Hotel is situated in a great place… easily accessible to the beach, shopping markets. Swimming pool was awesome. Hotel Staff is very warm and friendly. Our room in general was average, it was clean though the shower pressure was not great! I think the rooms need to be upgraded, the safe also needs to be upgraded to digital. Breakfast standards were not great! Croissants, muffins, etc. Were dry and stale.

Room was great, and the staff were really friendly. Good hotel to stay at if on a budget. Some guest were a bit rowdy, but they were also on holiday too. So each to their own.

Oh my word! So good! If you're after a resort close to the beach and close to the centre of town then look no further. The staff at this resort keep everything in perfect working order. With a choice of two pools to play in and two extremely nice restaurants this resort is sensational. There is a games room and daycare for children along with a games room for young adults. I couldn't fault anything. It's well priced, super clean and in a great location. Perfect.

I enjoy it very homie simple. Friendly staff good aminities and central to the action. Its good for families with young kids.

Basic but clean, great location and central to everything. Staff are friendly. Great Buffet breakfast. Pool great and happy hour at pool bar even better. Rooms old but clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Resort. Kids 10 and 11 loved it. Close to everything and quiet at night time. Fantastic Breakfast. Beautiful Staff. Beds a bit hard but can ask for a topper to be placed on bed. Clean Spotless Rooms Air Conditioning works a treat. Would definitely recommend for Families.

Looks nice in the pictures but unfortunately it is disgusting! I found little white spiders and bed bugs the second I lifted the covers! When I showed the manager the photos she responded by saying "we have pest control here and will not refund your money". They bathroom has a grate with a screen for a window and does not close (no surprise as to why there are bugs and spiders in the room). This place does not even deserve one star.

Quiet small hotel. A small oasis in the middle of the hustle. The longer you get here, the more you'll appreciate it.

So, very good hotel, I did not think to take pictures of the room but it was very large with two double bed plus the bed of our Baby (baby cot) provided by the hotel. They even lent us a stroller and an umbrella when it was raining at night!
They are on top I do not understand the comments on the staff?
On the other hand if I don't put 5 stars it's for the pool. It lacks room for the deckchairs, I find it not effective!
What more could I say? I advice to have breakfast in the morning it is not bad!

Internet is very unstable, balcony with view on wall, however very clean, central yet quiet, friendly staff, fitness area relatively well equipped.

I had a hard time to recognize the photos. The room I got has nothing to do with the images. The breakfast is very normal the worst of all the hotels of my stay in Thailand, I discovered that there was fruit on the day that I went, because it is not in the same dining room which is accessed from the rooms. Neither speak Spanish, nor put the least interest, I went one day to dinner, and I went, because it is limited to get the letter in the face. If you want a massage in thai you'll have to dartelo in some cubbyhole of the street, because the hotel the price is abusive and forget to enter with any massage, even if you have paid for your room. Good if you pay them about 90 euros even if you are only going to be a time, if you allow it to enter. Only has good location, because is infront of the beach.

We did the Island Dream package and we got way more from the tours than we expected. The trips were AMAZING and they pick you up from the hotel. Our room was nice and the location is great to Patong beach. There are great markets nearby. The front desk was extremely professional and kind. The tour desk helps out a lot! We also recommend the Elephant Retirement Park Phuket (highlight of our trip) — the tour desk helped us get it booked the day before and only took ten minutes. We didn't hang around the pools much, but they were crowded and drinks were expensive. We saw several families there if you are trying to find a place to take your family. Takes about an hour to get to the hotel from the airport. We would definitely go back to this hotel if we visit Thailand again.

Great hotel. The location is central to the beach. Despite very quiet there. Well-maintained attachment.
The best prices you get about Neckermann trips if you are legally bay. For 14 days you can book a double room there for just under €600. Only quirks — the toilet are very dirty and are not made clean.

Small hotel with a family atmosphere. Only separated from the beach by a road. All rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and bathroom with shower, some of which are also a bathtub. Childcare, fitness, spa, 2 pools with pool bar, Indian restaurant, library and sports bar can be used. Several free shuttle buses run daily between partner hotels in Patong Beach and Karon. Very conveniently located, 15 minutes to the "Sins Mile" Bangla Road, still very quiet. Diverse shopping in the immediate area. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you can live with small craftsmanship mistakes, especially in the sanitary area, you will have a good time here.

The manager was abrupt and grumpy. No PR skills at all. She needs training definitely. Reception staff polite and helpful. The place is in an ideal location but is old and run down. Gutters all rusted through so water leakage in front of Ground Floor rooms splash on chairs and occupants. Badly designed floor drainage means you step in a pool of dirty water when entering your room. Money grapping policies if you have visitors. Room service is good. Rats and mice run around when it rains. No maintenance for trees and Palms. I escaped serious injury when sitting outside my room. A 2 meter dried branch fell 10 cm from my head. Other hotels regularly clear dead branches and coconuts from their trees around the pool. Here its risky and dangerous. Will never come here again. I checked a few hotels around. Patong Resort (Not Patong Beach Hotel) a 4 star at similar price tick all the boxes by far. Avoid Horizon Patong resort. I endured 11 days here because I prepaid with an agent.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and this hotel staff doesn't have any courtesy. Their reception staff blamed us for missing glasses and charged us for minibar items we did not order. Their tour desk operator looted us. Charged us 3200 bhat for a phi phi island tour which we found was sold at 1200 bhat at tour agents just outside the hotel. The phi phi island tour itself was really bad. It is old and not maintained at all, we will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever again. Only restaurant has good food, otherwise this hotel is pathetic. They are cheaters also.

Last week we stayed in the resort with two families and the rooms smells The exterior of the room was also not good The staff is always looking for tips Doesn't seem to be a four star property.

It's a nice place, the breakfasts are nice. Fetch your own brown sauce if required! The restaurant meals are expensive, beware of service charges.

The rooms are not clean, the walls are very dirty. The bedding is not as white as it should be. The breakfast was just okay, there was no variety. The resort manager is not helpful. We were ladies booked between the 10th and 13th August 2017. The rest of the personnel was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool. Excellent location, as it's close to beach, jungcelyon, otop markets and other shopping, nightlife, but far enough away from nightlife to not be kept awake, if you're sleeping. A little dated now and some extra attention to the maintenance wouldn't go astray. Scored an excellent deal on price, so no issues, however if I paid full price, I would be upset with the upkeep of the place. Would only have scored 2.5 stars if it was full price, however, as it was less than half price for our room, it gets four stars. It is clean, in room and around the entire hotel, but a coat of paint and some general love outside would do the place wonders. Hasn't had much done to the external of the buildings, since staying here 15 years ago.

Crooks. Threaten a girl and her 9 yr old child with gaol cos they wont accept anything but cash. Nothing suss there… I only gave them 1 star cos u have to put in a rating to be able to post. They refused to speak to me as I could have paid direct to their account, but no. It's much better to behave like pigs and terrorise a little girl. Stay at you own risk.

Great little place to stay. Yes it's a little tired and could use a freshen up but the polite and helpful staff more then make up for that. They go above and beyond to make sure they do whatever they can to make you happy. Breakfast is more then filling and you can sit there for 4 hours if you like. Great location with plenty to see and do on the doorstep. Great value for money and will be back for a third visit next year.

I'd really recommend that people do NOT stay here. For the same cost you can stay in a well-known hotel. When we booked the family room we requested 4 single beds instead of the 2 queen beds, as we were 4 guys. The confirmation email we received did state that they could not accommodate that, which we missed and we realise that part was our fault. But when we arrived and saw the room with 2 Queen beds, we asked if we could upgrade (we were happy to pay), but were told that we could get another room, but we had to pay for it completely, and would lose the money we paid for the first room. I double checked to make sure I heard correctly. So it certainly was not due to a lack of having available rooms. I’ve never stayed in a hotel in my life that I couldn’t upgrade if one was available. The woman who advised me of this couldn’t even crack a smile and be remotely friendly, which is unusual for Thai people as they are usually so nice and friendly. The smell coming into the bathroom from outside was terrible. That smell was constantly there. Breakfast had barely any selection, and the bacon looked days old. They seemed to have junior chefs, as even the eggs were barely cooked. And the pineapple juice tasted like underarm sweat. I am not sure what the general price difference is between Bangkok and Phuket, but we stayed in The Marriot for the same price and had far superior accommodation and service.

We all enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Breakfast variety. Even for vegetarians. Each morning at breakfast we were asked if everything is in order. In General, the droplets have not regretted that stopped there.
