Only do I rate the terrace! It is the place to visit! The boys looks GREAT! eh asked for a cocktail and I have created one fantastic! In the photo is not appreciated by that had not occurred to me to take photos before.

Wonderful staff. So kind. They helped me hail taxis and fulfilled my stupidest requests. They are great.

The initial room have awful smell from the defective plumbing/ part of the cover was missing. The smell was prolific, it was that bad we had to move out (what a start to the stay).
The roof top bar isn’t in operation during times in the day, and in the evenings the staff are limited or haven’t real skill in customer care. I must have had waited well over 30 mins without offered drinks or snack. There must have been as many staff members as the guest… I don’t quite get it. Needless to say, I left without anything… I ask one blanked face staff member behind the counter, and she just walked away.
I have to concede, I am European, but I do work & live in Hong Kong, Asia. I travel extensively throughout Asia with accommodation at mostly Hyatt Hotels, either PH, Andaz, GH & HR. This is my first Hyatt Centric environment, and also have the misfortune to visit. It’s really a pity, because not only have I designed Hyatt’s environment in HK/ China Asia, and my wife is in the Hong Kong based Hyatt Asia design service team manager.
I think, I haven’t come across should poor standards of service to date from the Hyatt I know very well. It’s a good 7months since opening, and would have thought all these teething problems would be addressed by now.
I was recommended by Hyatt’s senior management, and if ask me for feedback, I’ll be very honest about it.

Hyatt Gran via, is an excellent 5 star hotel with very good customer service very modern and also located in the center of Madrid in one of the most controvectial streets of madrid, consists of a bar on the terrace and with a great view very good to enjoy with one or your drink of choice plus it has affordable prices.

I spent the other day having a beer on the terrace and what is my surprise that I was sabrepled 5 euros for a budweisser beer, we paid 15 bucks for three agggg beers. It's a disgrace. I recommend the NH that is nearby and has an expletive terrace or maybe the English court of Callao that also has views upstairs in the gourmet or the terrace of the circle of Fine Arts where it is also spectacular and certainly do not stick these saoks. I'm not coming back. But to add that it was empty there was hardly anyone and No wonder.

Great staff who went above and beyond. Beautiful interior. Nice rooms large enough for the family. Comfy beds. Beautiful views from balcony. Good breakfast. Overall very welcoming.

Really Classy beautiful place in the Heart of Madrid, rooms with a terrace overlooking the Gran Via. Thanks to Miriam we were closer to sky! :) She is the best staff ever I have meet! Very friendly are others too!

We went to Madrid on the second leg of our Honeymoon in Spain earlier this month. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff very nice. The rooms are very cozy, and you can tell they are new and kept very well. The shower is gorgeous, a beautiful rain fall shower. The hotel is very centrally located, and you can get to most tourist destinations on foot, quite easily. The hotel, being in the middle of a very busy city, does also take extra security precautions, which I thought was very nice. In order to get onto any of the floors with rooms, you need to have your room key to make the elevator actually move. There is also always someone at the door. The check in area is very nice, and we were met with a glass of mint water upon checking in. The bar area is very cozy, and very nicely decorated. The drinks are excellent and the tapas very nice. The staff knew we were coming for our honeymoon, and upon returning to our hotel the first evening, the staff had left us a bottle of cava, and scrumptious truffles. Such a nice surprise. Overall, wonderful hotel, and would recommend!

Spectacular Hotel in the center of Madrid. The terrace will open in June, but we have been able to enjoy it for a LOS40 event, lounges, staff, first floor living room… all decorated with very good taste. A place to visit. The location is excellent.

What a great hotel, it was super clean, modern and the staff was terrific. I’m not much of an international traveler, but I would go back to this hotel in a second. It just felt special and I am looking forward to trying this brand of Hyatt in other cities too.

My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel on our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful and the service was amazing. We arrived early from Barcelona and Miriam held our baggage for us, so we could enjoy the city while our room was being prepared. Miriam upgraded our room to one with a terrace overlooking the Gran Via. It was wonderful people watching on such a busy street. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to all the attractions. The room was beautiful and provided many amenities. Miriam and the front desk staff was so sweet to us. They even sent up a bottle Cava with sweets! This is a beautiful hotel with an even better staff. I would recommend staying here on your visit to Madrid.

Hotel in a Gran via of Madrid, with a nice décor, exceptional customer service, everyone super friendly and correct. The bar and restaurant very good, you can also nibble something and the views are worth it. All great Congratulations.

Beautiful Hyatt chain hotel in the middle of Gran via. The interior is spectacular, and the rooms are beautiful, with large beds and comfortable mattresses. There is also a terrace on the top floor with fantastic views. The service is very attentive and they put water in the room daily, which is to be appreciated. The only thing I liked the least is that the bathroom, for a hotel of this category and price, only had room for shower (large and spacious, yes, but it missed the tub).

Excellent location. In the middle of everything. Easy to mobilize anywhere. Excellent attention, predisposition and care of details to the visitor. Good price, I hope they don't raise it. Despite being a brand aimed at a less demanding market segment, that of younger people, the quality of care is Hyatt quality. The only difference is the joviality of the decoration, the staff and their uniforms.
Wi-Fi comfort and all electrical connections are always on hand at a height on tables, desks and desktop.
A little high the price of breakfast but it is usual.
It's OK the size of the rooms.
No "but" to highlight. Minor forgetfulness of housekeeping staff, but not at all serious. Just a forgotten bottle 1 time, one repisición of toilet paper in another; But the reaction of the staff to resolve was very good.
