Very nice Hotel! Modern rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast go to take it somewhere else (Cafe Turtulia) and it was worth it. It does not include parking and the area is not easy to park.

The hotel is very well located, has close all the points of interest and I was able to go on foot. As far as the room is great, clean and very nice. The mattress in very good condition so rest very very well. The breakfast I loved, natural orange juice and everything in general I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend it and I hope to return to Santiago de Compostela and of course to the same hotel.

This old building on General Pardiñas Street was refurbished and is now a hotel. It is located in a very busy area and is very well located. The hotel itself is very good. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable and with bathroom included. The cafeteria is nice and also has Wi-Fi. On one side of the entrance you will find a cafeteria at street level available to everyone. For its location and the way it is and how close it is to the old town I recommend it.

The Hotel is very close to the city centre. Next to practically all the interesting sites of the old town. Small, flirty, modern and cosy. The facilities are comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, gave us a higher room with a balcony by the long stay in the hotel, impeccable cleanliness, varied breakfast. I kept the rice milk in the fridge of the hotel, they offered me alternative gluten-free for breakfast. Next to the historical center, in a commercial area but quiet and with bars nearby for lunch / dinner. Excellent stay. I totally recommend it!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Comfortable 7-10 minutes walking distance to the train station, the cathedral and old Town. Rooms are decent size with comfortable beds, flat screen TV, a safe and telephone and except for the paint scruffs on the walls and the minor mold and mildew built up in the shower, they are acceptable. Although we had not requested, they had upgraded us to a superior room on the top floor (5th) overlooking the street. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had difficulty with the AC and the TV remote needed new batteries. When we were ready for bed and moved the covers, large amount of dust flew around. Later we found out that the room had not been occupied for awhile. I suspect the air from AC when it finally came on must have brought more dust to the room as all of a sudden the desk, the phone, the coffee maker and the rest of the furniture had a thick layer of dust on them. The next morning we were offered a change of room but we opted to stay in the same room after the promise of a thorough cleaning, which was done. In retrospect we should have moved to another room because we did not get any sleep the 2nd night because of the noise from the discotec across the street. Finally called the front desk at 5:00 a. M. And were told that apparently, the young and the restless had begun celebrating Spain's Constitution Day Holiday at midnight and it did not end until 6 a. M.

It lovely and central near bus to airport. Great reception from Lilo on arrival. Small room with balcony facing street. Cigs butt on it. Shower grout bit dirty and shower head positioned very high. Breakfast finished before time.

Not the friendliest service at check in, but modern, well equipped rooms that are comfortable. It is a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town, which means that you are away from too much hustle and bustle. A convenient hotel if you plan to explore Santiago for a few days.

Hotel is well located. Staff is very cooperative. A bit expensive but service and hotel environment is amazing.!
