This hotel is right on entering the old town. An old building remodeled in a modern style with simple but comfortable furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

It is a hotel that is relatively well located is part of a chain of hostels and hotels. The facilities are pretty well groomed and refurbished it's all very clean the rooms are medium but they are OK there could be bidet in the bathroom and it seems the restaurant is OK. The price is affordable for the benefits you have.

Nice place in the center of Santiago. Close to every attraction of the Old Town in Santiago. Cosy rooms with everything you need. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfasts leave much to be desired though. Stale bread and the same assortment of meat and cheese of questionable freshness with no vegetables. Not much coffee for everybody at the same time if you have a bigger group.

The Hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, clean, breakfast buffet very nice, in the old Town 5 minutes from the cathedral. There is no parking but there is one within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Great boutique hotel with kind and helpful staff. A joy to stay here. Right in the heart of old town Santiago with great restaurants and shops just steps away and super convenient for visits to the cathedral of St. James.

Cozy and quiet place to rest after spending the whole day visiting, the rooms impressive I think I have not been to any more comfortable and spacious of the many hotels I have been.

Fantastic location 5 min from the Cathedral of Santiago, a bit complicated to leave the car and is blue area but worth it as the facilities are authentic stone but modernized without altering the antiquity. Very quiet.

After our Santiago way, the hotel was a good alternative to the albergue…

The room, we were three, was big enough and even on the sofa bed you could sleep well…
Shortcoming: It was very noisy with open windows and the kitchen was also not so good…

Great hotel in the city center, about 5 minutes away from the main Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and well designed with a TV, decent size closet, etc. As for the toilets they're not huge, but they're just right for a short stay, with a hair dryer included.

Very decent, clean with friendly staff. No air con though so, in Summer, you must sleep with open windows.

Since we went until we left we were treated wonderfully well. The staff is very nice, and perhaps what we liked, recommend you not tourist sites in the area, especially bars and restaurants where you can eat a good price without sacrificing quality.
We were in room 202, equipped with a huge bed of 2mx2m that slept better than at home, TV minimum 40 '', sofa and private bathroom. The room had two balconies giving a little street in the Centre of Santiago, but as windows are quality, a noise was heard.
For breakfast, it costs €5 and is buffet-style. Don't expect lots of variety but what little they have is quality (particularly cheese and cooked ham) and you can get a delicious toast with the bread they bring every morning.
Free Wi-Fi, parking near the hotel, about 5 minutes walk, by 10€ / day (in Santiago all the parking is pay and, in the Center, you can't or access with the car). The reception is only until 8 pm, but they give you a code so that you can access the hotel without problems and a phone number in case anything happens.

A hotel of a star, but with the familiar treatment and facilities could be 4-star. Room spacious, luminous and in perfect condition. The only thing remarkable bath, which is a little small, but clean and private.
The perfect location, in 5 minutes walking distance are in the plaza del Obradoiro, centrally located and well connected.
Workers are comfortable and offer a personal deal, which long ago had not seen in any other hotel that I have visited, and are a few. Chapo by all of them.
If you ask me by Santiago hotels, no doubt, I recommend it.

Rooms very spacious and extremely clean. Restaurant with touches of modern without losing the traditional. Friendly and very well maintained facilities. I will repeat.
