Staying here was the last night of our Camino walk and by far, they saved the best for last. Great room, English speaking TV channels, and a really nice breakfast. It's also just an easy 10 minute walk to the Compestela.

Loved staying here. Recommend it for being central walking distance. Food very good. Clean tidy and friendly staff.

I have never written a bad review, so this is new territory for me: We had the most rude welcome, of any hotel or B&B or lodging I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at hundreds. The reception staff were friendly but the hotel manager were extremely rude. She indicated that we could not check-in at 14:00, as per our booking, but had to wait until 16:30 for check-in. This with a group of 40 people, including some elderly, who walked all day as part of a walking/hiking trip, and were tired after the last day of a 100km hiking week. All attempts to obtain more information or the cause of the delay, were rudely rebuffed. When we phoned our booking agent to request that he speak Spanish to her to find out what was going on, she simply put the phone down on the call from the agent. She even threatened to delay the check-in to 17:00 if we keep asking questions. We had already paid for our accommodation but I seriously considered writing off the money and leaving to stay at another hotel. As it stands now, I will not stay here again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. All due to one extremely rude person.

We arrived in Santiago tired and just wanting to take a shower. However, even though official check in times at the hotel are 14:00, the check in time for groups are apparently only 16:30. The staff had absolutely NO sympathy and REFUSED to let us check in one by one as the rooms were ready. We have been camping out in their lobby for the last 2 hours with NO leniency from the hotel staff and had a very rude receptionist. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Spain!

Convenient location just put of the old town. Acceptable accommodation but not a particularly helpful staff. Our group wanted a small space to gather and pray but were only reluctantly accommodated. The dining staff were especially on top of the pretty challenging circumstances of several groups of varying size coming and going.

Modern and well-located. With spacious rooms. Very nice mattress and pillows. It only spoils the breakfast coffee.

Good location, has arranged with several garages in the area to 9 euros a day. Modern and clean rooms, the only bad noise of the rooms and that in the morning the cleaning ladies are less careful than a monkey in a cacharrería, it seems that they resent that you put the red paper on the door because they do not stop moving furniture, make an unbearable noise leading to despair. They should give them some warning because it's not normal. If you are going to rest this is not your hotel. That's why I put a star, but it would be 5 but the noise they form is unbearable.

Good location Near the center walking. Parking in the Plaza de Galicia for payment. Around is Blue Zone.

One night then return flight Italy. Very nice and spacious room. Good value for money, half an hour from airport.

Great Hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful. Worthy of 4 stars. Good agreement with several nearby parkings if you are travelling by car.

We stayed for two weeks for work and the truth that everything was perfect. Modern rooms and the bathroom very nice and very clean, ample shower tray and hairdryer in the bathroom. Very well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. In two years of work trips, it is one of the best I have visited. Recommended.

Very convenient place for short visits. Hotel is clean and good locking. Staff members are friendly. However walls between the rooms are very thin, so you can easily hear other people.

Fantastic location, direct bus from airport 3 euros, 5 minutes walk to historic old town and a few minutes more up to the Cathedral, lovely, helpful staff, genuinely nice people, couldn't recommend it more.

Hotel muy céntrico a cinco minutos del casco histórico. Totalmente reformado. Moderno y de estilo minimalista. Habitación amplia y bien amueblada (muebles nuevos tipo Ikea). Cama confortable y baño con gran plato de ducha (sin bidé). El personal atento y muy amable.

A hotel well located close to the historical centre (about 5-7 minutes walk) as Mall, with Santiago de Compostela train station nearby, stop where all the Avant, the middle distance and regional trains, and which will be in the future the bird in the city stop. Modern facilities. If the hotel looks new, should have been subjected to a comprehensive renovation. Minimalist style and with good cleaning.

Excellent hotel, in the center of Santiago de Compostella in Spain. The staff is amazingly professional, friendly and welcoming. Remember with love, Fatima, Laura, Begonia, Francisco, which in all of our many questions and always very patiently answered. I recommend heartily.

Nice and modern hotel very well located. It is the beginning of the new part of the city, between the train station and the old part. Just steps from the Plaza de Galicia.
The perfect place to spend a weekend at Compostela since you have very close part old where life is hospitality in the city and where you can breathe the true magic of the capital of Galicia, but you also have the new part where the shops are close. Also if you come to Santiago to enjoy the concerts of the Capitol room is perfect because it is a step.
Rooms are very bright and elegant décor. The design of the hotel very modern and current care minimalism and clarity of the reception which gives good vibes nothing to enter. Great site!
