We stayed here because they have an agreement with our rental company to accept bikes being returned at the end of the Camino. It has an elevator which was a rare luxury on this trip! It was a great location and staff were helpful but the halls were dark and a bit like a rabbit den. Rooms were clean but dark. They provide a mediocre sack breakfast for early departures. It would have been wonderful to have real coffee and a fresh pastry as we left.

Excellent location near the oldtown and Cathedral. Staff speak very good English and are very helpful. Very clean and it's very quite at night. Brilliant value!

The receptionist is very kind and helpful… room is clean and comfortable… only the Wi-Fi is patchy.

Welcomed by Rachel who spoke fluent English. Had just completed The Camino so she kindly congratulated us. Room was exactly as listed online and clean, tidy, comfortable and enough room for three adults and bags. Bathroom clean, tidy, and hot water with great pressure. Breakfast spread was also great. Nothing hot but that was not necessary. Great location and great value for money.

Holtel very expensive for the category that has small and very old TV quite outdated has good location and staff that is very friendly the hotel for what it cost I expected something more.

My experience may have been an anomaly, but a few details were off during my stay. Wifi on my floor was out, and the shower head broke within seconds of using the shower. Service at the front desk was stellar, and very helpful with storing bags during the day. Serving breakfast was also a nice touch.

Needs updating. Breakfast was the cheapest bulk pastries from the supermarket, burnt or dried out cold toast, etc. Stay somewhere else.
