Wonder location! Very comfortable bed, lovely and cool air conditioning! great swimming pool.

Lovely in every way. Great room and facilities. Quiet at night so you sleep well. About 8 minutes walk from the basilica and a cool rooftop swimming pool and sun bathing area. The staff are so helpful and polite. Well worth it.

Alfonso on coso I think it's great and very central.

Wery nice and luxury hotel in the downtown of Zaragoza, quite enough to stay and sleep, or work, if you need to work — which is not pleasant in such a nice city, where you can find enjoy at any time of the day. The room for breakfast is large, the offer satisfied you and there is quite for sitting and enjoy your meal. I recommend the house and the Zaragoza city as well.

Ok hotel. Was there for just a day. Can't say much about it, but what I saw was good.

The décor of the hotel is perfect, but in my opinion and for my taste the décor of the room was somewhat dated.
The breakfast was perfect, coffee very rich, pastries of all kinds, natural orange juice and others.
The rooftop pool is a very positive point for the high temperatures of the city in summer.

It is a 70s/80s hotel. Not my taste at all. All rooms have cigarette smell which is awful.

A good hotel with spacious rooms and nice lounges. It's not modern, but everything works perfectly (TV, bathroom, etc…)

Neither night we were able to sleep because it was so hot and the double bed was U-shaped. We were going downtown. They must change the mattresses and leave the temperature of the room in the hands of the user. We couldn't cool off with air conditioning because it was locked in heat mode.

Rooms could be modernized, and with more light. Breakfast also could be better.

Fortunately there are still hotels with charm and a different proposal to the big chains, where you lose the location in the morning because they are all the same.
In this case cosy rooms, with all kinds of details and staff with vocation of service.

Definitely not the experience I expected from a 5-star hotel. Room was extremely hot because the cooling was turned off due to it being cold outside and only the heater was available. I understand it’s cold outside but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be cold inside. My room was so hot my family and I were sweating and couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and they said sorry only heater is available, but you can open the windows and sleep like that. Sleeping with windows open and hot in a 5-star hotel?! This is unheard of. I opened the windows and there is a casino outside with screaming and fighting throughout the night and both of my toddlers could not sleep and were sweating. That was my only problem but it was enough to ruin my two nights with no help from the staff.

It's very central. The rooms are large and have a sofa-bed. They also have bathroom that bidet bathtub and amenities. Good breakfast but at €20

Downtown. Good 4-Star regular 5. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

In the heart of Zaragoza. Elegant and luxurious but at the same time cosy. The interior of the reception and lounges is beautiful.

The hotel is very nice outside and inside. It's luxurious and very focused on everything. Very happy.

The Hotel was very good. I stayed for a week and everything went perfect, even when I requested help to lengthen my stay I was supported having full hotel. Fair firm. Very good area and good restaurants around that made my stay great in Zaragoza.

I had there a wedding celebration few months ago. The food and the premises were fine and the party was incredible.

The hotel has nice rooms and good parking. Although staff were friendly, service was not great. It took over an hour for someone to fix an issue in the bathroom which turned out to be something they could do nothing about. They did apologise for us having to wait, call reception twice and go down to reception twice for someone to come to our room. They gave us some chocolate to make up for this issue.

An old-ended luxury hotel. The staff are very attentive and very nice. A valet service is available to take the car out of the parking lot which is very cramped. However, this property would deserve a replacement of carpets from the floors (very dirty) and the pool is disappointing because it is much smaller than the photos on the site.

I like this hotel. Its near the old city and cathedral. Breakfast is a bit expensive that's why 4 stars.

Arrived disappointing following the decor of the rooms really run down with some smell of dust and nicotine…
Then the disappointment continues with the pool closed while there is 35 ° but we are not in summer so no swimming pool… then the soundproofing of the rooms is ridiculous as much to say that the TV of the neighbor we follow it without the picture and we also know when the neighbor takes his Duch E… in short for 135th at night it was necessary to add the price of parking for the car just 20euros at night… As for the household it can be improved.
Might as well say it was a total disappointment! I just don't recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, great well appointed room, wonderful breakfast, and a friendly helpful staff. The price ($104) was amazing. Stay here and walk to the best of Zaragoza.

Different discounts (c young, University…) you can get by 5.80e, generally quite clean and staff friendly.

Very good film, perfectly located and with good service.
The only downside is that according to what day and time you go rank to buy tickets becomes very long.
If you like this film, I also invite to try the Aragonia, same owners than the Palafox, more rooms, more variety, less full of people and films vose. The difference is that it is not in the Center.

Tiny rows may be forming. Recommended if you expect influx (days of the Viewer), get tickets online and then pick them up at the cashier, and save a ratillo… The film, which is correct.

This is a terrible hotel! It's old, dirty and staff are unhelpful. The mattress on my bed is the most uncomfortable thing ever! It's old and needs replacing. It's the right size for a 5 year old not an adult. I would defiantly not stay here again. It's not a 5 star hotel.

The location very good to visit Zaragoza, the service very attentive and the rooms large.

Rooms require maintenance. Hotel without soul or personality. Five stars do not twinkle or one — unfortunately.

DO NOT STAY HERE! If you are looking for a luxury hotel in Zaragoza do not choose the Hotel Palafox. Although I must give the hotel credit for its location and bed size, the overall experience was not pleasant. Among other things, the service was sub par, air conditioning in room did not work, Ice machine on our floor was broken along with the floor beneath us, they wanted me to pay 15 euro to use the sauna after a workout in the miniscule gym, pool was not open in 30 degree weather, and the 40 euro (for two) for breakfast would be much better spent outside the hotel at a cafe or terrace. I have made management aware of all these issues and have not recieved a response. If you are looking for the best in Zaragoza, I am convinced you should go elsewhere.
