Stayed nights on the 3rd floor in a corner balcony room. Prices on Agoda 10-20% inflated. Spacious and reasonably well furnished. Reception staff hit and miss (older lady particularly unhelpful) I reported water pouring down the walls of the corner balcony room when it rained heavily, they didn’t care. Housekeeping left 1 of 2 glass water bottles in the refrigerator ready to fall and smash on the floor when I opened the door. I was told I opened the refrigerator door too quickly and was told I would have to pay 40b for it, staff not interested to come and help clean it up, more importantly ZERO concern if anyone was cut or hurt. Service issues mainly could be annoying. Buggy service was a nice touch and the driver the most friendly and helpful of all the staff there. Stay lucky.

Cheap alternative stay. Decent clean room. Late check out available at 400thb until 5pm.

The rudest staff I have ever met. I had to stay in this hotel multiple times but each time they were checking my visa stamp if I stay in the country legally even though they know me already. After check-in I got a dirty and very used room. This hotel definitely prefers chinese customers against european and american. If you belong to the last two group avoid this hotel.

Unfortunately I have to give one star because the check in time is absolutely not flexible even though there is a free room the check-in time is at exactly 2pm and the staff is not friendly at all. Very poor customer service! Book somewhere else because it’s not a recommended hotel at all until they change their rule!

Stayed at two double bed room before and it is spacious. Hotel are nearby 7-11, hawker food stall and massage shop. They also have golf cart service and help to contact for taxi service.

Love this hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant, room service, gym, two minutes from suttisan mrt, and more food stalls there that a Thai could shake a selfie stick at.

Ants in the room and when I called the reception to ask for an insect spray, they said 'no have'. And that's it! The ants are also in my laptop now. For the same money it's easy to find a more central 4* hotel.

Great Value! Newly Renovated Rooms — major facelift! In Southeast corner of Ratchadaphisek and Sutthisan Winitchai Rd on Udom Suk Alley (for taxi instructions). I wouldn't normally give a budget hotel five stars, but they really go above and beyond a there star hotel price. Clean and courteous, with Delicious restaurant/room service (0700-2100), and a small but complete gym. Massage, 7-11, and Food Courts nearby — hotel will take you locally on golf cart (morning to midnight). A real hidden gem! Quiet. Short walk to MRT Ekkami subway, so easy to get anywhere in the city by subway/skytrain mass transit… Someone commented negatively on the bathrooms, but they are fine — again, it's a three star hotel, that performs like a five — the showers are basic, but clean and fine. Standard room safe.

+ The To stop and think about anything + accessibility to the Metro + Clean + quiet-hard mattress in the room-on Bookinge indicated the time of discharge from the room Strictly 11:30-12:00 (um, I do not know how to react, but we just had to sign out at this time), not the PR Overjal What will be if you need to sign out at night or early in the morning do not remember whether they have a package of "breakfasts", like not, but they do not need, next to a few cultivating (on weekdays in the evening, find a girl selling Gyoji-recommend to try! )

Basic hotel with amenities. Strategic locatiom and mrt is within walking distance.

This residence offers true value for money. It's not close to central Bangkok, but that doesn't matter given the location to the MRT station. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle rides to and from the MRT via a golf buggy. But it's really not a far walk anyway. The apartment is clean and airy. The housekeeping keep the room tidy throughout the duration of the stay.

Stayed here couple of time during my trips to BKK, reasonable services, friendly staff and the things I liked the most is that there's a laundry services and a small convenience store at the back of the drive way, where you could pick up some foods and drinks.

Nice hospitality from hotel staffs. The hotel is walkable from Sutthisan MRT Station. There is also free pick-up to the station for hotel guests using a golf car.

Pretty good location near the Sutthisan MRT. Has a gym, coin operated washing machine. Pretty well equipped for a small hotel. Good for a long stay.

Hotel is neat and tidy. Bathtub is a little rusty, average size toilet. Room looks good, comfortable as well. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Golf-cart buggy available to MRT. Walking distance to mrt is 10 minutes or lesser. Golf cart Drivers so far all wasn't really smiley or friendly. Wifi is slow and unstable at times. Lobby food is awesome, cheap and affordable. Free service up to our room. Has a lot of Malls nearby, by car, all lesser than 20mins ride. Overall experience here, 4 days 3 nights, GREAT!

Descent hotel for it's price. Though the bathroom could've been better and the Wi-Fi is very slow.

This place was nice 5 night stay there, very near MRT about 500m.

This hotel can use VISA, MASTER, JCB. Chinese YinLian Card can't be used in here. Environment is good, and 900THB/night.

Good value for the money, clean room, nice helpful staff, good tiny little restaurant in the lobby.

Been staying since the hotel opened, overall it has been excellent but our last visit our room really showed its age. A real disappointment.

For the price (700 Baht per night) you get a nice room with modern confort. You also get the inconvenient of most hotels in thailand (and often more expensive ones) : mattress quite hard, water not consensistently hot and some acceptable noise with aircon. But believe me it's still a very nice place. 5mn walk from sutthisan subway station and a free golf cart service for the most lazy ones. Concerning the surrounding area I disagree with other comments. It's a quite area yet with some activities (market, food stalls and such) and it didn't seem dangerous to me at night. Plus it's very quiet which for me who is a light sleeper is very important. Overall if you know thailand and the defaults in most budget hotels (cited above) you can consider this hotel being really above the rest.

All are non-smoking room, water in shower is bad with auto heater which is faulty making bad experience for me to take a shower. Although there are free buggy service 24/7, but the alley is very dark at night and it looks dangerous to head home after late night party. I stay one night here and switch to another apartment right after a night.
