We had very unpleasant experience starting from the arrival time. When we ask for tissue to clean one of our passports accidentally get dirty, the receptionist told us to get tissue from toilet. We were shocked by his response. When we reached to the room, the cockroach was running around the bath room and my kid was scared and horrified. We had never seen a hotel with the cockroaches. Refer to the picture attached. When we request to clean the bathroom, a staff came with small scrub and sponge and finished cleaning in less than 5 mins. He wore his outside shoes into bathroom. Even the manager walked into our bedroom carpet without removing his outside shoe. All the pictures are attached as evidence. Hygiene standard is very very poor! Bath towels were torn and dirty. Refer to the picture. Because of above incidents, my kid refused to eat breakfast at hotel. He didn’t want to eat as he is thinking they might be using dirty utensils to cook.
Waited over 40 minutes for food which anywhere else takes only 10-15 minutes, and there were no other guest besides the four of us! I asked 4 freaking time for the food and only ”sorry sorry madam comming soon! ” several times!
Finally, They served ice cold pasta! When I complained, the waiter put his finger into the pasta to check if it was cold.
