Old and not well maintaned. Beds are worn out, couldn't get good sleep. Aircond is too cold and another night it is too hot… Stains in toilet and bathroom is worn out. Staff service not good enough as compared to other Thai hotels. Location is about 15 mins walk to nana bts station.

The place is quiet. Very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are okay with the price. They provide transfer to nearby places like nana plaza and bars.

I had bought two nights in this hotel: I had only one having been unlucky to have a room with a door connecting with the one next door, and therefore to have voluble people very close to me until an early hour of the night! Moreover, this hotel is dated. Breakfast correct. The price was more than reasonable, but. I will not go back to that.

This needs effective repairs to be carried for its normal function. Although nice location. Staff is almost from Nepal and Burma and hindi speaking and cooperative.

Great hotel location and lovely people. They let me see all security footage when I had dropped my purse outside the hotel. Do order pizza from the restaurant, it's good.

Average hotel. We checked in at late night around 4:30 AM and we got tripple bed even though we were two people. All beds were individual. We wanted double bed so they changed our room the next morning. They should have given us double bed the forst day itself. Swimming pool is average and not so clean. Limited option in breakfast. Location is good.

Nice enough, large room, and comfortable. Very poor Wi-Fi and water was barely warm though. A nice breakfast and coffee made up a lot. Next time, I will bring a swimming suit.

Dirty Sheets, air conditioning that works poorly. Like Big Pro room and comfortable bathroom. Great Location.

The photos of the rooms looked good but room felt like they started the renovation and halfway through decided it was enough and quickly finished up. My safe wasn't even bolted down. No views but it was cheaper than what I normally pay so I guess I can't complain.

Staff polite and helpful. Food was fine. The rooms and bed were clean with hot shower. 5 minutes walk to sukhomvit road. Would stay again.

A/C is not working properly. Toilet seat was not clean and stains on the floor weren't cleaned. Only the location is good… but not worth it.

You get what you pay for. Fairly hard bed but the breakfast was great. Shower door didn't shut all the way so water would leak if the shower head was pointed anywhere near the door. Great staff. Thanks!

I was in room 201, and I absolutely loved it. It was clean and very nicely decorated. It's a cozy place. Highly recommended. The staffs are very kind and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces. Buffet breakfast was great. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Enjoyed my stay a lot. I'll definitely come back.

Any room. Deafening air conditioning. Acceptable bedding.
Lively neighborhood. Good location but to avoid if you have kids as neighborhood pretty hot. Friendly staff.

Smeven off rooms, in love bathroom and not really clean.
Moldy joints in the bathroom, dirty toilet and a sink that you better not take a closer look at.
Never again…

Gross area, terrible staff. Told me they would get me a taxi. Waited over 45 mins for one after they said 10 times it was 10 mins away. Also made me pay the hotel for a taxi with hugely inflated surcharge. Rooms are dated. Great hotels within 100 yards away. Avoid this dump.

U will be fooled if u book by seeing the photos in website. No doubt it's situated in heart of the city. But not maintained properly. No lift when I go there and I 've to climb 4 floors 5 times daily. Wonder how 4 star rating was given.

Good value for the money, nice rooms, friendly staff, shuttel to skytrain. Only scared to use the swimmingpool because the wather is green.

Enjoyed this place. Not very modern but very cozy, AC ran great, friendly staff. Great for 1-3 night stay. Good area. Didn't run into any pest problems! Would stay here again!

Great place. Open staff … very close to the happeing area… shopping is at walking distance for your daily need… good service.

Decent for what you pay. Older rooms and a little worn down. Good customer service. If you are used to the large chain hotels then spend a bit more. Fine for 1-2 nights.

No no no. Had a worst experience staying here. Bedbucks everywhere. Noisy in the morning due to ongoing construction. Not recommend for family.

First time we came here was nearly 3 years ago just been back. Needs a little work here and there but really nice staff and food. Clean pool and sauna. It's own massage pallor.

The Hotel is conveniently located in Soey 3 & is minutes walk to find a restaurant & for entertainment. The room service & staffs were helpful. They even drop you for free in the motor bike to the main street which is only 5 minutes walk. Well located place if you enjoy shopping & entertainment.

Bed has at least 10 black insects, very disgusting, shower is broken.

Dirty rooms. Smelt smoke in room. Under average service.

Room is dirty. Bathroom is disgusting. View well they can't help that. Internet cutting out all the time. I gave it a one star because there is no lower option.

The hotel and the room were very clean and presentable, although a little worn and dated. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with a few soaps and shower gels. The shower was powerful but only reached a luke-warm temperature. The only problem with the room was the air conditioning which was extremely loud and not always responsive to the remote control. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, except for the lobby attendant I met at the end of my stay. When I asked for a taxi, he pointed me to his colleague who quoted me 200 baht for a 60 baht trip. When I insisted on a metered fare, I was dismissively pointed 50m down the road to find my own taxi. Not a great way to end a stay. As a last-minute budget hotel for one night, I was just about satisfied. But I don't think I will come here again.
