— Mini-bar is charged all except water (with some and for water derut, in the description it is provided, be careful)
— Pillows are not the first freshness, it is time to change them
— The light bulb at the door of the room is a stick to everyone, whether there is someone in the room or not
— Animation, if anyone is important-not the most fun
— All inclusive is only available from 10:00 to 24:00
— The entrance to the sea is dangerous with sharp stones, cleared only a small area
— In the evening in the restaurant often lacks tables
— When the hotel is full, find a place by the pool and on the beach without a lesson in advance-very problematic, the area and sunbeds are not enough
Overall the hotel is OK. Nothing outstanding, but nothing quite as bad as the amazing in it. The rest is rather positive than not.

Stayed with my husband from May 25, 2018. The Hotel is in the city, but not in a very noisy area, the staff is very friendly, the rooms cleaned every day, towels are changed also every day. Food at the highest level, and especially sweets, all to try for 7 days is not possible. The Beach is close by, the entrance to the sea is sloping. The location is very good. The Hotel is more suitable for adults who prefer a relaxing holiday. Very Beautiful bay and the sea is warm without waves.

The Hotel is in a beautiful picturesque location, but there are many drawbacks. No towels, sunbeds. Wifi only in the lobby. Alcohol is only of local origin. And Most importantly there is no animation, very boring. Mostly retired Anglichani and Germans.

Not recommended. Organization of rest for you, at the lowest level. Power is the average level. Inventory of dilapidated. The Lack of towels is nonsense. Animation-ZERO.

We had a great time went in april 2018 staff are helpful and friendly place is very clean, we loved it so much we are booking our wedding there for next year.

Hello world. Stayed at this hotel from April 28 to May 5, 2018. The hotel is very nice. Very often strolled about him. In Marmaris 5 times and not once before us there was no choice about another region. It's just super. Its 5 stars got deservedly. Everything is clean, beautiful. Boy on reception just super! Clever, polite and attentive. On arrival I met at the bus and took our suitcases and escorted to the room. Inflatable toys (huge unicorn and bird) are available on the pool. All in all excellent. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are Very clean and the hotel has very friendly staff. The location is directly on the beach. The food is all the same but there. Is so much to choose from you can always have something different. Plus Ali on the entertainment team it great and keeps everyone laughing.

Its good nice and clean good staff good security. No entertainment no drinks or food after 12. Food is okay but not the best. Overall decent stay nothing much to do. hotel is nice and clean but not much to do.

Nice hotel but no Wi-Fi only available in lobby. Cleaner didn't clean our room for 2 days. I had to ask her. Over all good.

I've been there 4 times so far and I'm going to fly back.

The room base is slightly outdated, small and not the most comfortable beds, the event plan is absolutely no but the public for it is not (mostly elderly Europeans). These are the only drawbacks. Otherwise-location, food, alcohol, staff and beach-all super! We'll go again. The only thing I recommend to take excursions not in the hotel.

Great location, nice pool, wide rooms, tasty food, nice decoration, cooprative staff, animation team and activities for all inclusive hotel is very baic.

ATTENTION — don't spend your money on this hotel. Chose another. We just spend a week and really disappointed of everything, worst hotel I ever stayed. 1. ) Arrival, no information has been provided where is what and what time etc. Only leaflets has been giving out ith the times and little bit info. Then we're been told our room number and asked to go there. We did find where the room is at the end. 2. ) Room — as soon we walk in to the room we were were disappointed and surprised. Five stars hotel but the aircon does not working properly (with 32co outside). Stains all over the ceiling, damaged shower tray, peeling wallpapers, dirty sheets, luck of lighting, broken wardrobe door, just warm water, no slippers, broken hangers etc. And room were ordered for two but been given triple room with extra single bed. On reception I asked to change room and they said we can't as no left but you keep trying 10am every morning to see if any cancellations. The room does not worth even 2 stars hotel. 3. ) Pool — absolutely NO COMMENT on them called Entertainment Team. Four or five teenagers don't know what they need to do. No games, no activities at all during the day apart water polo for an 30min and their little dance. There were few more games but absolutely rubbish and nit funny. Why this hotels keeps them, no idea. 4. ) Beach — full of rubbish and cigarette ends. Sun beds all over the beach with dirty mattress.

Just got back home and would love to say how we had an amazing time at golden rock the staff were very friendly my husband made loads of friends there and the food was so amazing so much to choose from entertainment could maybe improve abit more but the hotel it self was very clean and beautiful view of the sea.

I have to say that this is easily the worst hotel I have been to by a mile. If you ever want to go to Marmaris, then book a standard hotel with all the basics (air conditioner, breakfast etc) such as Forum residential. This hotel is definitely not 5 star, it is more like a 1 star at best. On arrival, we were made to wait for our room for more than 1 hour when in reality the room was ready from the outset, so there wasn't any need to delay us at reception for that amount of time. Secondly, the staff didn't give you any information about spa facilities, swimming pool timings, breakfast and lunch hours nor did they give us any warm welcome even though we were an all inclusive group of customers. We were overcharged by like £40 also on arrival which would be fine if we had a pleasant stay but it was the worst trip by far to any country I have visited and the hotel service appalling. The staff were rude at times and didn't care about anything we required (like a new towel or an extra blanket). Lastly the best point to last is, on our last day after speaking to guest relations and even the hotel manager, we thought our views would be heard and some reimbursement would be made in order to ensure we left on a positive note.

Best hotel I've stayed in, staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, food was amazing something different all the time.

I booked Dalyan boat trips from my hotel, golden rock beach hotel Marmaris, by hotel tour Rep DIANA Travel, he charge me nearly double £33 pound you can get same tour for £17 from out side, the tour guide was mad and moody girl she did not offer even water we have to buy a drink for 7 6 tls, food was awful, I don't recommend diana travel, hotel is overall 4 plus,

P. SHEPPARD 5/10/2015 golden rock beach hotel, was fantastic, from the minute we got there, until we left. The staff went above and beyond there call of duty to ensure, we had a good holiday. The food was lovely, always something nice to eat, even for fussy eaters. Our room was immaculate, and kept that way every day by the maid. Did, nt want to come home. A little bit of paradise. Staff were lovely The best thing about my stay was… a lovely relaxing holiday.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff stayed here last April will def return.
