Fair enough considering the price. Helpful staff plus they have a restaurant at the lobby. 150mts from the beach and 5min walking from Bangla Rd. You can also rent a bike there.

It is a little difficult to find the hotel, the room is nice a bit dated could improve in cleanliness, the staff is friendly, and this close to the beach.

This hotel is a part of a restaurant. We lived on the third floor in a double room. First I thought it will be awful! Music was playing really loudly in the restaurant downstairs and I thought I won't be able to sleep here, but when we got to the room, we couldn't hear any music. So, it was a success. Room is quite small but nice. Bed is extremely comfortable and that's a big plus. Door in the room is too weak to block sounds from outside. We had really noisy neighbours and could hear everything they did and usually they were very active in the night. So, if you came here to rest, you have to pray for good neighbours. We stayed here for 5 nights and no one cleaned our room even once. I asked to change towels but had to bring them to the reception desk to have them changed. Also they took garbage out of our room once and only after I've asked them to do that. We had a blocked sink and it was a challenge even to brush our teeth. Sometimes there was no internet. The overall opinion of this hotel is "OK". Worth the money.

They take reservations by booking, and if they resell the rooms!
We arrived at the hotel with my partner, and the owner tells us with short words in English that his hotel was full, that we cancel booking reservation, and he would recognize us then the fine. He gave us No more explanation and ignored us. Another couple were sitting there in the same situation and as they told us about it, the owner started screaming in Hindi (Hindu language). We stayed on the street, with ill-treatment and screaming, no explanations then read on the Internet, which is habitual this situation with them.
Don't go! It's scam!

Disaster! I had booked and paid for booking but when I arrived I was told that my room had been given to another. When I asked him how we could fix it he said: "Cancel the reservation that when booking asks me I say it was my fault and do not charge the surcharge. "
And that's how I had to go out looking for a room by Phuket in the middle of Chinese New Year. It was all booked and busy. By chance (and after touring all the hotels) we ended up one about 8 blocks from there. Hanging around with the suitcase.
The worst part was that booking didn't want to return all the money because when I called the hotel they were told they had rooms available.
We had to appeal again and go back to the hotel to talk to the manager and ask him why they said that, they answered that they were wrong.
The worst part is that while we were told that they had given the room to another there was another couple with the same problem. When we got to talking to each other, the manager started yelling at us saying we had nothing to talk to each other.
In the end we could solve the problem well, but the bad moment we spent was indelible.

Worst hotel i've ever been. No room cleaning before u ask 10 times and after that still very shitty. First day I asked many times can someone come to show how to open safetybox but after my 16 days lasting holiday all they done was laying on the coach looking like they have a fucking cactus in the ass. My dog eats better food than they can cook. Towels and sheets looked like someone peed and shitted on them but when I checked out they tried to make me pay new sheets because there was little spot of ink from my arm.

Not totally discouraged unless you accept everything. The rooms are acceptable… But the rest… Between dirt and other…

A Star for location. Walk 2 Minutes to The Beach. The Rest is terrible. First, scam with the Bookings. You book the slightly more expensive Family Room, but only get a Standard Room. That has Method there. The Rooms are dirty and some resemble a Detention room. Ant Highways lead through the Rooms and also through the Beds. Roomservice Misrepresentation. In 3 weeks, the Room was "cleaned" twice. You had to ask for Toilet paper or buy yourself. The House is run Muslim, you could have thought you're Vacationing in Istanbul and not on Patong Beach on Phuket, already because of the loud Music that almost always runs. The Audience was accordingly, too. The typical Thai Loveliness and Hospitality is completely lacking here. Not recommended.

Cheap for patong beach rooms nice though I woke up whit cockroach on the flor. No problems though.

Awful simply awful. Room never cleaned, sheets dirty and not changed. Mattress on the floor and uncomfortable too. No windows just wooden planks. I even heard a rat last night I stayed there. No wardrobe. Bathroom disgusting sink and toilet dirty fines everywhere that if you flush anything in the toilet 1000thb but they didn't bother to change the bin. Minifirdige was empty and it stunk so badly. No towels in the room had to ask for one they didn't had any so they gave me 2 small ones and said they'll bring more tomorrow next day had to ask for it. Restaurant had different prices on the road advertising and different in the menu for example "Any curry with rice 150thb" in the menu curry was 180thb and had to pay separately for the rice. "Any fresh juice 100thb" friend ordered orange juice was told 120thb manager stopped him and said it's actually 150thb. Never again. A hostel in the middle of Bangkok was cleaner. I was never so happy to check out from a hotel.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the room. It's far far away from paradise. Very dark room with no window. Very dirty in every corner. I would not be surprised if they don't even change the sheets on the bed.

Generally 2 stars hotel experience. Good thing is, it is about 200 meters away from Patong beach and about 400 meters away from Bangla Road. So there you go! This hotel also have 24 hours restaurant at the ground floor with seafood, indian, western and thai varieties. Overall helpful staff. Facilities are less.

Warm, friendly, small rooms with a great urban feel. Right in the heart of Patong, amazing value. The restaurant is fantastic, great Indian, Thai and Lebanese food. The staff are just lovely.
