All good. Rooms ok. Last 4 days we had loads of early construction noise. Check out tried to sting us for mini bar items that we not restocked 2 days prior.

Just across over to Patong beach. Very convenient.

Almost on the beach. Lovely friendly staff and great, all you can eat breakfast. Love it…

Situated at the center of the long beach front road, The Royal Palm Beach hotel is a very reasonable accommodation in Phuket. We were there for three nights and enjoyed satying there. Rooms are clean and safe, staff are friendly and helpful. They serve good range of delicious breakfast. Everything you need from variety of foods to window shopping, entertainmnet, tour operators, message parlours, is available around the hotel. The only downside of the establishment is that the building don't have any elevator and the steps are quite high. So this is hotel may not be suitable for the elederly people or who have knee problem.

Not good at all my room in the 4th floor and no elevator, air-condition is not good, the water for the shower is stuck the whole bathroom is fully of water, the pool is too small and not clean, and I found a lezzerd in my bed that's not cool at all (the stuff is not polite at all)

Such an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly. Will be back next year with my mom. Xxx.

It was long ago in 2013 with 29.03-11.04, this was my first holiday abroad, to be honest I wouldn't start my tour experience with Phuket, too contrast! The first (1) that is shocking is the smells, you have to get used to them if you stopped on Patong; (2) trances, millions of tourists and wildlife (3) dirty Patong, and beach and water, will have to go to the beaches cleaner, (4) long flight (5) humid climate, swimsuits do not dry out! Pros of course much more, delicious fruits, incredible beauty of the island, famous massages all you can, an adequate price tag! And if about the hotel, then I was completely satisfied with all this money (1) the front lane, across the street beach, but it is better to take a tuktuk and get to Kata or Karon (2) a towel is given to the reception, which is important! (3) breakfasts are quite hearty, omelet, cereals, fruits, pastries, cereals, juices, coffee, for me it was enough quite! (4) I can not note the proximity of ATMs, exchanges, laundry, market and mole with the supermarket, where you can choose fresh fish and at your request it will be cleaned and cooked, no worse than in the restaurant (5) to the word about food, in the room there is a refrigerator, where you you can safely fold the fruit and cool the water, which is also supposed every day by bottles of 0.5 per person, a small thing, and nice!

Superior room with balcony is nice and clean. The water in the shower has an inconsistent temperature however. Bed is a bit hard but a matress topper was provided after speaking with the front desk.

The facilities are very clean. Breakfast is very good. Staff service is fine. The beach is located across the street, or the hotel is facing the beach. The hotel has no elevator, you have to use the stairs. Something I don't like is the bathroom. There is no privacy, it has a glass division, that yes the room lights are off and lighting the bathroom light you see everything inside in the bathroom. If you go in couple no problem, but if you go with friends it is a drawback.
The location of the hotel is very good everything you need is close by.

Lots of mixed feelings about this place. We contacted them ahead of our arrival to arrange that our rooms would be ready upon arrival, but we had to wait 4 hours before our rooms were ready so that we could check in. The rooms are nice and clean, bit smaller than the pictures, however they have different times of cleaning the rooms. Some days they “chase you away” at 09:00 am to start cleaning, then the other days you arrive back at your room around 16:00 pm only to find they have still not cleaned your room. The dustbin in the bathroom attracted millions of ants the one day, so they sprayed doom to kill all the ants however they left all the dead ants in the bathroom for 2 days? So in my opinion the service is terrible. The “beach front” is only the restaurant as no rooms overlook the ocean. Breakfast is included in the price which was good, with a good variety to choose from. Nice swimming pool area on the roof. Free Wi-Fi offered.

The staff speaks little English and the understanding is hard but all nice. The breakfast was quite ok with a small but fresh selection. The room has only one window and the view is blocked by a building that is only 1m away (curtains can stay, there is no daylight in anyway and you don't have to look at the ugly building). The air conditioning is in the lowest level really very noisy and completely without going either. The beach is quickly reached as soon as you cross the busy road.

Food was awful. And we did not even get what we ordered then they charged us extra or toast which we didn't want and didnt eat. Will not go back here.

Is a beach front hotel, strategic location, the beach is just across the street. Staff are friendly, pharmacy and convenience shop nearby walking distance only. Room condition are clean.

Not a bad first line hotel, normal breakfasts, very friendly staff, standard room not big but everything you need is available. Cleaning daily. The hotel's good location. The pool on the roof.

Very nicely setup room. My room had no natural light but helped with blue led lighting. Step out the door straight into the busy beach road shops and restaurants. Extremely good value for the money I paid. Would stay there again without thinking twice.

The resort is very-located in Patong Beach, at fact, the Samsung Hotel, the rooms are clean, very equipped, and the R Ooms are average, the bathroom faucets and shower room, the rusty of the door and the room are old wood bathroom, t He door lock is rusty of. Location, unexpectedly quiet, the only benefit of this hotel is its location. However, there is no elevator in the hotel and the luggage needs to being carried on its own, and the staff at the front desk is okay. Restaurant staff attitude is poor, so this they did not respond. Breakfast is very simple, food isn't replenished in time, many of the food plate most of the ' time ' is empty. A, they'll welcome you warmly, but as you leave, they won't help you to get your luggage on the taxi.
I'll never stay here again, nor'll I recommend it to anyone. This resort is very well located in Patong Beach, in fact, the Samsung hotel, the room is clean and well-equipped, and the room is very general, bathroom faucet and shower room rust, the room and bathroom door is old wood rotten, door lock is rusty. Good location, surprisingly quiet, the only advantage of this hotel is its location. But there is no elevator in the hotel, baggage need to carry on their own, the front desk staff attitude is fine. The restaurant staff were very poor, and they were not responsive.

Location is excellent. Rooms are good. Breakfast is awesome. But the service needs to be more professional. There is no lift in the hotel. But, overall it's nice staying with Royal Palm Beach Front hotel in Phuket.

I think the hotel has a good location not to far from everything especially when it is across the beach. Wish the hotel can clean up the air cond so the it will not make so much sound and hitting my sinus. All around I will give a 5 star for the staff affordability and the location. Lots of halal place if you’re looking for one.

Location is great as it just 5 minutes walk to Bangla street. Room is ok for this price and this location. Breakfast is great and tastes 8/10. There is a small pool at the roof top but small. Steam room isnot available. Service wise is very good.

The location is excellent facing the beach a few blocks from all the bars and commercial premises we had several lousy drawbacks a double bed and we joined two singles you caiased by the middle after to get worse we found cockroaches in the Bathroom and also we saw them in the dining room where breakfast was served and finally there was smell of sewer in the room as in the whole hotel we did not know if it was thing for now or if it is always so as we were only nights.

The only thing to note is the proximity to the beach and the center. The rest a mess of cockroaches in the bathroom smell of sewage throughout the hotel and inside our room coming from the bathroom. It is not recommended.

The hotel is closed to the beach. Food in menu is variety and acceptable. Breakfast not that much choice. Cleaness not that good, still can improve to be better. Staff polite and helpful. Not all the room accessible to Wi-Fi however Wi-Fi available at ground floor (restaurant & lobby). Once a while you may see cockroches in the room.

It is a cute hotel near the beach, the restaurant has the view to the sea. Half of the rooms have the view to an wall. The ventilation system should be cleaned!

Close and handy to beach and tourist attractions. Loads of places to eat and drink at close by. Internet was a bit patchy. Staff were helpful and had good English. Comfy rooms. Great selection at breakfast.

Nice hotel but watch out for a bumpy hallway on all the floors except the ground floor. Some of the staffs were kinda rude too.

Location was perfect but hotel was an average although staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is very good! But the hotel is NOT hygienic. Ants and other insects everywhere: in the bed, at the table & even on the breakfast buffet. Everything is not very clean and shiny like on the photo's. Swimming pool & location are perfect.

This was our 2nd time at the Royal Palm Beach Front Hotel. Our stay for 2wks was once again amazing. The Manager and staff were so attentive. We would not stay anywhere else when we visit Patong. So close to the beach and amenities, it's just the best place to stay. Also a roof top pool to use on the days that you do not want the beach. Truly beautiful in every sense. Thank you Royal Palm.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are big and spacious, with the added bonus of having Tea making facilities. At present the rooms are being refurbished so the hotel will only get better. The biggest plus to this hotel is that is as really friendly and helpful staff with a fantastic choice for breakfast which sets you up for the day. To finish off, you step straight out of the hotel across the road & you are on the beach, 5 stars from me Barry & Pam.

I have never stayed in this hotel, I do however visit their restaurant regularly. It's in a perfect spot right opposite Patong beach, it's right next door to our favourite Tailor and tour desk that we also always visit. They have great cheap cocktails, beer on ice, delicious iced coffee and plety of options for light meals / snacks. Service is always on point hence the 5 stars.

What I like about this hotel is its literally beach front (cross the road and its already the beach). I like this humble hotel because I did not expect that much since I know its a budget hotel. They even have a swimming pool at the rooftop. The room that we got is a no-window room, I wish we got the one with windows, but since our itinerary was well planned, we didn't stay at the hotel that much. We just return to the hotel to sleep. Their bathroom has a tub and a heater w…hich is very good for relaxing. I like their toiletries especially the shampoo, conditioner, and the body wash because it really smells good. They do have a safe inside the room for your personal belongings like (cash, wallet, jewelries etc. ). Another thing I like is that the room has a big umbrella that you can use when its raining. It was really helpful. Overall I can say I rate it 4 out of 5. Not a bad choice at all. Near to the restaurants and Bangla road.

I ordered a pizza Halabi for 300 Bhat, pizza right evil, was a pre-packaged pizza, which "was camouflaged with approx 2 cm cheap cheese".
The notches tell man but still very beautiful as seen on frozen pizzas at the pizza base.
When you wanted to share this with the manager she brought only the invoice and you had to pay for it.

It was an average hotel, we moved from one down the street that was better strictly because other friends were staying here and it was cheaper. We didn't have a view, they were doing construction and there was no elevator service at the time. Only positives were that it was close to a lot of places, had a restaurant/bar downstairs and the price. Other than that I would only stay here again if I was really trying to stretch my money.

Overpriced and poor quality Thai food. We waited 30 for our order to arrive. Mine was cold upon arrival. Had to ask for it to be reheated. Price was double what normal Thai food costs. Try the Pim Restaurant a bit further south. Brilliant.

The hotel is just marvellous. With some cheeky interior designs the rooms looks to be vry classy. The view from the hotel is to the sea is phenomenol. Its also very reasonable from the price. The rooms are quiet spacious and enlighted. With personal experience the behaviour of the staff's are vry polite, they are vry humble, they are always ready to help u out. The pool area is also quiet comfortable. The Wifi connection gives a good compliment to the hotel. Hope to see it more developed in the fairly distant future.

Staff were very unfriendly and absolutely not helpful as we! Read speed bag stand because she was too heavy! Brought them but later. To the rooms of what did not work: air conditioning, TV, remote control for TV, Wi-Fi so slow to load that no Internet site finished Canada tablet before the operation. The room itself in an absolutely dirty state! The hotel is also pictured as sex hotel built on condoms ready for sale (in the room! ) and bathroom window.

A little older but well maintained. This hotel is well situated only cross the road and your on the beach. If you want to tourist shop you will be in your element the entire street is a market. Only negative was the pool needed a clean green water is not ideal. Maybe the pool guy was off sick.

Very comfortable place to a sort trip stay.

Avoid at all costs. My partner and myself spent two days with food poisoning after eating at their restaurant.

No elevator and iron for clothes.
