This is definitely not a 5-star hotel as they claimed. I'd give it around 3.5 stars actually. The lobby had decent scent when entering. The location was great. I stayed in the room 1908, the room looked a bit outdated. The bedsheet was undone as shown in the photo. The lamp on the table wasn't working. And the MAJOR problem for me was the shower. The shower wasn't working properly, water barely came out. I didn't have a pleasant time showering in the separate shower at all except in the bathtub. Breakfast buffet was so so. As a non-pork eater, they didn't have that various food; most food contained pork and bacon. So I suggest concerned department would take this into consideration as I saw a lot of guests having trouble finding food to eat.
