Great accommodations! But, we miss the restaurant that was here a few years ago. Friendly and helpful staff!

This is the place to be. Honestly, we call this our paradise. We went 2 time with friends and family. The backyard with tye majestis pool is just fantastic. Bbq, lights, toys for kids, comfy chairs… it is perfect. The inside is modern and very clean. Its like your own house. You have everything you need. 5 min walk for the beautifupl beach.

Beautiful resort property on the quiet end of the island. Near ferry to explore outer islands too. We took advantage of the onsite spa and both got a massage. Huge lagoon pool.

The Atrium is isolated. On arrival we learned that it had nothing around it and we were told that the beaches were a "10 minute walk" and restaurants were 3 miles away. Visually it was in the middle of nothingness, no landscaping just rocks sand and shrubs. It was at this point that we realized that at 4PM on Friday there was no restaurant where we could eat. The small bakery shop on site was permanently closed, appeared to have no baked foods and no indoor seating. The manager told me it was run by a man who was visiting Miami which was why they weren't open. He said in normal weeks it was open to 4 or 5 and that you can get cold cut sandwiches made in the morning, put them in the refrigerator and eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was aware on finding the room that this was not a 4 star property, but had efficiency units with nothing more to offer in terms of services. I don't expect round the clock room service but to have no where to eat at an isolated location made this property a far cry from 4 star property. When the desk person giving you your key reminds you that your reservation is "non refundable" you are not going to be happy with the room. I wasn't. I was shocked when I saw that the room where we were expected to eat our meals, had a minifridge for this purpose and a miniature round table with 2 place mats. I don't require a hotel provided bathrobe, but this bathroom was so small I couldn't take a picture of it with my cellphone.

My son and I stayed in the studio. It's big enough for 2 people. It has a small kitchen so you can cook meals. It gets expensive eating out on the island for every meal. You definitely should rent a car. It was strange driving on the left side but I got used to it fast. The beach is about a 10 min walk but we drove to a different beach everyday. The beach closest to the resort has a ton of big conch like shells. We loved this. The only down side is that you need water shoes because the shells getting into the ocean start to hurt your feet. We didn't experience this at some of the other beaches. My only complaint, which is totally subjective, is the bed is too firm. I'm use to a pillowtop mattress. I haven't been sleeping well so this alone would make me think about staying at another resort next time. Some people like firm beds… not me.

Very nice property with a beautiful pool, the manager — Robert — does incredible job by managing it, very pleased.

I was living here for 3 months. Nice place to relax. I had the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms room and is very good. Nice and big pool, cleaned every morning. Good staff and security.

I really hate to write this unfornate review since the rest of our vacation on Providencials s was absolutely maginicant but I feel like people need to be warned about this this resort: 1) Please take a closer look at all the five star reviews and who they are posted by and their history of posts… kind of questionable… do your homework. 2) We rented a 3 BDRM condo which upon arrival had a very musty odor to it… I figured it was due to the humidity and it would go away once we got the A/C going. It never went away. 3) Upon putting away our groceries on the day we arrived, we noticed cockroaches crawling throughout the cabinets. 4) Management (via the resort number) was notified of the issue and sent a security guard up with some bug spray (who was actually really helpful) because it was “after regular operating hours” this was around 10pm. After we did spray, we noticed more cockroaches crawling up the walls in the shower, up the hallway walls, and even in the dishwasher. It was absolutely disgusting and I believe that is why it smelled so musty in condo due this infestation. We tried calling ther esort number back SEVERAL times with no avail. We had walk around the resort until we found the securtity guard again, who really had no authority to do anything. The security guard must of got a hold of the manager and did end up moving us to a 2 BDRM unit at about 2AM. This is after being up and traveling since 3AM the prior day.

Beautiful, well maintained property managed by friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here.

If your looking for a quiet place just minutes from the main strip and a short walk to the beach this is well worth considering. I just wish the only store they operate was more reliable, many times I went looking for a drink and it was closed. You will need a bike or a car if you want to get to a store that's open.

Would love this place completely if they had there own restaurant and better food little market and if they help you with a complementary ride to the local beach. But no, nothing to eat much just some left over crosant dry and if you did buy anything your paying triple. Nothing delivers other than a pizza place that is too busy to answer and if you don't have a car your pretty much stuck stranded. Getting rip off by taxi people who make up their own exaggerated prices. $48 $60 $85 this just for me and my husband. On the flip side everyone is nice and the place is clean and beautiful! Pool fantastic but they have tiki bar no service no drinks nada.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Pool is perfect, access to beach close by and convenient. Hotel sets up umbrellas for guests. Great location.

I stay at hotel atrium on 4 dec 2014 for one night hotel location is good and hotel room is very clean and very big all hotel management is very helpful and staff is very good hotel food is very fresh from viney jain delhi.
