In the heart of the city. Very spacious rooms with a tremendous air conditioning that is to be appreciated given the heats of the city of Zaragoza in summer. It can stay on when you leave the room and you may very well cover them with duvet shear for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A simple hotel for a simple stay. Very kind team and a good bed to sleep in. Nothing more asked for nor expected. Fantastically located, if you are visiting the city for a couple of days spending the night here is good alternative. Breakfast is not fantastic but it is similar to most of the city 5* star hotels. (a pity that in Europe 5* service has declined so much). Cheap and cheerful. Cant miss it.

Quite a nice hotel, very nicely located. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. McDonald's Burger King are next door besides many lovely restaurants. Very centrally located.

Central location, close to the old town, the Basilica del Pilar and a variety of places to eat and have a drink.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, maybe something bad is the theme of the bathroom screen, had some lime, but nothing outrageous and passable. The breakfast pretty good, lacked some variety in the salty part, but the rest was perfect.

It's a great hotel. Clean, with all the details, very friendly staff, parking in the same hotel with ample squares and comfortable access, very well located. You can't ask for more. Very good value for money. It's not the first time I've stayed at the hotel and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Zaragoza.

Main course: unspiced much too dry pork chop with carrots (otherwise nothing was there).
Dessert: Small glass of "sweetened water".
Who can do such a crap? Every French booth cooks better. Sad.

I can rate the restaurant of the restaurant since I did not stay at the, very good food all elaborated and the presentation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely to repeat when I come back.

Nice hotel and not far from all the main points of interest. Have stayed here several times and always enjoy the stay. Zaragoza has much to offer in the way of art and heritage.

Great Hotel, ideal to go with family. Very nice and professional workers. I was added to my 12 year old son at no cost in the room. All very clean. I would just highlight that although Spotless white, the tub was a little rusty out the window.

Expensive and bad dinner. The scarce starters, they didn't arrive for everyone at the table. The very bad, dry meat, tasted like old veal. The dry sponge cake. Does not meet the expectations of the level of this hotel.

Amazing Hotel in central Zaragoza. The property is within walking distance of the main areas of the city and close to the shopping area and Corte Ingles.

If you want to eat well, you certainly don't go to his restaurant. I do not recommend to go to his restaurant at all and less if you are vegan. A tease dinner this past Friday, for the modest price of 32 euros I could taste: a salad, second guamacole with bread, third tempura vegetables with hummus and fruit dessert. Supper Of course light, good thing I had warned them that it was vegan and did not want to be hungry. A menu that can be given to me by my aunt without a step from improvided by her house one evening either. I certainly do not recommend it to anyone. The service by the way also pretty lousy.

Excellent central location, 10 minutes walk from the Church of the pillar.
Good facilities, care and in general good quality service.
The only point I see to improve, are the pillows, I am somewhat uncomfortable but they do not prevent a good sleep.

It is a motel with an extraordinary location, next to the area for tapas. Therefore you can walk to all the sites and you will be soon able to rest. The facilities are new, we note that it is renovated, one of the reasons why feels that it has reformed is the scarcity of outlets in the room, in particular men no plugs near the bedside table. A highlight is the extraordinary quality of the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby gives almost 30 megs down and in (4th floor) rooms over three megs down and two of his life.
Buffet breakfast was very good, although we arrived before the time of entry they strove to find us a room and gave it to us before. At reception there are maps of tourist information.

Very well located hotel with very good attention from the staff of reception, bar, etc. I miss the press are a few vultures and the newspapers fly. Breakfast cheese killed a delight that have retired, by the recommended demad.

A great Hotel which leaves Zaragoza very well for the tourists that visit the city! Excellent service, very good facilities and the distinctive personal service.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel 4 *, perfect location to walk to town. Very convenient for those arriving by car, as it has a large underground car park attached. The room was fairly wide, clean and above all very well soundproofed, since our room overlooked the main street. Only negative was the minibar, which inside had some drinks expired (always check what take! ). The bathroom was OK, clean and quite spacious. In the reception there are girls and young boys but very hands on, so if you need a piece of information they are willing to offer it. Throughout the hotel you can make use of Wi-Fi, but to do that you have to get the temporary password at the reception and there is a public computer in the lobby for free. Overall I would recommend the hotel for those who want to make a comfortable stroll downtown Zaragoza, perhaps with some seats more than many other hotels in the area.

I'm a sporadic customer, and the last time, I was 28, 01-12, but by the situation they are passed in the price. I have recommended to many people that it has been some weekend. The service has enough that want and ill-educated. In reception worse still. Only indicate that didn't work the phone and took 2 days and put online. The second day despite the fact that abonaria cash, I called the Manager and told me that I had no more credit if not what commingled had spent. And cleaning leaves enough to sear.

This is a 3 star hotel in the middle of Zaragoza. What is amazing is the variety of hotels in this small city.
