Extremely loud music pumping from the pool bar at night time. This hotel is not recommended if you like to sleep, have a family, or wish to use the pool in relative peace. It's a good hotel for parties and cannabis use.

Nice ambience, beautiful view from 33rd floor.

Delicious food and services indeed at the Prime. Especially k Win, the manager. All credits go to chef and staff as well! 👍👏❤️ I will definitely be going back again.

Everything about the hotel is great, from the moment you walk in you are welcome with a smile. It's really a 5 star hotel and experience. the breakfast was great, a variety of food to choose from. The view from my room was out of this world. The vanilla sky bar was amazing, you really feel like you're ontop of the world. the concierge staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them.

Amazing hotel, comfortable and spacious room with nice view on Bangkok skyline. Perfect location just a minute away from BTS station Phrom Phong, Shopping mall and park. Devine food at restaurants, and beautiful sunset view from the rooftop bar. Friendly and helpful staff I totally recommend that place you plan to visit Bangkok.

Beautiful place, near the shopping mall, nice restaurant​ staffs but bad experience with the front office and vanilla sky bar staff that poor service when we call for reserve the sky bar or notify about the key card and air conditioner​ are not working. Please impove​ it.

Outstanding Hotel, friendly service, airy and bright rooms, very stylish. Great Lobby and relaxing Infinity Pool on high floors with bar and tables. Right next to Emporium Shopping Mall. I like the location to hang out by the pool after Emporium shopping and to meet with friends and business partners. This is a chic place to be, perfect for a weekend and close to entertainment and luxury shopping.

A nice hotel with comfortable room. The staff are polite, the air conditioning system in room is in good condition. Close to BTS station, just 3 to 5 minutes away. Will stay in this hotel again next trip to Thailand.

We just had two days in the hotel but wished it would have been more. Friendly staff, super comfortable bed, well equipped gym (also great yoga class). Food is good, pool area and rooftop bar as well. Value for money ratio very good. Good location near BTS.

It’s our honeymoon and we didn’t even get to sleep in the same bed. We arrived from a night flight in the morning (as most people will) and they told us we can pay extra to get in a room with twin beds or we can wait until 2 to get into a room with a king bed. We didn’t sleep even 1 minute on the plane, and our first tour started at 2 so we needed to at a minimum take a shower. Blame the lack of sleep but I ended up payIng extra for the twin beds because we needed to lie down for a couple of hours and shower. Looking back, they were pretty much counting on this. They charged us for half a day to get in 4 hours earlier. ***Please note, EVERYONE gets a “free upgrade” — don’t be fooled!

Bad and ridiculous room arrangement specially for non-smokers stay in smoking floor. This is not the 1st time we stayed in this same hotel. We booked a non-smoking connecting rooms for family travel, front desk staffs held us an hour at lobby intended to gave us a "just cleaned smoking room", however, they gave us a clean non-smoking room's card key but collected it back right away without a reason. Wasted a lot of time and finally they disclosed the fact that they actually have some of the non-smoking connecting rooms but the manager intended to gave us a room on smoking floor. The worst hotel experience ever out of my over 35 times travel in Bangkok, we WILL NOT consider this hotel again in our future visit in Bangkok. This is the most unfriendly treated I ever had been came across in BKK.

One of the best hotel in town, good in both hardware and software. The hotel is very new, all the equipments are well maintained. Their room with a large windows facing to outside, excellent view even inside the room. Hotel Wi-Fi speed is great, never get disconnected. Water in shower run smoothly, enjoy the shower come with hot water. Their roof top bar is great, best to visit during sunset time.

Compass SkyView Hotel easily hits all the high points for discerning travelers. Right at the heart of BKK (Sukhumvit). Besides the modern accommodations, numerous amenities and intuitive staff, guests also enjoy the hotel’s prime location on Sukhumvit Road, known for its extensive dining and nightlife options. Excellent choice, excellent Hotel.

Amazing hotel. The sky isn'there the limit because there are not one but two sky bars with great view (s). There are happy hours, excellent customer services and a great pool area. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Located in city center near BTS station and surrounded by plenty of massage shops. Easy to find restaurants and food court in the mall nearby. Room including bathroom size acceptable. Breakfast is good with a variety of choice. Coffee exceptionally strong and excellent to help starting the day. Swimming pool is relatively small. Need improvement in front desk and housekeeping.

We were just there to visit the rooftop bar. Great views and priced seemingly better than others. 290-300 baht (approx. 7, €50) for a cocktail. Therefore the best compromise for low-budget travellers.

Was at their rooftop bar and the cocktails are not made well plus they don't use the right glasses for Martini. Their music is too loud and acoustics are not planned well. Rooftop view is good and service is good.

Stayed at the Executive Suite, which was well furnished and spacious. Compass SkyView gives an excellent view of the area. Breakfast at the Prime restaurant was enjoyable, where they served up a competent international breakfast buffet. The welcome drink — Butterfly Pea, was a pleasant touch.

Very kind stuff, chick, to many rich men hosing elegant prostitutes… excellent bars and brake fast… Yet too chick anonymous atmosphere for a country like Thailand…

Great view and staff are great. Went to the resturant. Asked for medium steak, was very rare. I sent it back and it came back out 10 seconds later the same. But was still nice steak.

This is my first time come to Bangkok for my birthday trip. So we arrived mid night 4am and leave mid night 3am, before that I already Email straight to the hotel and also wrote a request under agoda booking info request Column. That we asked for what should what do the late check in n check out or early check in n check out. They replied for late check out over 18. Hours will be charge for one day. So straight to the point. We booked 18-22. We arrived 4am at 19/10, first we go to the counter. The receptionist have no smiling face and we tell her about our request, she never gave us certain answer and keep asked us deposit and signatures for confirm check out 22/10 at 12pm, seem like she never hear what we said. Then we not going to sign, we paid for a room which 10 hours empty, so if we can move those 10 hours to late check out until like 9 hours the end of the day and then the night manager come out like a someone bothering him to sleep. Grooming like messy hair and like a mafia his own this land that I said if you can make it you should noticed us before we pay the hotel then we can arrange some other place.
He's go like " oh, really, tell me where "
So I told him several time the same thing and at the end I don't wanna argue anymore. I said "ok what can I do? I paid everything already. Let do it! "
And he doesn't letting me go said " you seem don't understanding me "
So this is my birthday trip, I reasonable asked the request I had before payment.

Can't beat this hotel for the location, rates, and friendly staff. Rooms are great. Comfortable too.

Great hotel, with great staff. Rooms are new, clean and modern. Breakfast is great and pool, although small is sufficient for an afternoon with the kids. Gym is very nice too. The hotel is just meters from a few premium malls and from a sky train station. I'd also have to note how helpful was the concierge in getting back a cellphone we forgot in a cab he ordered for us. Highly recommend place.

As a 5-star hotel, I don't see anything worth it. The sky bar, roof top bar isn't that attractive but the one on the 32nd floor was better. The breakfast was not as good as the 3-star hotel I stayed at couple days ago bcoz the quality of food was actually quite low coz the water temperature tended to change a lot. The washroom doesn't seem qualified as a 5-star hotel. I'm actually quite unsatisfied with the booking. Not worth the price.

Nice hotel. Rooms are big and brand new. The pool it's not that nice but acceptable. They should improve the training for the receptionists as they were not that kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

You get the feel of a five star hotel the second the doorman opens the grand entrance door and the marble filled lobby perfume gently greets you. The staff at the counter spoke enough English for me to understand what they were saying. Walking to the room after the spacious elevator ride was a luxury experience in itself. As we entered the room it looked like a mini suite. Beds were really soft and comfortable, bathroom was exceptionally amazing and the view was enough to make this place five stars. Walking distance from a huge mall and all kinds of restaurants and shops. Number on spot for tourists like myself for sure. I loved my stay and have now become a lifelong customer of Compass Skyview.

A beautiful and awesome place to stay in for holiday in Bangkok. Talking abput my experience, we booked standard type of room which had king sized bed with minibar and 43 inch sized LED. The toilet is one of its kind with and open shower. Overall experience — Excellent.
