Really terrific staff, wonderfully comfy beds and overall super good experience. Only downside was no coffee machine or coffee in rooms. Overall really recommend though!

A very good hotel with very good customer service both at breakfast and at the reception and the maids. All spectacular but it would lack a pool and if they reform make rooms with bathtubs and showers because in all the hotels I have gone there are only showers and if they reform it do not remove all the bathtubs but some rooms have dishes of Showers.

This hotel is very well located. I was well impressed until after 5 nights when I woke up and found myself with some kind of bites in my arms and back. Reception didntd gave good reason nor apology. I learned this hotel will be demolished and built a new next year.

Huge comfy bed with the fitness room and a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. This hotel is not near Cibeles, but rather right off of Gran Via, near the new Primark. You can walk everywhere you need to go, but it's still quiet at night to sleep.

A delicious and varied breakfast is served until 11:00 (excellent for Get up late) A wonderful attitude of Staff, guarding at the entrance, reception and dining room. A clean spacious room, cleaned and arranged daily. Excellent location, close to everything — within walking distance! (Building opposite the Primark) Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Centrally located in the heart of the city. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and places of interest. I had a very relaxing time. Lovely view of the Main Street from my room. There’s a 12-7pm on the house coffee and tea bar in the lobby.

Very comfortable mattresses and good rooms, spacious but old bathrooms (need urgent renovation)

The reception girls slowed and barely addressed us, but without further… The breakfast staff was much nicer.

Great hotel but wish it had a gym. It's probably not popular but some of us who are into fitness would definitely prefer hotels with a gym.

Hotel ideally situated in the center of madrid and fairly quite. Small reception and occasionally long waiting times. Security woman at the entrance on the first day was very unfriendly. Room has good size and is well equipped. Breakfast room does not look very friendly and inviting. Difficult to unload luggage into car. Hair dryer from the past century (turns off every 30 sec due to overheating). By and large recommendable hotel.

The hotel how to stay room is more than correct, with rooms in good condition and very clean. Located on the same Gran via with good price. As the only drawback, the lack of dinner service in the hotel dining room.

Small place right in the heart of the city, receiption gets crowded and might need to wait, rooms are clean and well furnished.

I like the hotel because its location is great plus the staff EA fantastic. I have stayed on more than one occasion and I find it a very correct hotel. How much with all the comforts and you receive with Gominolas in the room however this last time the pipes of my room — which looked out into the inner courtyard — smelled very bad. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and that in the outside rooms had not happened to me.

TRYP chain Hotel in a street (Roman innkeeper), which crosses the Gran via Madrid. Part of the rooms overlook the Gran via itself, which allows you to enjoy its characteristic view from the balconies (in the photographs that I share you can see the Gran via just before the Christmas holidays).
Hotel veteran but with a refurbishment made with taste, good breakfast (buffet, full and with lots of food and drink), and good service by the staff, the location is fantastic and the price of the rooms is usually adjusted for the category of the hotel and Its fantastic location. Recommended.

Do not sleep above Gran via. Too noisy.

Close to shopping and walking distance from most tourist sites in Madrid. Kind of hard for Uber pick ups and drop offs because entrance located in a closed ally, but it’s only a few steps from the sidewalk.

Clean comfortable quiet and central you have all the most emblematic one step. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Very good breakfast. But the beds very hard, the pillows very flat, in the room were heard some noise from the street, the role of the bathroom was not good and the terrace in winter is closed and can not be accessed…
For the rest very nice and attentive. Especially the security guards, they were super friendly.

Location is great, right in the centre. Room for a single person is tiny. One window that overlooks a brick wall and other rooms. No light, just two lamps. They use up 2 of the 3 plug sockets. The other is the TV so if you want to charge your phone, you sit in the dark. Bathroom is OK. If you're just sleeping in it, fine. If you want to catch up with work or anything, it's a little cramped.

Very central, and between gran via and callao stations. Without internet it was a bit hard to find because it was a bit hidden but the street is the one between Zara and the Lefties store next to the big Primark.

Easy to find, right next to Grand Via with many shopping possibilities, and also close to Sol and the castle. Nice room with a large bathroom and air conditioning. (very important when it's almost 40 degrees) Simple and good hotel breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juice and a calm atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly! Overall, we had a nice stay.

Is well located in the center, one must not disturb the many prostitutes in the side streets. The Alimentaction shopping store nearby is not that great.

Amazing location! Great food! Nice rooms. We got a very big romm though other rooms was smaller but stil worth the price. The staff is a bit annoying and unfriendly.

Good hotel for business or leisure in the Gran Via, take of the rooms looking at the Street, the room was big enough, bathroom as well, my only complaint was the bed, it was a bit hard, not comfy at all. Wifi is free and good. Employees friendly, you can walk anywhere in the center from here. Good price/value ratio.

Excellent hotel in the heart of GRAN VIA, the centrenof Madrid. Close to station, shopping, restros, etc. Rooms are very nice and spacious.
