Cleaning is not lacking especially in the bathrooms. We told them and they told us they were going to clean it but when we came back it was exactly the same. The furniture is outdated but that wouldn't bother if they did a thorough cleaning.
The front desk staff is very friendly.

Everything was good, we had some issues with the elevator and we were travelling with 50+ year people, other than that all good.

Old but well maintained facilities. Spacious. Nice deal.

Probably 5 star 30 years ago. Great location though.

Very central. Spacious room and bathroom, although the bathroom could use a facelift, the facilities I found clean.

Located in the city centre, it allows you to walk to all the sights and attractions of the city. Surrounded by many delicious locals where to eat local and non-local dishes. The modern property is pleasant, clean and offers comfortable rooms.

One star, if even that. Everything was very very poor quality. The first room we were given stank of cigarette smoke and vomit. The next room siding stink, but the shower hade no pressure what so ever and kept switching from boiling hot to ice cold water. We told the receptionist that before going out for dinner and when we came back they told us that they had fixed it. In the morning when we woke up and I went to take a shower, same problem. Not just that they call themselves a four star hotel and yet no beverages in our fridge of the hotel room, no room service. Nothing! Also I have an emotional support dog who I wasn’t allowed to take with me at breakfast that we had payed for. This is a dog I have to have with me at all time basically. The only thing that makes me happy is that I’m leaving this hotel today. I would not recommend it and I would not even stay here another night even if someone payed me to!

We celebrated there our wedding and everything came out of 10 the girl who attended us great, no glue and no fault. The pre-wedding pecking is terrific and well prepared just like the food. The wedding party very well entertained. The rooms are large and clean. Great breakfast with homemade pastries. They made us a present and the champagne from the room. Very convenient location, central location for people from outside with parking in the hotel and nearby. Good wines.

This is like a forty-year-old hotel without any renovation since then very noisy toilet pipings you could hear your neighbor flushing and the hot water was very volatile with hot and cold water at the same time not very expensive for the ow quality provided. Breakfast is nothing special but reasonable. I've stayed in better 3 stars hotels when compared to this 4-star hotel. The location is the best though.

The room was comfortable and is in a good location but the building is in need of upgrading i. E. Carpeting, painting, etc.

Three stars for a 4-star hotel. Nothing of the other world. Good location but very ye oldie Goldie. Breakfast is nothing of the other world.

I think it lacks more services to be a four star… The breakfast buffet was very good. The Wi-Fi works half bad, the beds very comfortable, but the rooms are small.

Classic, but right. Something archaic for what we are used to in this century. It smells like stale, rooms and common areas. Breakfast is acceptable.

The hotel has become somewhat outdated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The value for money has seemed appropriate.

I would repeat it very well located. You can walk to the Plaza del Pilar.
Room and bathroom very large, big bed and comfortable. Two cupboards and area to leave the suitcases. Comfortable.
Like all hotels, there are only plugs on one side of the bed, although on the table there is a couple, but it is appreciated to have in the area of the tables to leave loading the mobiles, camera, computer…
In the bathroom there is double washbasin, much marble although I do not know if it was missing the cloth or is that it is a dirty marble that leaves the marks of the jars that are left above. I didn't think the floor was very clean. I was not looking for dirt but as I gave the light, it seems that there were footprints…
In any case, I'd be back.
The room is quiet but maybe it's because it gives a nice interior… you can't have it all.

Good deal but the hotel very old and certainly not to pay 150 EUR a night.
It doesn't deserve the four stars or the far.

I was at a toy show, so I didn't see much of the hotel, beyond the lobby. Very central.

Excessively outdated. No independent air conditioning for rooms. Very simple and poor buffet. Very noisy hairdryer! A shame because it is very well placed and is spacious. There is no minibar in the room.

Not a real 4 stars hotel, too old facilities and a bit dirty structure. The room is clean and big, but the breakfast isn't very varied. The service is good.

The room is correct, count 16 € 50 per night for parking. I was disappointed by the welcome.

July 2015: Were this summer, four days, occupying two contiguous rooms, as we are two adults and two children.
It was a very pleasant experience. The location is great, both for shopping, as to go to drink in family. The hotel is very elegant. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. We will repeat the coming year.

A lot of noise at night. Right in the center.

As per practice, five starlets policies for bidet in the bathroom. That being said, adding that the quality in this hotel really is top notch: the rooms are prepared with the utmost care, immaculate. Television in room from 46 "Full HD, table and chairs, large, light in abundance both in the morning and in the evening. Super confort beds (I touch you and you fall asleep. Eye! ), a quiet environment during night hours. Spacious bathroom with double sinks and bathtub, no unpleasant smell of drains as often happens. Good breakfast, not overwhelming, but not included in the room rate and the significant cost (7, 50 € per person). If you want some advice, try at least once to have breakfast when leaving the hotel in the first bar to your left (Pannus) where prices are modest and superior quality. The service of the staff at the hotel Goya is very cordial and very precise. A pleasure to stay at this hotel, a small luxury that sometimes it's nice to be allowed.

Stayed 1 night, good location and parking very expensive, very old in general throughout the hotel, we changed room that smelled of fatal tobacco and is prohibited. Not everyting.

Xxl ultra clean. Deco very original. Extra breakfast! However the bathroom is a little noisy. But very clean.

The hotel was well maintained, although it was just a little old. The breakfast was OK, although it was little changed. The hotel is well located, a few steps from the city centre by foot. Personal and well-kept clean nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend, and from now on, it will be my hotel of header whenever you go to Zaragoza for work, for several reasons:
-The hotel is in an unbeatable location, right next to the Paseo de la Independencia, in the heart of Zaragoza
-Has a taxi stand just outside to the Paseo de la Independencia
-Account with garage, which though it has many squares, it is awkward. If arriving at the hotel, the parking spaces are over, be the car in a nearby parking lot that make a special price to customers of the hotel.
-The rooms are sufficiently spacious, a lot space in cabinets, as well as drawers.
-The bed is wide and with a good mattress, comfortable, with good pillows. There is no Pillow menu, but they have neck pillows for those clients who request them.
-Soundproofing is magnificent, especially in rooms that give back, a large bright patio. Halls have carpeted floor that minimizes the noise guests arriving at night, and many rooms also have. In addition, a door separates the hall bedroom and bathroom.
-Rooms have TV and individually controlled air conditioning.
-Very wide window with a pull-down screen that completely prevents the entry of light.
-The toilet consists of double sink and good space, equipped with hairdryer and the common ammenities.
-The staff is very helpful.

Small parking 16, 50 €.
Polster small and old.
Rooms without remodeling.
Very good location.
Regular or low Calidad\precio.

Wonderful, good service, good layout, a recommendation is to put more plants and flowers in the hotel to embellish even more what is already beautiful. Continue so.

Great site par cause a relaxed family weekend. Excellent food and tb treatment.
