Still here and going home tonight lovely place and staff are so helpful rooms are cleaned every day and serve meals right up until they close are order stuff in for you if your looking pizza etc and even let us keep our room on for a small cost didn't even have to ask then ask us. Meet some lovely people and so friendly so would come back again.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks here, can’t wait to come back next year, never meet friendlier staff, it’s like a home from home, clean rooms basic but everything you need, shop downstairs stocks everything you need, lovely clientele, lovely cool clean pool. We will definitely be back next year.

Third time in Marmaris and third time in different hotel but this one was awful! I was come with miss and 3 year old kid. Room 404 shouldn't be for anyone except people with max 160cm tall due to small toilet and low ceiling. Arrived to hotel around 1:30am then I had to left passports to collect key to the room (passports was left in reception's cabinet on the wall without lock so anyone can pick it up. Also reception guy was working in shop too. Was told that I can collect passports in the morning. Around 11am went to reception to pick up all passports but they told me that is not sorted yet so I have to back afternoon. Room : Broken lock reported but nothing done then told all fixed. Finally door was always open! Found under shower really sharp pice of glass. When opened door cutting my finger on the broken door handle. One of the plate was bent and broken. Balcony so small just for 2 chairs and little table no space for kid. 3 people arrived just 1 large tawel and 2 little for hands. Towels wasn't been changed even once. Rubbish collected just once. Wi-Fi in reception or at the bar only. Lifter out of order 3 times. I do not recommending Also I'm not the person who looking perfect hotel for little money but common this is joke.

Just back from a lovely holiday at the family apartments with my 4 year old son very clean today and friendly staff, 5mins walk from beach which is great. Cannot fault this lovely apartment. I usually go for all inclusive hotels but these apartments for self catering are great value for money. Thanks for a lovely time to all the staff hope to see yous again soon.

Clean room, lovely people, decent food.

I was with a child and friends vacationing in 2017. The Room on the attic, for the air conditioner had to pay separately (on my $5 Day), and on the street in July + 60. Who loves Silence is the place for them. Wi fi signal caught on the reception and at the pool. We have not managed to relax, all the time some comments, not so jumped into the water, not so went out, not so talked…

Family run self catering apartments in the siteler district. Basic rooms but have all we need along with a nice sized pool. Staff are always friendly. Small shop on site has all the basics at with only a small premium vs supermarket. Can recommend been coming back here for over 10 years.

Having stayed in most of the 5☆ all inclusive hotels in Marmaris We have been blessed to find The Family Apartments. In other hotels no one knows you and everyone is just a blur. At family you go and are at once welcomed into the brilliant atmosphere. Everyone knows your name and great fun is had around the pool. Brilliant bar which stays open as long as you want it too. Nice food served when you want it. Little shop on site which is well stocked. Rooms are basic but cleaned daily by the lovely Mama. All staff are awesome. I cannot reccomend it enough cant wait to return.

Stayed at family apart for the first time in sept 2016 travelling alone but have friend who live in turkey the staff are excellent, rooms are cleaned daily, the other bonus is they have a small shop which saves going to the migros or tansas for the odd thing xx see you all in June 2017

Nice quiet hotel very friendly staff. I would like to caĺl faruk a family friend. Stayed here many times.
