DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL MEANS, * Have to give 1 Star BC otherwise I can't Post this Review / This Place deserve — 0000 STARS) Me and my girlfriend Family traveling from Cambodia & Found this place was really Convenient with the bus stop and markets and thought it be a good idea to stay here. 1. They charge us 500 Baht for bringing food we bought from the Market! What the heck! 2. We separate the room keys to keep power and the Air Conditioning on when we came back from the market, but they Decided to charge us another 200 Baht! 3. Their the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, RUDE as Heck, gave me and my family the Stink EYE, no Shampoo and they charge for everything! We only stay here for 1 Night and had the worst time ever coming to Bangkok guesthouse…

Bed is Ok (basic accommodation), room not so clean; WC very small; price is fair (2-bed room for 900 bath, 3-bed room for 1, 100 Bath; price increases at national holidays). Face if receiptionists look bad, unfriendly, and often unhelpful.

I want to share my experiences staying at DD House with my father. The guest house cost a fare amount of money, however the rule of their house demanded too much currencies on such small mistakes. At first, when we arrived at DD House, we went to the staff and asked if they have a room with two beds and we told them we wanted to stay for 4 days, and they do have a room available for us, so we paid 1800 THB for 2 days. When the staff showed us our room, It does has a big room and big bathroom; However, the room looks like an old, outdated room, the blanket is not as thick as other hotels’ blankets, the way I may describe about the blanket is that it’s less thicker than a towel, the air conditioner are very noisy which is uncomfortable for us to pay 900 TBH/night, the bed is hard It’s as hard as an ancient Egyptian bed, however as the time progressed towards our third night. Somebody knocked loudly on the door while we were sleeping at night, I woke up, I checked on the door’s pocket hole, I saw the staff, and I opened the door. Then they informed me to pay the rent at the counter. Therefore, I went down with my receipt, and cash in order to get ready for the payment for today and tomorrow, since this is the third day of our arrival and we want to leave on the fourth day. I had the exact amount of price as shown in the receipt (1800THB) when I got to the counter the staff demanded more money because We pay the room late?

By the side of budget cost, it is also a clean, cozy, well lit with big windows, secure, friendly staff as well as manager, 60m to exit 3 of Sutthisan MRT, by the side of 2 7Elevens, near local markets, car as well as motorbike parking area available place. However, the wall construction is built of soft material so it is NOT sound proof and they have no on-site laundry, yours wil be outsourced.

The hotel is clean and has basic facilities. The staffs are unfriendly. We paid money to stay but we feel like we were begging them for tissues that they forgot to provide. If you have back pain don’t stay there because mattress is normal quality. Cost 900Bath per night. Though location is convenient for people like shopping.

Unfriendly attitude and get cozy when you give them money. No plates and other crockery are available at service room. House keeping was excellent. 850bht for one night is more as compare with services provided.

A highly decent small hotel which moderately priced in Bangkok. It is located in a little alley behind a crowded day market and makes it super easy to go out and get something to eat during the day. But at night the neighborhood is rather quiet and there is nothing much in the area. Since it is behind a day market, the hotel is rather difficult to reach by car during he day. But it is very easily accessible by foot from an underground MRT station which is only 2 minutes' walk away.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok I have stayed in. Why I say BEST is because the staff is nice, immediately when you enter you are greeted by this lovely lady. It feels at home. Rooms are super clean. Location is awesome. 1min from MRT and price is very reasonable. I recommend everyone.

Market plaxe at the doorstep, 6 — 7 convenient store avail. 5mins to subway. Budget and clean room.

Excellent value for money! Location is only 2 minute walk to MRT. Along a quiet road with great shopping. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable with quality door and lock system. A modern washroom with great hot water and supplied toiletries. Includes a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee packets. We stayed on the 5th of 6 floors and the elevator is sure nice when you return from a long day in the heat. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly. No breakfast offered however free coffee, orange drink and cookies are supplied in the TV room. There is a huge selection of great breakfast options in the market that is literally outside the hotel. Market has food, clothing, souvenirs, electronics, and kitchen stuff. Very nice place to stay I highly recommend. You can pay a lot more elsewhere, but WHY!

Convenient accommodation near to mrt though the room is quite small and not much storage space for bags or clothes. Stay if proximity to mrt is important as its literally 1 minute walk to mrt. There are better rooms if you are prepared to walk 10-15minutes from other metro stations in Bkk. The area is not touristy + there is a nice little food market literally outside the door open early am until early afternoon. I usually stay around here when I have a flight from don muang next morning as sutthisan is only a few stations to chatuchak park where you can catch A1 bus to Don muang.

Nice place to stay in Bangkok. Room is clean and quiet. They have elevator/lift inside the property. The staff are very helpful, they will help you to book a taxi meter. They also have Thai massage if you want to relieve your fatigue, it's really a good experience to try Thai massage. There are 7 Eleven store and local market near the property. Close to MRT station, just need to walk 2-3 minutes if you go through the alley.

Good for people that want convenience of location. Literally just 50m from the MRT. 7Eleven just within 10m. Doesn't have laundry service though.
