Ужасное местно! Персонал груб, комната грязная, постель разорвана, туалет сломан, Wi-Fi абсолютно не работает! Мы заплатили 170 долларов за 7 ночей и очень пожалели, что остались в отвратительном отеле. За такую ​​цену рядом с SPB есть хороший отель.
A terrible place! The staff is rude, the room is dirty, the bed is torn, the toilet is broken, Wi-Fi absolutely did not work! We paid $ 170 for 7 nights, and very much regretted that we stayed in a disgusting hotel. For such a price next to the SPB there is a good hotel.

Great value for money accomodation on the fringe of the city (not too near nor far away) from Central Bangkok. Room condition (bed, toilet, TV, aircon and fridge) is still in good condition after several past stayovers. Short walk (10mins) from MRT Suttisan with great food options from breakfast to dinner. Alleyway/lanes leading to the hotel is a bit dim but in general, it is fairly safe in a working class suburban neighbourhood.

Very good, laundry downstairs. Also small gym, can do some running. Subway close and also a market which from can get many things.

Lousy hostels when you need help, she'll tell you whatever he's doing, it's your business. Don't cheap to cry without tears.

The room is big with view but can see anything, the Diamond hotel is infront the window, the room has refrigerator include 2 bottles of water (free), air conditioner, chairs, tabledesk, closet, private bathroom BUT everything seems not clean, they did not clean my room when I get out! When I check in they ask 300THB for deposit which it not mention at the web （蚂蜂窝）. The washing room is where the hotel clean theirs stuff and the first day when I called the hotel ask for help with the direction but it was the worst service ever, no one speak a second language! the phone number which it start 269… it last a century to pick it up. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE! Only good service is the hotel`s car is very help! But they never pick that **** phone up!

Overall, this is still our favourite go to for our family of 5. I'd definitely recommend this if you are looking for a value for money stay. Key highlights are: 1) its location which is of great convenience. Only few stops away from the Chattuchak weekend market, Ratchada Night Train Market. 2) Most importantly the local morning market that is just few minutes walk away! An array of local food and tiny boutique stores that caters to the local. You can have a taste of Bangkok without going into the hustle and bustles of the city centre. 3) The hotel also provides free Shuttle services (Tuk Tuk) back and forth from the nearest station. We usually get the night shift guy's contact number, just incase it gets dark late at night and we have alot of items from our shopping trips. 4) Their front desk is always available eventhough we arrived late at night (11pmish). Staffs speak decent English. Sometimes they have a staff that speaks mandarin as well. You can just leave your luggage at the lobby for free on the day of your checkout if you want to continue going around before your flight. The downside for us is the cleanliness of its sheets and linen. Most times we have noticed disgusting stains. Small matter to overlook for us as we brought our own towels after our first visits. Hope you have a good stay here too.

Not bad for the rate they charge and a 3 star hotel. The boss is so friendly riding his Harley Davidson.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly. You can get a good coffee and breakfast and also any other meal.

Accommodating and warm reception even upon late night check-in. Cafeteria staff are also nice and jolly.

Not worth of this price. Can get a better option nearby.

Staff service is good, and there are nearby transfer, plus geographical convenience, the room is clean and bright, but the bathroom drainage system is not very ideal, but also acceptable, has economic benefits, traffic location, it is pretty good over the station.

Old and stinky. Unfriendly staffs.

Reasonable prices and nearby to Sutthisan MRT station, the downside would be that the toilet in my room keep getting flooded as water was not getting down the drain fast enough…

Great place. Prices are relatively cheap and rooms are great compared to the prices. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Very good option if you stay in Bangkok. They have free shuttle service to the main road. You can easily take the MRT from there.

Near the mrt. Easy access to foods. Given a very noisy room, sound of air-con blade is rattling whole night long.

Hotel has great value on money. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Stuff are friendly and try to help you if any problems. In lobby floor there is also nice restaurant offering mostly Thai food. Wi-Fi in hotel is pretty good!

(May 2016) Rude staff especially the old woman at the desk. The shower smelled musty and night dramas come with prostitutes. Family run far away!

The hotel is in a quiet lane and having a food market within walking distance. It's still a new hotel, so much so that its facilities and amenities are still good! The room is quite big and with balcony.

Clean and good rates. Located close to the MRT (subway) station Sutthisan. Nice room and English speaking staff.

The reception is friendly. Even thou is abit difficult to find for the first time. It's worth the price for a nice hotel.

Good hotel with the convenience and clean and close to metro Sutti San.

The best in this area. Close to MRT snd a lots of shopping centre. Central, Promanade, Fortune, Robinson, Walking street at night, Night life.
