach next to the marina and overlooking the mangroves. The beach is quaint. Very tasteful, away from the bustle of Grace Bay but just a short drive. Lovely pool, detailed landscaping with nice touches like three big fire pits, perfect for enjoying late-night stargazing. Staff is wonderful. Free use of paddleboards and kayaks for exploring the mangroves. I would stay here again.

Peaceful retreat, understated luxury and comfortable resort. Very convenient to discover the true Turks and Caicos.

TIPS: Reservation for all restaurants in all the sister hotels. (just in case) reservstion for beach chairs at bewch house. Super relaxing and quiet place. There's A lot of people throughout the resort but not a single noise. Service was great but you could clearly tell the service between the orange band and blue bang were different. The orange bands are those who purchase inclusive and the blue band are those who just purchase room rates. I definitely did not like the fact there was a different in services but I understand it was their priority over those without the inclusive package. Housekeeping was spot on and amazing. I called for some extra paper cups and towel. Within minutes they were knocking on my door. One drawback I did not like was the miscommunication between the three sister hotels. Arriving at the Beach House, I personally had no idea I need to reserve beach chairs. I got there and I had to immediately leave. No one had told me advance about reservation at Beach House. When I ask if reservation was needed for beach chairs at the Alexandar resort, the front desk told me yes. When I got there, they told me it was first come first serve.

It is beautiful and very relaxing but if you're looking to party or an active night life this isn't the place to go.

Memorable experience in Blue Haven. They have a good spa, pools bar, and bonfire every night. A very peaceful and clean environment, cool summer musics and a good breakfast.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel — it's beautiful! Our room was spacious and clean with an awesome ground floor patio that led right to the beach. Although a smaller and quiet resort, it was nice to have plenty of beach and pool chairs available. The grounds are beautiful and we loved walking around the marina and using the water bean bags and trampoline. Everyone at reception was courteous and helpful (Shakora and Keiysha were awesome! ) And I can't say enough about the awesome poolside service from Tyrone! To making sure we had towels, to taking our drink orders and even blowing up pool rafts we brought with us, he always made sure we were taken care of! We went to the Alexandra one day via the free shuttle and although the beach is more spacious, the service was nothing compared to Blue Haven! We will most definitely be back!

Pros: The room with amenities was amazing. The view was great, the microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer all high end and great to use Cons: None really, but if I am being really picky the only thing is that I would have liked to have more water sport activities that I can book through the hotel. Other: Marina is right by. Kayaking and Boating through a third party vendor. The hotel was excellent. The biggest selling point about it was the service. All the staff were courteous, and accommodating. The room was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The amenities were all free. No nickel and diming from this hotel. They have close ties to sister hotels like Beach House and Alexandra and you can use all the facilities there for free. The breakfast vouchers they give you are really great to help save a little money. Had a great time there and would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. The hotel was very clean and we were made very welcome by the staff. The pool and the beach were more beautiful than we expected. Two restaurants are just closed to the hotel (quite expensive but very good)

Every local is so laid back and "go with the flow" attitude… so it was not a bad thing! We began living our vacation the way they live their lives enjoying every moment with no worries! Gorgeous hotel. Standard suite was everything we envisioned. Quiet part of the island. However needs a gm that will ensure staff is trained to provide the experience one looks for when paying over 700 per night. The pool bar staff gets it… the remainder could care less. Great marina connected all water sports activities within steps…
