Hotel is in a great location for the many bars and restaurants of Bangkok. The check in staff are always warm and friendly and can’t do enough for you during your stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the views are amazing. I’d strongly recommend.

The health of the environment is very bad. They don’t even throw the bottles which left by the last tenant. The place is super not convenient of the BTS station. Please don’t go here.

Nice secluded hotel off the busy Sukhumvit business. About 10 min walk from Asok BTS. Even shorter if you take the complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the main road :D. Most of the room facilities are in good working condition. Recommended for the quietness of the place.

Since my both kids are 3 and 4 we always stay at Centre point soi 10 now my kids are 13 and 15 we come to Bkk one a years maybe 2. Location excellent staff are friendly you feeling safe like hone.

Great environment and service. There's a shuttle bus from the main road so remember to take it if not you have to walk quite a distance. Overall satisfied besides the fact that the place is pretty isolated. The hot chocolate at the lobby was fine.

The hotel is an oasis of luxury, comfort and relaxation right in the middle of a buzzing city. All the rooms are very well-appointed offering breathtaking city views. Their in-house restaurant serves the choicest of cuisines and has a delectable buffet spread for breakfast. Most importantly, the property is conveniently located near the Nana BTS (Sky Train) Station and the hotel also provides shuttle services to the BTS station and for the nearby mega mall Terminal 21.

The hotel is quite well placed, the shuttle that saves us the 10 min walk under the Cabral is convenient, and the staff very available. The support also (broken peg, safe HS etc…) Repair in the quarter of an hour is very strong!
The breakfast is very hearty and worthy of a large hotel, with Thai, Jap, and Western specialties.
The problem is that when we arrived, we were told that the pool is under renovation, and that of course, we kept well to tell us… A yes, they pay the taxi to take us to a swimming pool at 20 min of the hotel, you talk about a compensation.
So big black dot that's for me unconscionable.

Only downside that the hotel had not told us is that they are cleaning the pool. So unusable.

From the minute we walked up to reception. We new we had booked the right place. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very professional. The hotel is very clean and tidy. From the street to your room. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of bangkok. But you wouldn't know it when your in the hotel. Very quite and peaceful. Great value for money. Will be highly recommending this hotel to all my family and friends.

This accommodation was great! Spacious room with balcony, washing machine and even ironing board. Front office and Concierge staff were friendly, helpful and efficiency. Food and Beverage: Variety choices of buffet breakfast, but not recommend occupy the table for too long because they were busy, or otherwise, the Captain might took out your Napkin, fork and knife to remind the meal time is up. HSKP staff is also friendly. We stayed a pretty long period so the amenities were not enough, as sometime they did not refill. In general, this is a recommended accommodation especially for the family.

The hotel is the famous housing series in Bangkok … Some people translate the first-served square … Someone translated Emperor Bao … But I'm not sure this branch was built …
Or take over the other hotel packaging and finishing … Su Kunwei No. 10th Branch located in the BTS Nana station with the Asok center … If you want to use the … Nana station is relatively near (but downstairs can only carry luggage) …
On the 1 floor of Terminal 21, there are regular hotel feeder Tutu car … The advantage: May be the location is really far more … House prices are also more pro-people … The room view is also very good … You can also have a bath tub, microwave, tableware and mini fridge …
Meet my needs, next time will stay. Disadvantage: Bangkok traffic jam serious … Fixed-point timing of the connection I feel that time may not be allowed, you need to walk back to the corner of 10 lane. The Bangkok Line stayed here for 4 nights and was really comfortable. Buffet breakfast rich to even do not eat breakfast husband all for him not to sleep late, very good oh. And the apartment-style hotel also has the washing machine can bake clothes, for the long journey of our solution to return to wash a pile of clothes pain! Big recommendation! The hotel is in a quiet location, walking distance to the center and the metro. Near shopping malls, restaurants, shops. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Sukhumvit soybeans. The number fund is periodically updated. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay.
The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. All questions are solved very quickly. The breakfast is varied and tasty. There is a small swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. For many years stay only in these hotels. Very comfortable value for money.

Amazing property, right from service to staff to rooms everything just perfect about this property. Food also quite friendly on the pocket. Located in the sukhumvit area, there are plenty of food options with nearby restaurants (veg indian as well).

Superb place a studio instead of a room.

Shuttle service to the main road if you need it, otherwise a short walk. Hotel is ok. Based on serviced apartments, so good for large families. Rooms in good condition (ie look new), and kitchen area is ok for small meal preparation. Some minor maintenance could be improved… sinks that drain slowly, sliding doors that don't work, towel hook that fell off the wall — that type of thing. This seems to be a common occurence in most hotels that I have visited: how about a regular checklist and inspection? Chidlom station very close, and gives easy connections to Siam centre, Discovery centre, Paragon, MBK via BTS system. Just make sure you have plenty of change for the ticket machines, or if you stay longer get a pass as the machines are a huge time waster.

First day check-in, service attitude is passable, off the street has a small path, the hotel has 7 people tuk car transfer to the street mouth, calculate the quiet in the prosperous. Close to shopping mall Terminal 21, a wide variety of restaurants, nearby there are several massage shops. 45-60 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic conditions (Bangkok is often congested).

Whenever visited Bangkok for the last 8 years I was staying here. Service has gone done tremendously. Speciallly front desk people are rude n very unhelpful. I know your Buisness is growing with influx of people from Middle East. But the reasons we visited your hotel was for the hospitality. Was very disappointed by your reception/ front desk people. The hotel atmosphere now suck. It's becoming like a sub standard railway station.

Stayed for 4 nights in family room. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is good, service staff is nice and they remember us and even returned my baby food container (which I left behind) the next morning without me even asking about it. Bus service to the streets is great with minimal waiting time. Would recommend to families that are travelling to bangkok.

Beautiful hotel, space rooms (76 m2) top pool, gym, sauna, steam room, really a perfect hotel. Small negative, it is about 800m from sukhumvit, and itself 10 is really not animated, but it's really just a detail. In addition, a free shuttle bus runs all day. The breakfast is very well stocked and you will find something for everyone. The hotel does not serve any alcohol. In short, as far as we're concerned, the top of the top.

Excellent value for money. The tuk tuk is almost always coming and going so that the distance from the subway and the road is a plus for the quiet…

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. We were given an upgrade with the apartment equipped with a sitting room and two air conditioners. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. The rooms would need a freshen up for this I don't leave 5 stars.

Early check in impossible!
At 2.30 pm I got a smelly smoker room — I did not ask for it!
After another 1 hour waiting finally I got my suite apartment with jacuzzi! That jacuzzi thing was also no working properly btw! Only vibration from compressor I could feel while relaxing in the bath-tub.
To be fair, the rooms are big, the staff at the end very nice and helpful.
Fazit: If I would go there again, no check in before 2 pm and special remark: non smoking room only!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, lovely and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, down a quiet street off the main strip so not far from all the night life and attractions. I've stayed here 6 times in the last four years and booked the same deluxe suite each time which I now think of as my second home, can't wait to be back again.

Stayed from 3-7 March 2016 Once again enjoyed my stay here in centerpoint. Close to asoke BTS and sukhumvit MRT. And Healthland Asoke. Staff are as usual friendly. Enjoyed my stay at Block A. Will come back again.

Hotel. Clean, quiet. A little podustavšaâ furniture, but not critical. Everything you need is there, right down to the toaster and washing machine. Tuk-tuk constantly runs to the central street. The only thing that marred our accommodation is closed for repair pool. But provided each hour by minibus to hotel this same network in 5 minutes. Close to the subway, which is very convenient.

The rooms are real apartments, attentive and friendly staff, very good restaurant and clean (something to be reckoned with in Bangkok)

I booked a room for 6 people in this hotel for all my familiars who comes to visit me for the first time since I live in Thailand. 4 days prior to our arrival write me an email where my reservation be canceled. An e-mail? and if not I checked my inbox in time? I called and they told me that demanded payment in advance. Which kind of policy is this? before they make you booking and after delete cancellation for have payment? It 's the first time that something like this happens to me. The experience in this structure began in the worst way and I have not confirmed my reservation, I now have to look for another hotel. If they want I prepay is ok, but it must be say right away and does not alert by e-mail of the cancellation of the booking. Not recommended.

Wrong Centrepoint Location. This is Centrepoint Silom on Charoenkrung Rd (lived there 6 years). Used to be 'old style' Thai. Very elegant, beautiful moulding/woodwork, large rooms. And had a good staff. Before I moved out, they remodeled in mid-grade Euro-modern, cut the larger rooms in half, and moved their best English speaking staff to other locations. Was great. Not so much any more.
