Terrible place. Food not good.

Lovely hotel and staff! Our first room had ants which they then gave us another room which had slightly less ants in 🤣 Some things described weren’t available such as cocktail of the day, gym or wellness spa! Food was ok, but very similar everyday! Would come again but would like to have known in advance what we were getting! For the money good holiday, and the staff were great!

Worst hotel ever. Most of the stuff are broken, dirty sheet, they never change anything in the room after you leave ut on a day out, don't expect the bath rooms will be cleaned as most of the rooms bath are designed to be socked with water, no hot water for most of my stay, rooms are so hot, only you can enjoy the pool and that's it… In general, doesn't worth a penny.

They just kick out me and my brother just abandon our booked room no reason nothing just kick out don't go there just no Eng no Rus moron Turkish staff.

Poor food, poor drink. No entertainment. Could be a great hotel if the management actually cared about providing a proper all inclusive service.

Good, quiet hotel for the money great hotel 4*! Food a little monotonous, but tasty, the meat is different every time, in General, the food is 5 stars! To the beach 7 minutes walk, 3 minutes scooter rentals and bicycles. The staff is kind and helpful, though in Russian almost do not speak)

Very nice little hotel clean n friendly staff but not catered for the english more the russians who are pig ignorant… food isnt the best but dor the money you pay u can eat out like we did.

A solid four-piece hotel. No more, no less. Rooms are small about 16-17 m2, but clean and the furniture is fresh. The food is delicious. They came for five days. In general, for 5 days no special disadvantages, except the absence of iron in the room, we did not notice. The staff are positive, responsive. My personal advice to everyone. If you go to Turkey try to take hotels 4-5 stars no less and watch carefully the rating of the hotel and disappointment will bypass you)

A convenient location. The beach is 5-7 minutes on foot. Two pools in the grounds. Very polite and responsive staff. If there are questions, everything is quickly solved. No animation unfortunately and little fruit, only apples and oranges. But it's not five stars.

This hotel is surrounded by an unbelievable racket. Arrogant Russian guests who seem to think they can do whatever they want drink alcohol all through the night, shouting and fooling around at 1 in the morning as they see fit. Because of this, it's nigh impossible to get a good night's sleep. A local resident had complained to the authorities about noise and as a result the police came to the hotel 3 times. I definitely would not recommend that you take your family here.

Worst Experience Of My Life! Staff Are Unhelpful And Ignorant, The Hotel Has A Contract With Russia, Which Explains Why 98%Of Horrible Guests Were Russian. Most Of The Food Is Russian SLOP With An Extra Helping Of Flies, My Stay Was All Inclusive! So Spent More Money Eating Out. Couldn't Stand It After 5 Days So Was Transferred To Some Very Nice Apartments. Be Warned!

Staff are rude! I'f there not rude then there annoying… Following you about telling you to bye things. They never ask if you would like a drink when your sitting eating your meal… Wich I think they should for a 4 star hotel. They would ask some people but not everyone… Wich is even worse! The food… It's disgusting! Ate chips… As nothing else looked edable, but I am fussy and do like English food… In other hotels we usually have a choice between a bit of both Turkish and English here it was just runny stuff lol and fruit all day even for dinner, The rooms are nice. And clean and look lovely. There is 2 little shops inside the hotel and both people a lady and a man that work in them are very very nice! Very welcoming and nice to talk to. Also a man that takes photos is lovely! Other than that nothing likable about anyone else who works here. I would never come back here due to rudeness, bad food and genuinely just didn't like it. Also it says there is a fitness centre… There isnt one. Wi-Fi is so bad, I had to sit on my balcony to get Wi-Fi and it was still so slow. A lot of staff always speaking in Turkish, while having conversations amongst us. Lucky to get a smile back of the staff. Im here now and can't wait to go home! Reception men are nice… But once your there they no longer even say hello, it's just when you arrive that they are generally welcoming and nice. Not nice views from hotel rooms.

Stayed here for a week in May. Fantastic hotel, all inclusive food was great, very clean and entertainment/bar staff were all wonderful & service brilliant. Happily return.

The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned daily, taken to the beach every morning at 9:30 and taken away at 6:30 p. M.

To start of with rooms wasnt clean took forever to book us in. Wi-Fi took forever to load and the fitness centre, there wasnt one LOOOL!
